Australia’s authority over China Inquiry

The Australian Prime Minister is reported to have called for an investigation into the origins of the Coronavirus. This would have been morally valid if our government had not closed our borders to foreigners. No country that so closed its borders has the moral authority to ask for a global inquiry. When we closed our borders we became Sovereign world and therefore have the ability to seek and find our own reasons as to why we were affected.

During the early stages our government sought the power of God – through prayers in Parliament. Now that God has answered our prayers – it would be wrong to show global powers. The prayers were said in Australian Parliament and not at the UN or the EU. If we therefore make a profit out of this – we may have a worse attack soon. It’s time to say thank you – like a mantra – given that we do not know the logic of it.

Wikipedia reports about the Spanish ‘flu’s return:

[In January 1919 a third wave of the Spanish Flu hit Australia, then spread quickly through Europe and the United States, where it lingered through the Spring and until June of 1919. It primarily affected Spain, Serbia, Mexico and Great Britain, resulting in hundreds of thousands of deaths. It was less severe than the second wave but still much more deadly than the initial first wave. In the United States, isolated outbreaks occurred in some cities including Los AngelesNew York City, Memphis, Nashville, San Francisco and St. Louis overall mortality rates were in the tens of thousands.]

So far no one seems to have discovered the scientific reason for the Spanish flu or its predecessor - the Black Death – presented by Wikipedia as follows:

[ The Black Death, also known as the Pestilence and the Plague, was the most fatal pandemic recorded in human history, resulting in the deaths of up to 75–200 million people in Eurasia and North Africa, peaking in Europe from 1347 to 1351]

Like the Muslims being discriminated against during the current epidemic in Sri Lanka, Jews were accused during that plague:

[There are many possible reasons why Jews were accused to be the cause for the plague. One reason was because there was a general sense of anti-Semitism in the 14th century. Jews were also isolated in the ghettos, which meant in some places that Jews were less affected. Additionally, there are many Jewish laws that promote cleanliness: a Jew must wash his or her hands before eating bread and after using the bathroom, it was customary for Jews to bathe once a week before the Sabbath, a corpse must be washed before burial, and so on]

Talking about Sri Lanka – the Sri Lankan Navy is reported to have the largest cluster of  coronavirus infections in Sri Lanka. As an Independent  Sri Lankan – who believes in the system of karma, I attribute this to the heritage of the Navy that benefited from the war and also stands to gain from the One Belt One Road initiative – which is a revival of the Silk Road.  Wikipedia informs us about the significance of Silk Road as follows:

[The Black Death most likely originated in Central Asia or East Asia, from where it travelled along the Silk Road, reaching Crimea by 1347. From there, it was most likely carried by fleas living on the black rats that travelled on Genoese merchant ships, spreading throughout the Mediterranean Basin and reaching Africa, Western Asia, and the rest of Europe via Constantinople, Sicily, and the Italian Peninsula. Current evidence indicates that once it came onshore, the Black Death was in large part spread by human fleas – which cause pneumonic plague – and the person-to-person contact via aerosols which pneumonic plague enables, thus explaining the very fast inland spread of the epidemic, which was faster than would be expected if the primary vector was rat fleas causing bubonic plague]

The significance of Genoa connections is highlighted as follows:

[Carried by twelve Genoese galleys, plague arrived by ship in Sicily in October 1347  the plague spread rapidly all over the island. Galleys from Kaffa reached Genoa and Venice in January 1348]

On 22 March 2020, Australian ABC reported under the heading ‘Australians stranded on cruise reach coronavirus-hit Italy after last-minute change of ports’:

["People are saying that they're not getting off the boat when we get to Genoa because there's no virus on the boat at the moment, and the minute we step off or someone steps on then our health is compromised," she said.

"We're really concerned that if they do try and get us off the boat that we're going to get mixed up with people that have the coronavirus."]

On 21 March 2019, the BBC reported under the heading ‘Italy takes a shine to China's New Silk Road’:

 

[Xi Jinping's project is a New Silk Road which, just like the ancient trade route, aims to link China to Europe.

The upside for Italy is a potential flood of investment and greater access to Chinese markets and raw materials.

But amid China's growing influence and questions over its intentions, Italy's Western allies in the European Union and United States have concerns………………

The collapse of the Genoa bridge in August killed dozens of people and made Italy's crumbling infrastructure a major political issue for the first time in decades.

And Italy's economy is far from booming.

The country slipped into recession at the end of 2018, and its national debt levels are among the highest in the eurozone. Italy's populist government came to power in June 2018 with high-spending plans but had to peg them back after a stand-off with the EU.]

Also [The Genoese Navy also known as the Genoese Fleet, was the naval contingent of the Republic of Genoa's military. From the 11th century onward the Genoese navy protected the interests of the republic and projected its power throughout the Mediterranean Sea. ]

All these indicate to one who seeks at depth  – strong indicators between the virus and disturbance of the heritage that the Silk Road was declared to be by UNESCO.

In Hinduism we have the shrine for Navagraham – the home of nine planets – that confirm our past. One should not invoke the power of the shrine for current benefits. One who submits to the power of that shrine – washes off the old karma. The two worlds when mixed bring about exponential current values.

