TAMIL CM & SRI LANKAN PM

In my culture of origin, the position of a person is far more important than the individual currently occupying the position. As per my culture, we invoke the blessings of all those who developed that position/space for us to live in. That is the reason for institutional structures and positions that such structures are made of.  When we invoke their blessings, and keep in mind that they are our leaders – we automatically submit the outcomes of our work to them. Whether the current outcomes are positive or negative, they would not affect us as individuals.

In democracy, the structure is developed lateral partners of Equal status. Hence we need to start from zero base/level playing field/Equal Opportunity. Our ancestral powers would then become our spirit within.

Yesterday I realised that the Tamil community leadership had deteriorated to the same extent as the Sinhalese government which according to News 1st report ‘Private Jets & UL Cargo flights linked to Uganda – What’s going on?’ was taking the PM  on Private jet – to Thirupathi and not to Buddha Gaya / Bodh Gaya – as was his duty in terms of article 3 of the Sri Lankan constitution. As per my discovery – the system of truth would invoke this clause to reveal the true powers of one who is true to her/himself as per Sri Lankan structure.

I have often highlighted the imbalance that this article brings to the whole constitution. Whoever included this article in the constitution avoided it being included in the  section above ‘Fundamental Rights’ . No government has sought to correct the ‘inequality’ of ‘foremost’ which is relative and not absolute. Sovereign power is absolute and hence spreads itself.

By actively opposing it – as if I was the leading Opposition – I developed active opposition spirit which would spread itself exponentially so long as I believe myself to be Sri Lankan.

Likewise, Jaffna Tamil who is the natural religious opposition in article 3. On that basis I expressed opposition to former Chief Minister of Sri Lanka’s Northern Province expressly seeking donations from his family group . Details are in Appendix .

In that instance I upheld Krisha in me who promised:

paritrāṇāya sādhūnāṁ vināśhāya cha duṣhkṛitām
dharma-sansthāpanārthāya sambhavāmi yuge yuge

To protect the righteous, to annihilate the wicked, and to re-establish the principles of dharma I appear on this earth, age after age.

As per the News 1st article – the Sri Lankan PM went to Thirupathi and not to Bodh Gaya. According to Wikipedia:

Great Buddha (Bodh Gaya)

The Great Buddha statue is one of the popular stops on the Buddhist pilgrimage and tourist routes in Bodh Gaya, Bihar (India). The statue is 19.5 m (64 ft) high representing the Buddha seated in a meditation pose, or dhyana mudra, on a lotus in the open air. The total height of the construction is 80 ft (24 m) of which the Buddha makes up 64 ft (20 m), the lotus on which the Buddha sits 6 ft (1.8 m) and the lower pedestal 10 ft (3.0 m). The construction's width is nearly 60 ft (18 m) at its maximum. The statue was designed by V. Ganapati Sthapati

The architect is Hindu – confirming that in India the two religions were common and when separated  they would be of Equal status. That is the way of Truth. Given that changes have been focused around the Executive Power of the President – in addition to article 3 which renders Buddhism also executive powers – Buddhists have lost the governance power. Whoever forms the next government also will fail due to this relative power instead of Absolute power of belief.

The Tamil CM needs to heed the warning coming his way through Southerners. As Lord Krishna indicated ‘That which is theirs today will be ours tomorrow.’

(Mr Wigneswaran’s responses are in italics.)

Thank you Mr Wigneswaran for responding. Since I could not , in your mail find  the conversation with Saku, I have copied it in my response. Now to your response:

[Nevertheless I could reply to this lady called Gajaluxmi whoever she is and in whatever manner she got into this group.]

If family relationships are indeed your foremost then Mr Balram is (as per my understanding – he is your wife’s brother) related to my husband.  That has very little bearing on me because in my mind you have ‘no family position’. To be considered part of my family you ought to have publicly taken a position in our public functions. As a Sri Lankan – I am through my father - the great granddaughter of Dharma Udayaar of Araly. At global level through my mother – the great granddaughter of AM Pillai – also of Jaffna who migrated to Burma with the blessings of Kadayit Swami and became the most successful businessman known to me.  G A Sri Khanta is related to me through this side.

