How Australian Migrant Power Denied Visa for Canadian Activist

 

[ Lauren Southern, a far-right Canadian activist best known for her attacks on refugees and her promotion of bogus “white genocide” narratives, has been denied entry into Australia because she filled out the wrong visa form.]Australia’s SBS News 

The parallel of this in Sri Lanka is the denial of Ministerial position to Mrs Vijayakala Maheswaran who promoted LTTE in Northern Sri Lanka – which is still under fear of reprisals from the heirs of the LTTE .

One could say that the Government of Australia denied the visa or one could say that the Canadian activist denied herself the visa. SBS news informs us as follows:

[The individual has a visa application before the Department which remains under consideration,” a spokesman for Australia’s Department of Homeland Affairs tells SBS News. “For visitors who may hold controversial views, any risk they may pose will be balanced against Australia’s well-established freedom of speech and freedom of beliefs, amongst other relevant considerations.”

In the past, Southern has called immigrants seeking entry into western countries “barbarians” who are “ruining everything.”

She also recently recorded a video warning Australians that they may soon fall prey to the dangers of “multiculturalism.”]

Our expressions and actions are driven by ‘Truth, Discriminative Knowledge and Hearsay. The most challenging one is Truth that we are not conscious of. Balance of Probability tests are valid because when used with due care they produce just outcomes due to the component ‘Truth that we are not conscious of’. This is also the ROOT CAUSE that we often have to dig deep for. All governors need this as their strongest influence in making policy decisions. This Truth is of heritage value. It is when the Truth by the Governor merges with the Truth of the governed that there is successful governance. It is when the voter / revolutionary acts as per her/his Truth that Democracy will work for the individual with lowest position. That is when the nation as a whole would have eliminated the risk of mental disorders.

If Ms Southern was genuinely against migrants from east to west – then that Truth would have denied visa to enter a nation that has migrants from the east who have realised global values here in Australia. I am one of them. The reason why we go to a nation is our real visa. If Ms Southern was highly conscious of her own ancestry and this reflected by her opposition to eastern migrants – then she is an enemy of current Australia – in which migrants from the east are able to develop global values. Often they are better able to do this than migrants from Europe who enjoyed the comforts of the ruling class.

A member of the Tamil Diaspora wrote to me yesterday:

[YES I AM SITTING IN THE WEST WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO GO TO SRI LANKA TO SPEAK TRULY AND FREELY TO DO REAL  WORK THAT MY PEOPLE NEED. SO SRI LANKA IS NOT FREE - THE TAMIL REGION IS AN OCCUPIED LAND BY ALL THE SECURITY FORCES THERE. SO I DO NOT FEEL FREE. AND I AM NOT READY TO ENSLAVE MY SELF TO SATISFY THE SRI LANKAN SYSTEM. SO YOU CAN CONTINUE WHAT YOU FEELS RIGHT TO YOU. 

BUT SRI LANKA IS NOT FREE AND TAMILS ARE LIVING UNDER OCCUPATION. WHEN IT SAYS IT’S A REAL DEMOCRACY AND FREE TO DO WHAT I WANT, I WILL BE THERE.]

Supporters and promoters of the LTTE are ruling class which is the ‘telling class’.

We witnessed during the past two weeks what ‘freedom’ means to supporters of armed rule in Northern Sri Lanka. Mrs Maheswaran inherited the status of her husband and is conscious of being ruling class. Hence she ‘tells’ instead of ‘sharing’. If the above member has his origin in North and applied to go to East – his Truth says that he would be denied visa because the eastern king of LTTE chose to submit to the temptations of majority force. If Mrs Maheswaran could come back  then as per the system of Truth Karuna Amman has greater right to contest in Northern Sri Lanka on LTTE values to which he also strongly contributed. One needs to have ‘heritage’ to come back to. One who owes the People of Jaffna with a long history of investment in education, has no heritage in Jaffna through armed struggle or through support for armed struggle victors. THIS is the reason why the system of Natural Justice would deny Karuna Amman visa to Jaffna.

The member of the Tamil Diaspora from France has the opportunity to learn from the French Revolution during which Napoleon Bonaparte was an artillery officer in the French army. To my mind, Napoleon was not part of the Royalty but was employed by the Royalty and hence was able to connect to fellow victims of Royalty – just as many members of the Sri Lankan armed forces of lower ranks connected to the victims of war. The division here is between the rulers and the ruled. LTTE became the ruling class and that was when they disconnected with the ruled. Napoleon also did not last long as a ruler for the same reason.

During my struggle to understand the workings of the University Royalty here in Australia – one of the Academics who appreciated the value of my struggles said that Union leaders who fought against the Management became part of the problem once they became part of the Management. The above French Tamil is taking a ‘telling’ position with me an Australian Tamil and I see that as being part of his inheritance of Royal genes from the LTTE. France cannot tell Australia and therefore that French cannot tell this Australian.
