INDIA -CANADA & TAMIL EELAM

 

 

The conflict between Indian & Canadian governments, has affected Tamil Eelam supporters within the Tamil community of Northern Sri Lankan origin. I consider myself Australian of Sri Lankan origin. The following is an example of Diversity within the Tamil community:

 

Tamil Eelam supporter: Mr.Hardeep Singh has been loyal to Canada ; otherwise Mr. Trudeu would not have gone to the extent of repeating his allegation against India and taking the risk of losing Canada's diplomatic relationship with India .

 

Gajalakshmi : A clever person would take political advantage through this fact. If the person is young and restless, s/he would lack the intuitive wisdom, to know the political outcomes.  Canadian PM is young and restless, relative to me in age and more importantly in separatism issues. When driven by the physical, we separate. When driven by truth/ invisible root-cause, we unite naturally .

 

Tamil Eelam supporter: Who said one can be loyal to two Nationalities ?  What's wrong with that ? 

The Irish people in the US were supporting Northern Ireland and were Loyal to the US & Independence of Northern Ireland

 

Gajalakshmi : At citizens’ level it is harmless. But at policy level it is like a Christian making Hindu laws. The American example would be Republicans making laws when Democrats are in government.

Tamil Eelam supporter: By the Way, If an ethnic society  wants to go separate and manage their land, economy, civil admiration & politics NOBODY ..NOBODY can stop them.... IT IS HUMAN RIGHTS !

 

Gajalakshmi :  It is the right of every human to uphold her/his sovereignty. But this needs to be exercised in such a way as to not disturb the exercise of sovereignty by another/others.

 

Tamil Eelam supporter: The UN or the Sinhalese have NO RIGHTS to interfere with the decision of the Tamil Ethnic Society ! 

 

Gajalakshmi : It is the right of every human to choose which group they belong to.  Belief is a natural formation of a common/sovereign group. Voting is an expression of that belief. Which Tamil leader declared and received 100%  Tamil votes for separation? No one. In 1976, TULF made a declaration of the right to self determination. In 1977 they became Equal Opposition in Sri Lankan parliament. Every Tamil Politian who contests to become a member of Sri Lanka’s national parliament is, by that very action, opposing separatism. All of them have the right to measure by UN policies that the Sri Lankan government has become part of, through agreement  and duty to follow such policies. All groups that have thus far used UN facilities, have the moral duty to be bound by UN policies in the issues concerned.

 

Tamil Eelam supporter: If Tamil Nadu decides to go separate from India , Modi has NO RIGHTS , and he must remember that Tamil Nadu is not Gujrat and Tamils are not Muslims !!! or the Indians have NO RIGHTS to deny that Independents ..... and...and...It is going to happen before the end of this century !

 

Gajalakshmi : Name the Tamil -politician who has so declared? As per my knowledge, you are neither a politician nor Tamil Nadu citizen.

 

Tamil Eelam supporter: Sikh Khalistan is going to be established  before the end of this century !

 

Gajalakshmi : When did you become a Sikh to believe so. This is an opinion. To qualify as a fact you need to feel a Sikh. A declaration of belief is a fact when one owns.

 

How come you did not make similar projection about Tamil Eelam? Has it become a nightmare?

Tamil Eelam supporter: Tamil Eelam is a sure thing when Tamil Nadu separates from India , until thence it is a pipe dream because of India

 

Conclusion: Belief will  merge naturally to form circles of Energy. If the strength of those who believe they are Eelam Tamils, is stronger than the belief of  Tamils who believe that they are Sri Lankan Tamils then natural separations will happen. Likewise with Sinhalese. When that happens Sri Lankans merge naturally and they come within their own circle of Energy and share powers in Sri Lanka and beyond. The Tamil only and Sinhala only believers, would naturally separate from Sri Lankans. Likewise Indian communities. So long as we live within our circle of belief, every experience is positive due to the soul-power of belief.

CANADA’S SELF-IMPOSED SOONIYAM / சூனியம்

 

In 2018, some Australian parliamentarians  were ousted from parliament because they were dual citizens. I then worked out the basis of the law to be, based on sovereignty. As per my discovery, every sovereign body’s parts need to operate within that body’s sovereign borders to be naturally protected by its sovereign powers. Those within a sovereign circle are naturally protected by others within the same circle.