I met you as a Public person and shared as follows on 02 October 2015:

[I met Mr. Wigneswaran at the Temple within Ratmalana Hindu College in Colombo – when we gathered to comfort and heal young ones affected by war.   He does not need a Political role to lead war Recovery efforts. Tamils needed him to oust the Military leadership and we need to remember and honor that. Otherwise Northern Tamils would owe a debt to Southern Tamils] https://austms.blogspot.com/2015/10/gajalakshmiparamasivam-02-october-we.html

The position you occupied was the one developed by our common community. The visible occupant was you. Mine was the spirit/truth of our community as discerned by me – a Jaffna Tamil.

Later on your birthday I wished you while sharing the article headed ‘Home of Truth – Sathya Graham’

Yours was the first response – thanking me for the wishes. I remembered because it is the same day as my daughter Gayathri who is a lawyer. You failed to respond even to the following in relation to LTTE:

[TNA Leader Mr. Sampanthan is reported to have questioned as to why we had resorted to violence?]

There has been no such question from  you.  I was by this time already seeking and finding some of the answers as if we were one family – confirmed at:

http://austms.blogspot.com/2015/11/gajalakshmiparamasivam-04-november.html

You conclude your response as follows:

[I have received many emails from a Gajaluxmi. It may have been you. I still do not know who you are and whether you are related to us. I hope I have replied to you adequately. Thanks. W]

The above directions would help you find the Common Jaffna Tamil in me.

You state:

[I have not registered the Charity. It started quite sometime ago. The Bank Account is in my name. The Accounts are maintained by a Qualified Accountant.]

My issue was that the Charity is in a different name to that of the Bank Account. The parallel of that in your profession is the Court’s Bank Account being in the judge’s name.

[They are audited every year. All ‘personal’ contributions are accounted for by due acknowledgements from receipt books kept and by inserting them in books of account. So far every contributor had been informed in due course as to how their money was spent and for what purposes. ]

The monies from Family should not need to be accounted for. But certainly – monies from outsiders – for example like me. Unless you knew that every member was an insider you ought have a structure that stood up to public scrutiny.

[So long as I do not dabble with the money in any illegal fashion and I am quite confident about my honesty, why should I worry about having it registered?]

What is illegal as per Sri Lankan law ? Your open support for rebels who openly acted in breach of the law overrides the cover you had as per your Judicial status.

This takes us to the ‘personal honesty’ you rely on. If that is the same as that of this group – you did not have to explain or even ‘ask’. I get very little money from my family – beyond my husband and children. Those who do donate – do so for their own purposes. The family example that comes to mind is as follows:

[Our eldest granddaughter who is currently a law student was tutored by my husband in Maths. She got enough in Maths to get the required rank to enter Uni. Later when it was her younger sister’s turn – the younger one said to her father – our son – that she could manage on her own. Then the elder one said words to the effect ‘They are offering because they want to teach!’ ]

The children’s mother is White Aussie. This means that they are less structured than us in institutional values – according to which we had the duty to share our heritage. To the young Aussie all she had to do was to dutifully sit through the sessions which she did diligently. But I appreciate that honesty and the sense of ‘freedom’ she felt in her home.

You will find similar attitude from those who had less ambitions than you at that stage of life. Majority in Northern Sri Lanka  fall within this category. Likewise, yourself in relation to my communications. But my contributions would wait for the true representative who seeks genuinely to preserve the Jaffna heritage in education and higher thinking.

[If necessary it could be registered. So far none who contributed has posed any such question because they were presumably satisfied with our work. I had no difficulty in mentioning the names of early contributors in my note to my cousins with amounts donated because the amounts are all reflected in our books of account.]

But the Program in whose name you collect is not your family’s. It is that of every person past and present, to whom North is ‘home’ . Does your family know for example, I refer to your opening of the building referred to at https://austms.blogspot.com/2016/06/the-hon-c.html?m=0

The guy in the picture – Jeevarasa was also born on the same day as my daughter Gayathri. You were invited because you were CM. Take a good look at the picture. As per my contribution the Human Resource is clearly separated from ‘money resource’. The latter came from a Diaspora member living in Switzerland. But Jeevarasa overrode it to satisfy the money donor. Out of fear of my criticism – and advice not to build on someone else’s land – they did not invite me. Later when I attended a meeting – as per Jeevarasa’s invitation  - the officer presiding mentioned the illegality of that land and said that if you knew you would hang yourself in shame. I did not dispute it.

