Coronavirus and Easter Bombings

The way Sri Lanka is addressing the threat of Coronavirus is different to the way Australia is addressing the same threat. In Australia, the measures include a strong component of self management – starting  with self-quarantine.  In Sri Lanka, with fewer reported cases – the measures are more or less totally controlled by the government. Australian Government structure and its relationship with People is a big reason for this. To my mind, Australia being part of the Commonwealth leadership is a big part of this. Those who seek to be independent as juniors would separate at lower levels – so they could be free. The current Sri Lankan government is  seeking that separation from the UN - which is the parallel of  Tamil rebels claiming separation. When successful, the total value of the separated parts would be less in value than the united whole. The reason for this is that they are not supported by the sacrifices made by those who forewent  benefits and pleasures to develop common structures or to become eligible for membership in higher and wider structure. Truth based structure is the tallest and most global of all. Hence one driven by Truth is supported by that structure.

The Coronavirus is at the moment new to our generation and is not directly controllable by medication. As per the Australian records, the physically weak are more at risk than the physically strong with similar level of mental strength. Such levels are confirmed through our feeling that we belong to a family, institution and or country. Laws help us develop this connection within a given structure.

As per Channel 9 news report: [As scientists race to find a cure and vaccine, China is increasingly turning to its traditional remedies. As of late last month, more than 85 per cent of all coronavirus patients in China -- about 60,000 people -- had received herbal remedies alongside mainstream antiviral drugs, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
"We are willing to share the 'Chinese experience' and 'Chinese solution' of treating Covid-19, and let more countries get to know Chinese medicine, understand Chinese medicine and use Chinese medicine," Yu Yanhong, deputy head of China's National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said at a press conference last week.
But even in China, where TCM has a large number of adherents, the government has been unable to quell its skeptics -- like Xiong. Abroad, the herbal remedies could face even more skepticism from Western medical experts, who have long questioned their safety and effectiveness.]
Chinese medicine would work for those who believe in their traditional doctors. It would not work for those who believe in Western Medication or their own local group’s therapies. Jaffna medical oils work for me because I believe in Jaffna ancestors. Like self-quarantine, it requires a strict diet that keeps the mind steady and listening to the mind of the doctor.

When my husband sought to undergo treatment to his knee that was damaged in an accident, I did not add my mind to it. He then lived with it. But during our trip to Jaffna earlier this year, I recommended local medication in Vaddukoddai which  worked for me. The treatment worked for my husband also and I believe that it was due to my belief which he shared with the same mind in this issue.

In Sri Lanka, the causes of the Easter Bombing are limited to the ‘seen’ and the ‘heard’ because there are no intellectual measures to use through global structures nor common belief- based measures that indicate to an insider.

Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva is presented by Wikipedia including through the following:
[With the resumption of hostilities he became the Brigade Commander of the Air Mobile Brigade, in August 2006 he was instrumental in the capture of the forward defense lines in Muhamalai. Thereafter, he took command of the 58 Division, playing a key role in the military capturing several former LTTE strongholds including the Mannar Rice Bowl, Vedithalathivu, Nachchikuda, Mulangavil, Devils Point, Pooneryn, Kilinochchi, Paranthan, Elephant Pass, Dharmapuram, Vishvamadu, Suvandipuram, Thevipuram Puthukudirippu, Puthumathalan, Wellamullu vaikkal and the last stretch of LTTE held Karayamulli vaikkal in the mangroves of Nanthikandal lagoon in the Mullaithivu district. After the end of the war he was appointed as Director of Operations of the Sri Lanka Army and promoted to the rank of Major General, the youngest officer to reach that rank. He then served as the General Officer Commanding 53 Division which served as the country's Reserve Strike Force]
If we used the measure that the LTTE used – then all these areas belong to the group that captured it.  General Silva’s apparent membership with leaders of world community is presented as follows:
[In 2010, he took up position as Sri Lanka Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Headquarters with the rank of Ambassador in 2010, serving till 2015. At the time he was the only serving army officer to hold such a diplomatic post. He was also the alternative representative of Sri Lanka to the Special Committee on Decolonization from 2010 to 2015 and served as an advisor of the Sri Lankan delegation to the United Nations General Assembly Third Committee. He lead initiatives to increase Sri Lankan contribution to United Nations Peacekeeping operations, including the deployment of air units of the Sri Lanka Air Force and a military hospital for the United Nations Missions in Central African Republic and South Sudan.]
A committee on decolonization has to be clean of ‘invasion’ tendencies. By accepting such a person – the UN diluted the mind of that Special Committee on Decolonization. The positioning of Sri Lanka and the US respectively is confirmed as follows:

[In January 2020, General Silva was appointed as Acting Chief of Defence Staff, while concurrently serving as Army Commander. ……
On February 14, 2020, The United States State Department banned Silva from entering the United States along with his family for accusations of human right abuses such as extrajudicial killings in 2009.  Sri Lanka's Government strongly opposed the measure]

To my mind, the pain of victims of this strongly subjective military rule manifested through the American way of life. The efforts taken by the likes of  Ahimsa Wickrematunge produced this outcome once it was within the structure of the Americans.

This strongly indicates that once this government withdraws from the Resolution, reported as follows by Aljazeera under the heading ‘Sri Lanka says it will withdraw from UN rights resolution’:

[Prime Minister Mahinda said the government would no longer abide by 2015 resolution calling for accountability for alleged excesses carried out by Sri Lankan troops and reparations for victims…….. He said Washington's recent decision to ban the army chief was because Colombo had signed up to the resolution. "It is because of the historic betrayal ... in co-sponsoring UN Human Rights Council Resolution 30/1 in 2015 that other countries are able to name members of our armed forces as violators of human rights," he said in a statement…….
Before winning the presidency, Gotabaya had pledged he would not honour the previous government's commitments to the UN.]

The above confirm that Sri Lanka seeks local medication for Terrorism within Sri Lanka. This is fair if they are not skilled enough to apply wider laws and theories. But then they have the duty to BAN all travellers  from India. Indians naturally carry the virus that protects Tamils and invokes Sinhala only emotions. Additionally, now that Easter bombings have happened – they have to ban all travellers from Middle East and other Muslim-only countries who naturally influence Sri Lankan Muslims.

Since the victims were Christians and tourists from Western countries – they also have to be banned. Then Tourism in Sri Lanka will be killed along with Terrorism.

One who seeks global level benefits – has to be bound by global laws and not native medication for a global disease.