 

The Sri Lankan courts cleared the dual citizenship challenge against Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksa to be eligible for Presidency. He was, until then Dual citizen of USA and Sri Lanka. When he became Defence Secretary in 2005, he was a dual citizen. Hence during that period, all single citizenship Sri Lankans killed due to his policies and decisions were killed unethically by the orders of half citizen, lacking in sovereign power of belief. To believe in both, one needs to use higher common principles. The UN principles are examples of this. But Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksa took the approach that he would deal with war-issues at local level.  To my mind, all this contributed to him vacating his position prematurely. This is a clear example of ‘man proposes,  god disposes’. God in the saying is Sovereignty.

 

The current conflict between the Canadian and Indian governments is centred around the death of Mr Hardeep Singh was an Indian-born Canadian citizen. He is reported to have been involved with the separatist movement claiming separate state of Sikh Khalistan in India. This, to my mind is the parallel of Tamil Eelam claim by former Sri Lankan Tamils.

 

As per the law of Sovereignty, one has to own, to claim. The proof of such ownership for public purposes is possession/occupation at physical level. Mr Hardeep Singh was living in Canada, as Canadian citizen. His loyalty ought to have been for Common Canadians. Any separate state issue ought to have been channelled through a higher common body such as the UN.

 

If the Canadian government had knowledge of local activities at community level, then it was effectively interfering with India’s sovereignty. Likewise, Tamil Eelam separatists in Canada. I recently shared as follows with the Global minded Sri Lankan community:

 

[In the case of Sikhs, India’s is ownership based, while Canada’s is knowledge based, and includes apparent ownership. India’s stand is the parallel of mine when Vijay Thanigasalam led passage of the Genocide education week  Act in Ontario Parliament. The reason is my experience based belief in the fundamentals of rebirth, according to which we take only our truth into our next birth, migration is like rebirth. Remembering  Mullivaikaal in Canada by any Canadian law maker is as if the tragedy happened in Canada. If global, such a declaration ought to be at UN level. When Canada’s existing population is truly sovereign, it would reject or cure those who are associated with armed rebels against democratically elected governments. When they do recruit, they give birth to the heirs of armed rebels carrying the same grievances.]

 

Canadian government is diluting its own Sovereignty. We refer to this process as  self imposed Sooniyam/சூனியம். Sooniyam is zero sovereignty.

MINORTY REALISE PEACE AT NALLUR AND NOT AT UN OR THROUGH POLITICIANS

 

In 1998, during Nallur festival, I got upset over Australian junior politician Pauline Hanson’s statement ordering migrants who would not assimilate, to go home and indigenous Australians to accept the status allocated by the British. 25 years later, I learnt through ABC report that indigenous Australian Cathy Freeman has been honoured with stand at Stadium Australia in Sydney Olympic Park

I felt that I had been honoured. Likewise, in 2009 during the last stages of the war between the Sri Lankan government forces and the LTTE, I urged the LTTE to surrender to Nallur Murugan. This meant, I surrendered to Murugan the Lord of war venerated by Tamils as well as Sinhalese. The victory was felt by me, 14 years later on 13 September 2023. Today, Tamils of Sri Lanka gathered in thousands, at Nallur Murugan temple, peacefully and of their Will. This confirms the strength of belief, and its uniting power. My belief in Murugan is a permanent governing vote in Sri Lanka’s ethnic and caste issues. These problems will be cured, in the minds of all in my circles of belief.

 

Yesterday, I confirmed the power of belief as follows, in relation to the work of the late Dr. Charles Sarvan Ponnuthurai, about whom a Tamil  diaspora elder stated:

 

[..the late Dr. Charles Sarvan Ponnuthurai ,  you would have observed, always quoted several bibliographical references to substantiate every conclusive point that he had been making relating to events of contemporary and past  history]

 

My response was:

 

[This is essential in an academic environment. It prevents plagiarism. When we take the outcomes produced by others and use it as our own, it becomes plagiarism which is the enemy of academics. Why? The reason is the essential criterion to be an academic, being  Research & publication. Teaching is a  junior extension of publication. Dr. Charles Sarvan Ponnuthurai was a true teacher.