Through such experiences I realised that our intentions – based on our truth – work naturally in ‘free’ environments. That is how I get the ‘intelligence’ I need at the right time. Pardon me if you are hurt – but that karma came to you because you failed to do your Due Diligence tests before sharing the position of CM with that group. For my part – I had the labour pain of intelligence not only about that group but also about you losing the dignity of your position structure – to hold which you were elected. The intelligence I gave birth to out of that pain is that ‘Karma never fails’. We donated land to prevent such illegal structures. Hence that karma protected us through the Due Processes developed on the basis of our own experiences. Had you done likewise in Judiciary – you would not have become the victim of their  desire.

When you think at issue level – the ‘issue’ comes to you. That is when you are independent of individuals and become Common leader.

Prior to the above event – a widow from that area approached me in relation to the promise by the government that they – the nursing aids  would be made permanent. The government changed in 2015 and they were told that they would be terminated. According to the group they had approached  your government including yourself - without any positive response. They set out to see the minister in Colombo. They did not know where the ministry was. I had gone to Colombo to depart to Australia. When they rang me I went to Fort station, accompanied them to the Ministry and then waited to speak to the officials and used my Australian status to represent them. I had to my credit – the 2009 ‘demotion’ by the Ministry where officials treated me as LTTE’s representative – while I was waiting for clearance to go to the camps for counselling work.  That positive karma worked to help the nursing aids of about 250. If you had had the credit you would have led the group and this would have saved you from the karma of opening an illegally built building,

[Having it unregistered helps our office to deal with urgent appeals for assistance without delay.]

If your family trusted you – they would send you the money without expectations of ‘Accountability’ . Then you would have not needed to talk about the trust or charity.  It would have confirmed your oneness to an outsider like me.

[Again many of the contributors are as Saku has pointed out "know me, trust me and love me". They are either my past students, relatives, friends or well wishers. Many of them after giving their contributions are not interested in an  official acknowledgement. We force the official receipts on them as a duty on our part. ]

If you feel that to be your duty – then you recognise the structure from which it flows. This facilitates your development of Administrative structures that confirm the equality of the two sides – which is an integral part of  democracy.

Now you have the duty to openly discipline Saku who pampered you as if you were her king and she was the guardian of your private chambers!

You need to first eliminate the attachment that led you to state:

[I am most grateful to Saku for pointing out the incongruency of an outsider getting into this group of cousins.]

If this were true then you are not eligible to lead Jaffna where I am Queen by character – ordained by Yoga Swami within me

JR FACILATED THE TAMIL DIASPORA

Today I received, in response to my yesterday’s article a ‘separate’ response under a  different heading to mine. The response from a Sri Lankan Engineer was headed :

‘Out of Box idea to address the current issues being faced by Sri Lanka’

The response was introduced as follows:

[According to Buddhism, solution for any issue should be to address the Cause of any problem rather than addressing Effect. Cause of the present crisis being faced by Sri Lanka is its dependency on foreign resources.]

My response to the Engineer - went as follows:

‘Today I received the following from a Canadian Tamil the following message about Tamil leader SJV Chelvanayakam.

[in early 1976, before he passed away , he had stated, when told that JR was likely to sweep the polls to be held later ‘that will be the end of the Tamils’ - quote by his third son ]

I responded as follows to the Canadian:

[JR pioneered the globalization of Sri Lankan minds. In fact it was in 1977 that Tamils became leading Opposition  in National Parliament, That is the highest position Tamils could get to as an independent community – as declared through Vaddukoddai Resolution 1976 when SJV was alive.  The son seems to have gotten it wrong. If not for JR the Tamil Diaspora would not be active at the higher level.]

I contined to respond to the Engineer as follows:

‘Majority in this forum are Engineers living in nations that are consciousness that they are global. As a mark of respect you need to use the current global language. In the alternative you may use ancient methods with the locals in your village. The Rajapaksas made mistake of mixing the two – i.e. – going to global powers to defeat local rebellion. Once they had ‘victory’ they separated themselves as if they did it by themselves. Hence that global power is teaching them a lesson. That is recognized as Karma. As for cause and effect – both have invisible forces. If we are affected more personally than others – we intuitively know the causes. Hence the current agitation in South.’

