AWAKENING OUR BRITISH ANCESTRY

We had our first guest after the lockdown was eased. I was happy about it but found it physically more tiring like it was the first time we started off this Airbnb service. Lachlan sounded friendly but I had to serve the Common customer at the highest standard I was capable of. When Lachlan arrived and I showed him around, I felt comfortable – as if he were a known person. The reason was Lachlan’s ‘junior attitude’.Later Lachlan asked us about our origins and when we said Sri Lanka, Lachlan said that his grandmother had lived there. It was pleasant to note that, but I did not go further into it. Later in the evening, Lachlan put us on to his mum on the phone and the mum  gave us details of where her father had worked (Rookwood Tea Estate) and the places around Kandy that she had been to. The lady said that her mother was born in the nursing home opposite Dalada Maligawa – where the sacred tooth of Lord Buddha is. Learning about this commonness from our British past made me feel good – especially because it was Deepawali day for us.

This morning I read the Daily News article ‘The grand Hindu Kovil by the Northern Sea’ by Dishan Joseph who to my mind was  a Catholic. At a time when religious minorities are concerned about ‘One Country, One law politics, under Buddhist leadership – this article demonstrated affirmative action from a Catholic towards majority in Northern Sri Lanka. The light of wisdom is in that article. That is true Deepavali message.

Today is the anniversary of the day I learnt about the Universal power of Truth. It was on this day that red holy powder appeared on my picture of Swami Sai Baba – confirming to me the Universal power of Truth, known also as Soul Power. On the same day, the Sydney Morning Herald published the Auditor General’s work upholding my discoveries. The parallel of that would be the Auditor General of Sri Lanka publishing a report on the imbalance that articles in the Sri Lankan constitution generate, and someone brings it to my notice. The foremost of this is Article 9 which renders Buddhism – the foremost status. It is the parallel of stating that husband comes first in a family. The AG does not need to wait for the Political outcome through the Presidential Task Force. The Administrator needs to be first amongst Equals in this instance. That would prevent the President from losing his own dignity as an Administrator.

As per my discovery, when we accept junior position but work more effectively than the senior the ‘gap’ develops as Energy. Today is also the beginning of the period when Junior-looking Murugan led the powerful looking Asuran to surrender:

[Sashti is the day that Lord Muruga defeated the demon Soorapadman. When the devas could not tolerate the evil doings of this demon, they approached the younger son of Lord Shiva and Parvati for his assistance. He fought Soorapadman for six days, at the end of which the Lord vanquished the asura. He threw his weapon at him and split Soorapadman into two halves. One half became a peacock, which he took as his Vahana. The other became a rooster and was transformed into his banner.]

The weapon used by Murugan was given by Mother Shakthi/Energy. The underlying philosophy is that Asuras who have strong muscle power could not be defeated by males who relatively have stronger physical than females and boys. Hence they needed Shakthi – Mother who is often considered junior to Father and also the younger of the two boys – Ganesah and Murugan. In a subjective system the elder takes over the leadership from the father. One is therefore entitled to conclude that juniors by gender and age were needed to defeat Asuran.

Today’s version of vertical measure of age – majority through lateral measure The gender measure continues to be the same. Hence, today’s Murugan would be from the minority who is blessed by the mother.

Why did the Devas not approach Ganesh? Due to the reason that an Asuran would use the same measure as he did with higher thinkers i.e. – physical power. Ganesh was physically bigger and older than Murugan . Between Politics and Administration, Politics is the parallel of Ganesh and Administration is the younger brother Muruga.

The Tamils went global – confirming that Sri Lankan Asuran in Politics is now the vehicle of minorities. The Rooster Banner are the policies of the minorities – not as Equals but juniors of other minorities who led through Administrative power.  They may seem juniors by numbers but through global consciousness they announce their victory through reliable administration.

As Equals – we would be like Buddhists – unless we have separation of powers. As per my study of Jaffna – we do better when we have competition. As apparent juniors we quietly spread our powers laterally with the weapon inherited from our Administrative elders – including the British. The rest will happen so long as we do not react.

The new Attorney General Mr Sanajay Rajaratnam has been presented as follows by Wikipedia:

[He’s a Solicitor of England and Wales and also holds a Master of Laws (Merit) from the Queen Mary University of London]

The British are his Shakthi. Will he honour them and publish a report like the Auditor General of NSW did on 05 November 1998? If yes, the legal asuras will become our Rooster.