 

There is an alternate way of and that is through belief. This does not require such references. One who continuously considers another to be her/his senior, is entitled to draw on the skills of the senior. When such a junior believes that the other is senior, there is unconscious flow of /Wisdom /Energy from senior to junior. So long as it is used internally, within the circle of belief , one does not need to give bibliographical references.]

 

Those who gathered harmoniously through common belief in Murugan, confirmed inner Peace that cures war-pain and also prevents unjust wars. I started realising this in Sri Lankan governance as follows:

[Back at the hotel, I asked the security officers near the lift, whether it was ok for me to use the lift. The guy said ‘of course’. I had in my palm – one of the flowers from the poojah that fell on me. On the first day I gave one to the tuk-tuk driver who has been reliable. Yesterday, I thought of giving it to the Prime Minister under whose leadership Jaffna has progressed into better order. Whether UNP returns to power as government or not depends on how the People identify with them. But this UNP government has earned our ‘thank you’. So, like Poosala Nayanar – who built in his heart and mind a temple for Lord Shiva – following the laws of temple construction – step by step – I became the governor needed by Jaffna. I had in hand the flower from the poojah – to be given to the Prime Minister. The PM was not to be seen but just as I was about to step into the lift –Mrs Vijayakala Maheswaran – State Minister for Education stepped out of the lift. I already had knowledge that the lady was a Shridi Baba devotee and hence felt commonness. I gave the lady the flower and asked her to give it to the PM – stating it was from Nallur Murugan. I stated also that the vahanam / vehicle was Elephant. One of the guys in the group – beamed – appreciating the significance.

The Lord answers the prayers of true devotees – who when they provide selfless service – become the Lord’s media.  I was happy to become that messenger for UNP yesterday. It was also full moon Poya day where in Kandy – Buddhists were celebrating Randoli Perehera ….

To me Alangkara Kanthan is most decorative and loveable. Many foreigners come to Nallur festival every night of the festival. The men respectfully take off their shirts and all of them follow the rule – not to take photos inside the temple. If the reports about security are reliable  - those in Kandy must have been more anxious than those in Nallur. Thank you Swami for curing us.

Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa – if he becomes President would be heir of King Gotabhaya whose special characters are highlighted as follows:

Then a great king became a ruler of the country, named Sirisangabo. He flew away to the forest after the arrival of king "Gotabhaya" (244 AD - 257 AD). King Gotabhaya took the crown from king Sirisangabo and he ordered to take the head of king Sirisangabo who was living in the forest, to verify that he is dead. Then people began to cut off so many heads and take them to the king pretending as the head of Sirisangabo. After hearing this, king Sirisangabo cut his own neck and told a farmer to take it to the king Gotabhaya. He is considered as the future Buddha and he fulfilled the "Dana Paramitha" by this . Viyathmaga, as per my understanding considers itself an intellectual group. They have presented themselves as follows:

 

‘We have already argued against abolishing the Executive Presidential system and transfer more power to the Parliament at the expense of 'EP'. The LTTE diaspora hates the 'EP' because President MR was able to annihilate 'LTTE' Terrorism because of 'EP'……Jayampathy Molligoda.

 

If Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksa had believed in the intellectual pathway he would have not needed the unregulated military pathway to defeat the LTTE by confining them to small space. He would have used the global pathway of the UN. Instead, he became the leader of LTTE’s equal level opposition. This is confirmed by the Viyathmaga group. Hence the promotion was confirmed to be lacking in belief, parallel to unregulated social media.

 

In the Presidential election held on 16 November 2019, Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa was elected .