There was also a request to a ‘family group ’ effectively to donate money to help Northerners. I responded to it as follows:

[As a Chartered Accountant I find this to be in breach of due Accounting Processes. What prevents you from opening an account in the name of ‘xxxx – Unregistered Trust?’ Is it a slush fund used for unofficial actions?

I have ‘Australian Tamil Management Service’ as the official name of my ‘service’ work. The Accounts are maintained by me and they are audited every year by Colombo auditors. All ‘personal’ contributions are accounted for through ‘Director’s Account’ and not as ‘Donations’.  Since we do not make a profit – I did from time to time think of closing the company  down. But something within me prevented it. Later I realized that – by maintaining it – I was/am honouring our ancestors from whom we inherited those due processes. In return – my ‘intelligence’ in Project proposals’ has become stronger.

In yesterday’s article, I highlighted ‘At Administrative level – the Parliament managing Finances is NOT the solution. To do so is in breach of the doctrine of Separation of Powers – between belief based governance and merit based Administration.’

Had you asked me – I would have structured a system with ‘xxxx’ being a ‘project’ within the Program -‘Aaaaaaaaa’. I call it a program because trust is invisible in terms of cause and effect. Help  is visible and need not be belief only based. The former is the parallel of Subjective evidence by an expert in a court of law. The latter is the parallel of documentary evidence which needs to stand on its own rights and therefore without any subjective influence.

Since you have chosen to respond under the subject heading ‘St.Augustine and the original sin’  - I give its Accounting parallel.

The challenge for St Augustine was in terms of maintaining his celibacy. The parallel of that in Accounting is single entry Accounting – often referred to as Cash Accounting.

As opposed to celibacy – marriage and other relationships based on sexual pleasures are like double entry book keeping. They have to be balanced at both sides. In other words every pleasure by one side must show pain on the other side – ie in the ledger. In a law court it is independent evidence that confirms cause at the same level as effect. Using Adam and Eve – a celibate  would get into difficulty due to incomplete record keeping.  A celibate who trusts in his Father would know that both are in him – one as a Mother spirit and Father as visible position.  In Catholic philosophy – Mother is visible and Father is Sprit. We have Arthanaatheeswarar depicting the male and female in One body.

In terms of that example of a man asking for help on the claim  –‘ The conditions among our people  here in the North  are getting bad daily.’  – please send me his details for assessment. I would then use my single entry method – using my ownership in Jaffna and train him to catch fish. Our heritage confirms our ability to be self-sufficient. We reject handouts. As per my assessment you are lacking in this and hence would get cheated. The reason is lack of ownership in Jaffna. Please take this as One person’s protest against your current proposal. It is more powerful than the Southern Protests

EXECUTIVE PRESIDENCY & FINANCES

True strength of a Nation is the consolidated strength of every person  to whom that Nation is ‘home’. To most of us, our families are the structures through which individual Sovereignty develops into group Sovereignty. Hence if I am financially independent as a person, I naturally share it with my family. To the extent  my family is financially self-sufficient, it contributes to our home-nation’s economic independence.

Former Prime Minister of Sri Lanka – Mr Ranil Wickremesinghe is reported to have suggested as follows in relation to the current economic crisis in Sri Lanka:

Changing governments or forming a national government is not the need of the hour and Sri Lanka’s political parties must instead work on building a national consensus towards a permanent solution to the country’s economic woes, former prime minister and sole MP of the opposition United National Party (UNP) Ranil Wickremesinghe said…….. “The opposition can remain in the opposition, and government members can remain in the government. But they must all arrive at a national agreement on solving this problem – an agreement that’s valid not just for one year but for 15 or 20 years,” he added.

Once consensus has been reached, the former prime minister said, the government and opposition can discuss elections and even the possibility of early elections.

“But the national framework and basic policies cannot be changed,” he said.] Economy Next

This in essence is the parallel of eliminating Executive power of a single individual.