The Sri Lankan President whose elder brother is known to believe in astrology – is invoking armed power of the war days during the pandemic. With that awakes the China Dragon  through the Silk Road and also the Italian power.

Heritages confirm ‘closure’ and preservation of the net positive value.

This morning I was responding to the following question by a Sri Lankan Tamil:

[You praise Mr.Amirthalingam and Mr.Sampanthan for accepting the post of  the "Leaser of the Opposition" and thus becoming "The Prime Minister of the Minorities".while not comparing or mentioning this with the reason for the"refusal" of Mr. S.J.V..Chelvanayagam: to accept the Post of the "Leader of the Opposition" in 1956]

My response was as follows:

[The number of seats won is the most apparent measure. LSSP polled 14 and ITAK polled 10. As per the rules therefore the position was LSSP’s. I have no knowledge of any other entitlement. Both LSSP and the ITAK fought against Sinhala being the only official language.  In principle they were of  One mind. In outer form LSSP had the numbers. In 2015 SLFP was divided and lost power when some crossed over.  The mind needs to be One to qualify for the leading position.

It was not Mr.Amirthalingam and Mr.Sampanthan who won. The One mind of Tamil People won. True governance is represented at the level. ]

More importantly I was blessed with the following lesson:

[ITAK joined the UNP-led seven party national government (hath haula). ITAK was offered three cabinet posts in the national government but, as the party had pledged that none of its MPs would accept ministerial positions until federalism had been achieved, it asked that M. Tiruchelvam be appointed to the Senate and given the Home Affairs portfolio. Senanayake refused to give the Home Affairs portfolio to ITAK and instead gave Tiruchelvam the Local Government portfolio. The Tamil Language (Special Provisions) Regulation 1966, which made Tamil the language of administration in the Northern and Eastern provinces, was passed by Parliament in July 1966. The District Councils Bill, which was presented to Parliament in June 1968, met with opposition from UNP backbenchers and was abandoned.

 Tiruchelvam resigned from the government in November 1968 when Senanayake over-ruled Tiruchelvam's decision to appoint a committee to look into declaring Fort Fredrick, including the historic Koneswaram temple, a Hindu sacred area. Senanayake's decision had come after the Buddhist high chief priest of Tammankaduwa had objected to such a declaration, stating that it would result in the area getting "into the hands of those who are neither Sinhalese nor Buddhists".Chelvanayakam informed Senanayake that ITAK would withdraw from the national government. Thereafter ITAK sat as an independent group in Parliament, supporting or opposing the government based on the issue in question.]

These values of Independence is the Tamil Community’s heritage. Koneswaram temple is sacred and has a natural harbour. Those who believe in Lord Koneswarar are protected from unlawful attacks by non-believers and those who are driven by non-believers. Today there is a strong army presence :

The real reason for the refusal to declaring  Fort Fredrick was attachment to Buddhist rule. Now the current President who was also with the Gajaba Regiment – is actively promoting the Army in civilian areas:

[President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has appointed six new Permanent Secretaries to Ministries bringing in two senior military men to run the key ministries of Health and Mahaweli.]

LTTE must be happy that its members would have more job opportunities than civilians. Trincomalee’s Naval Power is highlighted was follows by Sir Winston Churchill:

[The most dangerous moment of the War, and the one which caused me the greatest alarm, was when the Japanese Fleet was heading for Ceylon and the naval base there. The unknown, unseen reasons for the LTTE’s suicide bombing genes is indicated as follows:

On 9 April, the Japanese attacked the harbour at Trincomalee and the British ships off Batticaloa. The light aircraft carrier HMS Hermes, the destroyer HMAS Vampire and the Flowerclass corvette HMS Hollyhock were sunk, and SS Sagaing partially destroyed and set on fire below decks. The RAF lost at least eight Hurricanes and the FAA one Fairey Fulmar. The Japanese lost five bombers and six fighters, one in a suicide attack on the Trincomalee fuel tanks. Seven hundred people lost their lives in the attack on Trincomalee. According to eye witness Michael Tomlinson (author of The Most Dangerous Moment and RAF Station Intelligence Officer at Ratmalana and later at China Bay in Trincomalee), one Japanese pilot deliberately crashed his plane into one of the giant fuel tanks just north of China Bay aerodrome. Inside the aircraft were three Japanese—Shigenori Watanabe, Tokya Goto, and Sutomu Toshira. After carefully circling the area, they plunged unerringly into the tank, igniting their own funeral pyre. The resulting fire lasted seven days. Parts of the aircraft’s engine and the flattened remains of the fuel storage tank have been placed in a barbed wire enclosure 1½ km from the turn off at the 4th mile post on the Trincomalee–Habarana Road.] Wikipedia

The above suicide bombing happened in 1942 – on Easter Sunday. Had Fort Fredrick been declared a sacred site – the 2019 Easter bombing would have been prevented. More importantly the sacred powers of Hindus, including King Ravana would have prevented the ethnic war which happened also because of the heirs of Jaffna Kingdom. When Buddha is made relative in the Constitution – all religious powers in Sri Lanka / Ceylon at that time the power enriched the place are simultaneously invoked. That is the way of Sovereignty. It does not discriminate.

If Sri Lanka is to not become another battleground – this government needs to value sovereignty of each discipline as per its own ancestry and not make Medicine subservient to the Army and the Navy.