 

On 13 July 2022, President Gotabaya Rajapaksa fled the country to Maldives, with Wickremesinghe claiming the charge of presidency in an acting capacity due to his premiership and imposing a state of emergency in Sri Lanka. Following Rajapaksa's official resignation, Wickremesinghe was sworn in as the acting president of Sri Lanka before Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya on 15 July. Wickremesinghe, who had formerly been a National List MP with his party represented by only one seat in the Parliament, became the President, Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, Minister of Technology, and Minister of Finance all at the same time. Upon becoming the acting president, Wickremesinghe prohibited the usage of "His Excellency" as an honorific prefix for the President and officially abolished the usage of a Presidential flag.^[171]

On 20 July, he was elected as the 9th President of Sri Lanka by the Parliament of Sri Lanka in a secret ballot to serve the remainder of Rajapaksa's term….

 

To non-believers, these events would seem unconnected. To believers in the position they are a chain of ‘causes and effects of  Belief. The players are media of Truth. It is Truth against Truth.

MAJORITY CAUSED EASTER BOMBINGS

 

My attention was drawn to Nikkei Asia’s article Sri Lanka's ‘Catholics 'can't accept' new Easter bombing inquiries’.

As per this article:

‘The appointment of new committees to investigate Sri Lanka's deadly Easter Sunday bombings in 2019 has not satisfied the country's Catholic Church or families of the victims, who say the probes lack independence.

Is it just to expect independence from a politicians who were elected by the very people who celebrate victory over the deaths of fellow Sri Lankans in 2009 war? Was Britian’s channel 4 independent of majority approval of British viewers when  it produced the documentary ‘Sri Lanka’s Killing Fields’? This documentary was first broadcast on 14 June 2011.The Easter bombings happened on  21 April 2019. If the producers had been independent of majority force, they would have discovered the truth which would have spread itself ro all seekers.

As per the article:

‘Fernando noted that, according to the whistleblower allegations in the documentary, police officers, Criminal Investigation Division (CID) officials, intelligence agents and politicians may have been involved. As a result, he said there would be concerns about the impartiality of any local committee.’

 All officers of the government have ‘positions’ that involve certain degree of Administrative commitment. Unless there has been action taken against them for being political, one has no right to, without objectively measurable (i.e. independent) evidence,  accuse them of wrongdoing. If indeed they were political, why did Mr Wickremesinghe who was then Prime not initiate disciplinary action against them? One is entitled to conclude that these are just comments and not ‘facts’ that have truth in their altar.

 

As per the article:

‘a documentary aired this month by Britain's Channel 4 has reopened the wounds, claiming the bloodshed was part of a sinister plan involving the powerful Rajapaksa family and their allies in the security forces. The allegation is that there was a plot to help the Rajapaksas return to power after losing the 2015 presidential election to Maithripala Sirisena. Just days after the attacks, Gotabaya Rajapaksa announced his candidacy, vowing to strengthen national security. He went on to win the election.

 

The timing is a fact. But what is the Truth in that fact?

 

By getting majority vote, Mr Rajapaksa confirmed that majority voters wanted a military President to strongly discipline and/or punish rebelling minorities. The same ‘people’ dismissed him through protests. They thus accept that they – the people did not believe in their vote in 2019.

 

Likewise, in 2015 when they elected Mr Sirisena as President. Mr Sirisena was weak politically as well as Administratively. He confirmed this by initiating the Constitutional crisis in 2018. This would have led to serious damage to our Administrative structure. Hence it was easy for rebels to attack.

 

Majority vote from voters driven by the physical, frees the people from the regulated pathway of the law. Thus the people share the changing surface memory with the person they elect. Unless that elected person has a mind of her/his own, the voters practice direct rule. Hence the reaction to Britain’s reporting as if it is the truth in the altar.

 

Every victim has the capacity to discover why s/he suffered. That experience is the Truth and its realisation is the cure for the pain. The problem of the dead is for the living. Suicide bombers’ brains are ‘washed’ that they are martyrs. The local minded martyr would have opposed Sinhala majority and the global minded martyr would have opposed Christian majority.

 

‘According to Sri Lankan government officials, all eight suicide bombers involved in the attacks were Sri Lankan citizens associated with National Thowheeth Jama'ath (NTJ), a local militant group with suspected foreign ties, previously known for attacks - Wikipedia

 

The then President Mr Sirisena made statements to the effect of begging ISIS to leave his country alone:

 

‘Leave my country alone, Lankan President Sirisena to ISIS chief Baghdadi’ – India Today

All these confirm that Sri Lankan voters elected Presidents of their liking. Likes and dislikes have no natural governance power. Truth of the individual has. When it spreads itself laterally, it becomes space based global truth. When it spreads itself vertically, it  becomes time based invisible sharing of truth. Religion/Culture based suicide bombings confirm that traditional powers are stronger than current powers of democracy and hence they merge in death.