One way in which the West including Australia, overcame this problem was through Business-Unit structures. When Mr Wickremesinghe’s group came into power in 2015, they did propose this and I also made my contributions to it on the basis of my Australian experience. The difficulty was often in male-dominated areas. Until majority Sri Lankan women work outside their homes, but are granted Equal status – this system would not sustain itself. We then need the mix of both as per the respective area’s group’s leadership mix. This is highlighted as follows:

Yesterday, Mr Wigneswaran  responded as follows to a lady participant:

[Equality is mostly not understood. Every human being is given equal rights . That does not mean I am equal to you. How could I be ?  i  cannot bear a child? Iswaran]

I responded to the Tamil leader as follows:

[I also believe that we are all born Sovereign. If surfaced to the visible level we would be Equal. The formula of this is hidden within the diversity. Taken purely at surface level -one misses out on the sweetness of Diversity which makes one attractive to the other. Man has greater physical strength while woman is able to mentally take on pain. It is part of a woman’s makeup and is the balancing factor in terms of labour pain. The physical strength of man is balanced with his lesser ability to endure pain.

In the case of Sri Lanka- Sinhalese are the parallel of man and Minorities are the parallel of woman.  We have greater capacity bear pain and hence we have the capacity to give birth to a new nation. Where we are ‘separated’  whoever is ‘visible’ in leadership – for example Vellala caste -becomes heirless -  if they do not  take on minorities as Equals. Within LTTE – North was the visible leader. East had the talent due to them taking Junior position]

In his speech, published by the office of Prime Minister – Mr Rajapaksa includes the following:

[30 years of a terrorist threat and the fear of death that existed among the people of this country was eradicated; not to further endanger the people and to relegate them to a fate of hardship and pain. We built highways, modern roads and infrastructure - not so that you can stand in queues on those roads.]

The above confirms living off the past. Whatever the method chosen – it was the government’s duty to eliminate that which it considered to be ‘terrorism’. To take more benefits than the satisfaction of doing one’s duty is to profit from one’s rights. This leads to loss of consciousness of Sovereignty.

We witnessed the deployment of Armed forces during the pandemic. The current PM states in his speech to the nation:

[When thousands died in neighboring countries due to the Coronavirus, treatment centers equipped with facilities were mobilized. Indigenous medicines such as Koththamalli were dispensed, medicines were given and the whole country was largely vaccinated. All this was done, not so that our people would be victimized by tear gas and bullets. Historically, we have spared no sacrifice to protect our people from every challenge. As in times past, we will make every effort to overcome this crisis. Friends, this government restricted taking loans from international stakeholders and prioritized working with and empowering our people to make Sri Lanka a debt free country.]

This confirms that in his mind, the PM has a structure of self-sufficiency as a stand alone country and there is no recognition of others senior in this field – especially India which to Sri Lanka is the parallel of Britain  to Australia. Such intuitive recognition renders continuous flow of ‘intelligence’ from one to the other. This is what went wrong with the LTTE also.

The credit claimed from dispensation of Koththamalli / Corriander confirms ‘the indigenous approach.

In his conclusion, the PM includes the following:

[This government has historically imbued our farmers with the highest relief packages to aid their industry. However, today the farmers stand against us. No matter how honorable the notion of organic fertilizer is, it is not the time for it to be implemented. As such, we will be reinstating the fertilizer subsidy to once again equip our farmers to optimize their craft.]

With a structure where the gun is above the plough in hierarchy – the democratic voter would naturally feel subdued. It means also that we are living off armed war. This tendency has been strengthened through Victory parades by the armed forces – as if Tamils are enemies. It may not be the intention of the government, but every Sri Lankan Tamil to whom Sri Lanka is ‘home’ – due also to one’s family culture - would feel isolated. This feeling is exasperated by such Sinhala celebrations by the government.

When Tamils are recognised as Equal Opposition in Parliament – by enacting laws to the effect – Sri Lanka as a whole, would confirm Democracy and would naturally attract investments from democratic groups. Towards this either Buddhism foremost article needs to be repealed or the balancing article of every electorate where a particular religion is in majority that religion’s law must prevail as ‘foremost’ law.

At Administrative level – the Parliament managing Finances is NOT the solution. To do so is in breach of the doctrine of Separation of Powers – between belief based governance and merit based Administration. The solution is to breakdown Administration to become self-sufficient through project based approach – which is the parallel of the religious provision stated above.

COMMUNISM FOREMOST FOR SRI LANKA?

The Australian ABC reports as follows:

Inside Sri Lanka's worst economic crisis, people are dying in line for fuel - https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-04-12/inside-sri-lankas-worst-economic-crisis-in-history/100975192

At the global level – ABC reported:

Shanghai wrestles with food shortages under virus shutdown:

BEIJING -- Residents of Shanghai are struggling to get meat, rice and other food supplies under anti-coronavirus controls that confine most of its 25 million people in their homes, fueling frustration as the government tries to contain a spreading outbreak.

People in China's business capital complain online grocers often are sold out. Some received government food packages of meat and vegetables for a few days. But with no word on when they will be allowed out, anxiety is rising.

https://abcnews.go.com/Health/wireStory/shanghai-wrestles-food-shortages-virus-shutdown-83930231

I have continuously shared my belief that unpaid debt becomes a sin. Sin is beyond our direct control  - as the pandemic has confirmed.

A wise medical professional of global standards wrote:

[I wonder what terrible karmic consequences the NWO will reap? Perhaps be reborn as animals! They have no place among decent conscientious human beings.]

I responded as follows:

[I believe that each one of us would know the parallel in our own sovereign unit. When we recognise them and discipline them and discipline them or separate from them – without expecting return benefits – we contribute to the global power. The parallel of NWO is the  Rajapaksa government in Sri Lanka. If Tamils had disciplined them instead of seeking revenge – Sri Lanka would not be going through this economic challenge today. Stated in another way – if someone fails to discipline or separate from such forces – the globe will have an economic pandemic. This Energy sharing has been confirmed in terms of food shortages – in China.]

The soul is Eternal. Hence we hold memorial services for the departed. When someone dies due to external pressures those who caused the pressure would be allocated their share of the suffering. Locking down to ‘show’ good outcomes would carry the risk of eternalising suppression. The suffering that caused or contributed to the pain suffered by the person/group becomes ‘internalized’ when death happens. Hence one may use arms to defend but not to attack.

In Sri Lanka’s case – the ethnic war on the side of Tamils also went beyond defending. But in the case of Covid – Tamils did not oppose the government. Hence the Truth of Sinhalese only – manifested itself. The picture confirms that the ‘debt’ from China has become a sin that would not let the system of democracy work in today’s Sri Lanka. We have thus been ‘converted’ to Communism foremost which has defeated ‘Buddhism foremost’.

The true power of Sri Lankan Buddhists would work to Oppose Communism especially within the Parliament. The strength of the individual’s commitment to the law is weighted by the position’s height.  As per the current manifestations the leaders on both sides of politics contributed to long-term influence of Communism in Sri Lanka. If the LTTE had not been defeated – Tamils also would have contributed to this ‘conversion’. It usually happens through ‘handouts’.

TO GO OR TO STAY

[“In the name of God, go!” – Oliver Cromwell, 20 April 1653, London, England

Two weeks from today, nearly 400 years ago, Oliver Cromwell sacked a corrupt British parliament (the Long Parliament) and scolded away its MPs, “You have sat too long here for any good you have been doing. Depart, I say, and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go”.] Rajan Philips at https://www.colombotelegraph.com/index.php/in-the-name-of-god-go/

But Oliver Cromwell wrote also :

[ "as for the people, what thoughts they have in the matter of religion in their own breasts I cannot reach; but I shall think it my duty, if they walk honestly and peaceably, not to cause them in the least to suffer for the same.]

If the current Leader of the Opposition had been an Army leader and then he had stated the above as Oliver Cromwell did – that would have been valid. But if Mr Sajith Premadasa asked the government to go home that would be copying Oliver Cromwell. Whether Sajith is conscious of it or not – he has inherited his father’s political heritage and therefore includes the karma in the following Wikipedia report about his father:

[His handling of the country's civil war was less successful. In the north, the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam were facing off against the Indian Peace-Keeping Force the Indian presence on the island was unpopular, and Premadasa requested India to pull out its troops. In order to force the IPKF to leave the island, he authorized a clandestine operation to supply arms to LTTE to fight the Tamil National Army formed by the IPKF, a collusion that came to light in the report published by the Sri Lankan Presidential Commission to inquire into the 1992 assassination of Lieutenant General Denzil Kobbekaduwa. While the IPKF was recalled by New Delhi in 1990, the government's war with the LTTE resumed, beginning Eelam War II, which ended in a stalemate five years later. The 1990 massacre of Sri Lankan Police officers, which occurred after the policemen were asked to surrender to the LTTE in Batticaloa at Premadasa's request, was later established to have been performed with the same weapons he had supplied them]

In effect the heritage from father to son was to ‘separate’ from India – which is the regional leader. This heritage included also the partnership with the LTTE to oust the Indian Peace Keeping Force.