Sri Lanka is claimed as a Buddhist country by majority politicians. This would naturally invoke its equal opposites in other religions. When they are suppressed they resort to living in the past. Hence they literally kill the present in both.

In the case of the Hon Rajiv Gandhi, who was a Hindu, an atheist killed a leader who was elected by majority power of Hindus.

BELIEF IS ALWAYS A WINNER

 

Majority vote is fundamental part of the system of Democracy. Belief based majority vote works naturally, to support all believing participants. At the primary level, the vote is confidential. This facilitates privacy. When we vote as per our belief in a person or group, the side we voted for may not win, but the Energy would naturally oppose the side that gets majority vote to form government. If we vote on the basis of our belief in the issue rather  than for a political group or person, our vote becomes a permanent governance vote in the issue. Such a vote is like an Elder. Mine in the ‘Voice’ issue is such a vote. All belief based voters are therefore, winners. All others are losers. Belief in issue is a permanent /natural governing Energy. I believe that I carry this at global level.

 

Belief based Laws are also winners. The administrators may fail us; the courts may dismiss us, but if we operate within the boundaries of our belief, we are winners. Our insight into an issue would be global when we use global laws.

 

In Sri Lanka, the Rajapaksa family, is blamed for economic downfall in 2022. They were elected by majority.  Majority’s  religion is Buddhism. Lord Buddha renounced physical comforts to become poor and realised Nirvana/State of stillness of mind. Hence a Buddhist who relies on the pleasures of the body, would vote against Buddhism. A true Buddhist would accept the economic downfall as stronger connection to Buddhism. By quitting, due to external pressure,  Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksa, confirmed lack of belief that he was right for the position.

 

The current President is more global minded than his predecessor. But he also lacks belief in global values of Democracy, in particular, Racial Equality.  Hence he is unable to bring about a solution to the ethnic problem.

 

Today, Tamils of Sri Lanka gathered in thousands, at Nallur Murugan temple, peacefully and of their Will. This confirms the strength of belief, and its uniting power. My belief in Murugan is a permanent governing vote in Sri Lanka’s ethnic and caste issues. These problems will be cured, in the minds of all in my circles of belief.

 

Social media has the tendency to damage belief based harmony, due to lack of ownership. Information without belief has no roots and hence floats in the mind of the receiver.  Hence, Elder CP Scott said ‘Comment is free, but facts are sacred.’  Facts are sacred because they have truth in their altar. Truth spreads itself exponentially. Likewise  belief.   

 

Information without Truth causes mental illness and turns one’s position upside down, in a free environment. This is a risk with armed militants, as well as officers without belief in their positions, in a free environment. Once rooted in the invisible truth, the information, gets rooted and is healthy. Truth cures most of our mental illnesses and then physical ailments are passers by.

UNRELIABLE MEDIA REPORTS

 

Criminals leave indicators/evidence of crime that a true seeker will find. Likewise, the media, so a true observer will pick up the clue. This is the way of Truth. Yesterday for example, an inquiry in Northern Sri Lanka, where World Vision is also operational, invoked a confession from those involved, that they did not want the CCTV monitoring. When the Truth of the Opposition is strong, it brings out the Opposition’s truth when both they take Equal position to the leading side.

 

As per the Guardian report based on Channel 4 video on Easter Bombings:

‘We start in 1983, when an armed uprising by Tamil separatists sparked civil war, before spooling forward to the end of that conflict in 2009’

 

The above, if factual, gives the picture that the Tamils sparked the civil war. Hence the 1983 Black July was started by the Tamils.

 

Truth has no form. Facts have diverse forms. Hence when two diverse facts meet each other on level field, the stronger owner invokes the truth in the weaker side in a free environment. It is the democratic parallel  of brainwashing / subjective influence autocracy.