If the People were asking the current government to ‘go home’ – then they must not have suffered seriously during the war.

Tamils who did suffer and accepted that pain due to actions beyond their control, develop their own natural laws. These laws connect them to Universal Powers which come to us.

Today, I responded as follows, to a Tamil who highlighted parts of analyses based on Mr Gajendrakumar Ponnambalam’s speech in Parliament – highlighting high Defence allocation in the Budget:

[I notice that Tsunami Reconstruction work is also highlighted. I was part of that program – which I believe happened due to the difficulties I endured in 2003 – while working in Vanni. I wrote the report for TRO which lacked the resources. On my own – as per my intuition – I submitted the report to President Kumaratunga. During that experience I noted the Australian High Commission’s group trying to ‘takeover’ power through their own local NGO. The Diaspora groups were not there at all. Mankerny folks got their homes and wanted me to come despite the train strike in 2008. This led to my experience of Divine Yoga Swami guiding me and confirming that true service is forever. Yesterday for example – we celebrated my cousin in law’s life through memorial service at our family temple in Sangarathai-Vaddukoddai. This happened because of his wife’s faith in the system and also because her husband identified with the value of our investment in Thunaivi. Heavy rain poured only after the sweet rice was made outside the sheltered area. Later here in Sydney we watched without any plan – the movie ‘The In-between’. In essence those who have deep insight – believe that the soul of the departed loved ones continue to live with them. That is how amazing the power of truth is.

LTTE would continue to live for those who loved them and were loyal to them. Likewise politicians. Those who read at surface level tend to gamble.]

My cousin who received photos of the service in Sri Lanka wrote to me that her husband had come in her dream and that she felt he was happy. When my cousin shared with me – she had no knowledge about the connection I made with the film. To those who do not believe – these would seem like coincidences. The believer sees deep and connects to the truth within.

As per Dharma – the government that created the mess has the first responsibility to bring back order. The current situation is interlocutory. As per Dharma, unless the Opposition caused the call in Parliament – before the People did – it has no mandate to ask the government to step down. The elected government has that mandate to facilitate fresh elections. Until then we have the responsibility to ‘wait & observe’.

EQUAL OPPOSITION

As per News reports – the main Opposition party in Sri Lankan Parliament is seeking to pass a ‘no confidence motion’ against the government:

[The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) started to collect signatures for a No-confidence Motion (NCM) against the Government on Friday (8), and said the party would move an impeachment motion against President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, if the latter does not listen to the demands of the public. Addressing Parliament, Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa presented nine proposals to solve the current economic and political crises in the country. ] https://ceylontoday.lk/news/sjb-collects-signatures-for-ncm-against-govt

If the Opposition did not instigate the protesters – then this move would worsen the problem and weaken our investment in representative democracy. The risk is mob-rule.

Representative democracy is based on Equality in Parliament. This means that the Opposition has Equal power as the Government. If the Parliament were taken as the model of whole world – even one member of Parliament would be able to maintain the sovereignty of the Parliament by invoking the power of her/his belief.

[Gaja but this Nadesan went regularly to Thiruchendur Murugan and conducted extensive poojas on stolen money…… Now the entire bunch have become headless chickens.]

My response was as follows:

“When we ask with faith we get that which we ask for. That is the way of truth. If we ask for something physical, when we say ‘thank you with the same intensity, we are juniors and the experience gets completed.  Once completed – the experience stays with us as permanent Energy. But to the extent we fail to feel ‘thank you’ we become indebted to that power and with time – debt becomes sin. Sin is negative Universal Energy.  Hence we lose control over the manifestation of that other side of the ‘matter’ we received. But the Universal Power of Truth will manifest the other side to maintain its Equilibrium .

The above  in your language is known as bipolarism. Those who imagine they are ‘right’ and take the high position and imagine that others ‘see’ them as being ‘right’ experience depression. The wider the gap in terms of time and/or space – the stronger the depression. The vaccine is to discipline the person. The person so disciplining needs to be accepted by the person as her / his senior.

In Western medicine – they kill the imagination. The risk is usually to the healthy memories also.”

If the Opposition in Parliament had been effective – it would have effectively kept the Parliament functional by showing through itself the effects of government policy. In terms of the constitutional provisions relating to Executive Presidency which the Leading Opposition is promising to repeal – they would have become the victims or been to war areas which felt the brunt of this undemocratic force which the government let loose. Most in power limit themselves to theoretic ‘ rights and wrongs’

Included in the Sunday Island’s editorial ‘No light yet at tunnel’s end’ is the following:

[Tarzie Vitachchi, one of this country’s best known journalists, in the days after he retired from writing his famed Flybynight column in the Sunday Observer and joined the UN system as an international civil servant, would often talk of events and processes. He urged that events, that grab the day’s headlines, are always preceded by processes that take time to unwind. He would urge journalists to analyze the processes without being only focused on the events.]

What happened is events. Why it happened is invisible in the processes. Where a good proportion of the processes are as per inherited values that our ancestors developed – we have the blessings of our ancestors.  To the extent they were successful in realising harmony, we also would realise harmony.

Most demonstrators did not seem to be starving. The effect was they were celebrating as they did in 2009 after the defeat of the LTTE by this leadership. Members of Parliament did not stop this celebration of Sri Lankan killing Sri Lankan. This polarised the effects. One of the serious accusations against the LTTE was that they recruited Child-soldiers. We noticed many children in the protest marches in South. Saturday’s Island editorial highlights this as follows:

[Parents and teachers should beware the self-proclaimed liberators who use the blood of the country’s children and youth to power their political project.]

If the government had believed that child soldiers were wrong for society they would have legislated against children under 18 from participating in protests. One has to be a member of the electing group to be eligible to participate in public protests against the government. Only eligible voters have that right.

This protest is space developed for genuine protestors. The due process is for politicians to learn and not hijack the People’s mandate.

SRI LANKA NEEDS TO BE FOREMOST FOR LANKAN TAMILS

As per Tamilwin news report – Tamil Nadu is ready to send essential food items to Tamil areas in Sri Lanka. https://tamilwin.com/article/ready-to-send-food-items-to-tamils-in-sri-lanka-1649395487

The parallel was stated by Ms Bhavani Fonseka during her Bloomberg interview at www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/2022-04-07/cpa-s-fonseka-on-sri-lanka-s-political-instability-video. Ms Fonseka stated that the current shortages were unprecedented. This means that the policies recommended by the lady do not apply to war affected areas which endured much worse during the war years. If we lose consciousness of  the government, then as per direct democracy, Ms Fonseka was part of the group that punished Tamils in North & East when we had food shortages during the war. Those who fail to oppose become idle bodies into which the side that seems powerful to them starts living.

I oppose the Tamil Nadu offer. If I fail to do so – I would be insulting the Vaddukoddai Resolution 1976, which is a Political Heritage of Sri Lankan Tamils.

Any heritage is Sovereign. This means we are self-sufficient. If we need we would ‘borrow’ but not become junior to an outsider. I realised this about Vaddukoddai folks after living there. Hence if we ‘accept’ handouts – we lose our Sovereignty. Only those who are our seniors – be it as Tamils or as Sri Lankans have the right to provide for us. Others may pray to the higher common level - but not ‘give’.

Sovereignty needs to be maintained at all stages. Hence Saint Yoga Swami of Jaffna stated ‘Summa Iru’/ Be still. When the body separated from the mind is still the mind becomes hyperactive. This is the case with policy makers without experience. When the mind is still – our positive Energy rises from within to lead us.

Sri Lanka’s Southerners who missed out on the war pain now have the opportunity to become more self-sufficient and thereby contribute to Lankan Sovereignty – as those in North and East are already doing.

Those folks at grassroots level do not understand ‘policies’ by experts. They need leadership through the language of their belief. As per my Hindu belief – we ought to have foreseen this situation when we learnt about Thirukumar Nadesan taking the painting of Lakshmi – the goddess of wealth – by Divine artist Ravi Varma - away from the Indian Subcontinent to Switzerland. Whether it be persons or artifacts – when they are displaced from their ‘homes’ – the loss is exponential. This is because heritages are Sovereign.