 

If not factual, then the report is just a comment, by medium, free of opposition.

 

Be it 9/11 attack, or the Easter Bombings, they gave birth to many victims. The whistleblower at the centre of the Channel 4 video, has sought refuge in Switzerland. Hence his feelings for the victims is not the strongest. The uncompensated victims’ pain carries the strongest Energy. That would invoke truth from the perpetrators who carry the strongest Causal Energy. They must write/publish  their reports/facts. This is the therapy they need.

EASTER BOMBINGS MEDIA JUDGMENT RES JUDICATA

 

“We conclude that the former President Sirisena has been lax in affording the protection and guarantees enjoined under the Constitution and other laws and he has  breached his duty to protect” Supreme court of Sri Lanka on 12 January 2023. (reported by Al Jazeera)

 

The same medium reported yesterday:

 

‘ Gotabaya Rajapaksa rejects British documentary that said the Easter Sunday attacks were carried out to influence presidential election…….

He said the documentary on Britain’s Channel 4 television was “mostly an anti-Rajapaksa tirade”]

 

Those who are driven by the Judiciary and its commitment to the principles of Res Judicata, would not be affected by the documentary. Wikipedia presents the doctrine as follows:

 

‘The doctrine of res judicata is a method of preventing injustice to the parties of a case supposedly finished but perhaps also or mostly a way of avoiding unnecessary waste of judicial resources. Res judicata does not merely prevent future judgments from contradicting earlier ones, but also prevents litigants from multiplying judgments, and confusion.’

 

Sri Lankan Judicial Resources are much less than the resources available to the British Judiciary, leave alone the global media. Those driven by the global media, have the right to take the matter to global judiciary. To use such information locally in Sri Lanka is irresponsible in political terms. Discovering the truth is limited by our resources. But those who seek genuinely, will find it as per their need, through their respective pathways of belief. Hence I recently shared as follows with a group of Sri Lankan intellectuals, in relation to Peter Singer’s theory that  ‘ordinary people are evil’:

 

‘In terms of Singer’s theory, the rule of morality in terms of helping – depends on who is in our Energy circle.   Like planets, we revolve around ourselves due to our sovereign energies. The sun is the parent that empowers all other planets.

The parallel of the sun is the global community. This is the group Singer feels part of. Hence the Oxfam example.  When Swami says ‘Love All’ to my mind, Swami means all who are known to you. In the discussion, the presenter mentions that we now have the opportunity to have knowledge of world events, as they happen. Do we contribute to the victims of Russo-Ukraine war or to the victims of Sri Lankan war? At physical level our resources are limited.  Hence one gains and another loses/forgoes . If we feel the need, we would identify with the person/group who gets. When we share intelligence, every seeker finds it. Hence’ Seek and you shall find’

 

In terms of Easter Bombings, I accept the Sri Lankan judiciary’s judgment. The reason for this is my own painful experiences in Australian courts. Judge Moore said that he believed I was genuinely hurt, but that the court’s resources were limited. I therefore used the courts to learn how the judicial system worked and share my wisdom with others in need. The doctrine of Res Judicata is one of them.

 

The fact that Easter Bombers were suicidal and were from minority community in Sri Lanka, is of particular concern to me, not only due to LTTE but also due to high level of suicide in indigenous Australian community.

 

Those who take credits quickly and cheaply, will not find the invisible Truth. One needs deep ownership to know which pathway to use in seeking & finding truth. A good start would be to feel the pain of the victims as ours. I doubt that this is the case with Britain’s Channel 4 television. Recently I wrote about my own ‘closure’ to our Australian PM as follows:

 

‘Each time the Federal Courts of Australia, in Sydney,  failed me and I felt hurt, I went to St Mary’s Cathedral and asked ‘why’.  It took me a long time to realise that my pain, without a single thought of revenge was also prayers in ‘Reserve’. They strengthened my soul-power. The ultimate manifestation was that the book ‘Naan Australian’ (I am Australian) , came to National Library of Australia, via Congress Library, without my knowledge or effort. To me, that is a miracle. I believe that that is how Truth balances human karma.’

 Ultimately, Sri Lankans need to find the truth about their pain. Not fereigners.
