COVID EXPOSING COVERT NAVY COLLABORATION?

Tomorrow we celebrate Vesak as well as  Mothers’ day in the Jaffna Hindu calendar. Traditionally, in Jaffna, we remember our mothers who have passed away. In India this day is celebrated as the day of Chitragupta – who writes our karmic ledgers.

To Buddhists and Hindus this would become common when Vesak falls within the month of April in the calendar of the Moon.

To me this day is to honour  all mothers who have completed their roles as mothers and therefore carry Mother Energy within themselves – forever/ universally. We see God in various forms as per our own beliefs and experiences. Likewise the significance of common days. To the extent they are true all forms are valid.

Sri Lankan Buddhist political  leaders have the duty to, at this auspicious time, share the truth received as per their conscience -  with the people they have the duty to lead.
Yesterday, Adaderana reported as follows under the heading ‘31 from Welisara Navy Camp among COVID-19 cases confirmed yesterday’. The way we make connections to the path of the coronavirus includes the ‘cluster-based analysis. Here in Sydney for example, the Cruise-ships were initially under scrutiny at the beginning. Later, the Aged-care facilities have confirmed such ‘clustering’. The Welisara Navy Camp seems to be such a centre in Sri Lanka. When we do not know the causes our analyses focus through effects. Hence the need for transparency in Democratic systems. Even if we cannot punish – we can prevent attacks by addressing the problem controllable by us. This ‘problem’ also will have diverse forms as per the pain we experienced.

A good proportion of the Sri Lankan Tamil community that suffered due to war carries war-prevention Energy to the extent we found out why the pain happened to us and / or submitted to our Belief as many leaders submitted to the Lord during the Covid19 crisis.

On 31 March 20202, United Press International reported under the heading ‘Boeing nets $1.6B for P-8A Poseidons for Navy, New Zealand, Korea’:

[The Navy has awarded Boeing a $1.6 billion contract modification to produce 18 P-8A Poseidon aircraft for the United States and allies, according to Boeing and the Pentagon.
[The deal funds production of 18 Lot 11 P-8A maritime aircraft total: eight for the U.S. Navy, four for New Zealand and six for South Korea.]
At the time of the report – a large proportion of Americans were under ‘stay at home’ orders due to the coronavirus. The ‘Wellbeing Budget’ proposed by New Zealand becomes a mockery in light of the above happening at the same time as Covid19 lockdown for the People of New Zealand.
Vijith Samarasinghe of Sri Lankan origin, reported on 04 May 2020, through World Socialist Web Site article headed ‘US trains Sri Lankan naval elite forces during COVID-19 lockdown’ :
[In another indication of Sri Lanka’s integration in Washington’s war preparations against China, US Army Special Forces officers, also known as Green Berets, conducted extended training courses for Sri Lankan navy elite units in Trincomalee port last March.
The combat-oriented training in the strategic east-coast port continued throughout the month unhindered by the Rajapakse government’s coronavirus lockdown and the abrupt closure on March 19 of all Sri Lankan sea and air ports that left thousands of citizens stranded overseas.
The US military personnel were members of Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha 1333, which is attached to the US Indo-Pacific Command. They trained 35 members of the Sri Lankan navy’s Special Boat Squadron and 4th Fast Attack Flotilla. The training included: Small Unit Tactics, Military Operations in Urban Environment, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Combat Marksmanship, Close Quarter Battle, Mission Planning, Maritime Operations, Human Rights and Law of Armed Conflict.]
The coronavirus figures published by Sri Lanka showed a much smaller problem in Sri Lanka – relative to Australia. The military involvement and the economic problems as indicated were way above the measures during the ethnic war in which thousands were killed – in the pattern of Coronavirus deaths and casualties  in China and America. Is Sri Lanka going to be the epicentre of the America-China war under cover of Covid19? War and unethical Purchase of ‘rights’ seem to be the language that these two Governments understand and are familiar with.  True Buddhists in Sri Lanka would defeat both these evil forces . The soon to be held elections would confirm this. Otherwise we are entitled to conclude that the Sri Lankan public are already riddled with both – the war disease as well as money-laundering disease. When we become free of the law – we lose the protection of Sovereignty.

AUSSIE-KIWI & WELLBEING BUDGET

In February we learnt about New Zealand’s ‘Welling Budget’ in addition to the traditional financial budget. This led to the Australian Treasurer Josh Frydenberg and Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison laughing at their Opposition – Dr Chalmers’ appreciation of the ‘Welling Budget’.  The way China invoked its Silk Road ancestry without the cultural sharing the Morrison government also invoked Hindu practices without belief to demote their Opposition’s proposal in relation to ‘‘Welling Budget’. Now I connect that as the indicator of the Coronavirus’ impact on our economy. Today this government is including the NZ PM in developing  post-corona restructure. Truth announces its arrival from time to time through appropriate channels.

I often recall the parallel experience in my life. My brother Shiva came from Jaffna to Colombo while he was awaiting admission to the Engineering faculty of  the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. I was already working as senior manager at Air Lanka – the national carrier of Sri Lanka. A holy man from Thiruketheeswaram came to our place and said that my brother’s university education would be interrupted when he was 19. I thought ‘may be he would get involved with a girl’. While in Colombo – my brother spoke to a relative and got a position as salesman in a shoe shop. It was like holiday work. But when my mother heard about it – she was furious and found fault with me. I felt hurt but put it down to my mother’s strong commitment to education – through the pathway known to my mother.  But like the Coronavirus in the above example, the prophesy did come true in 1983 when Shiva was a victim ethnic conflict at the University of Peradeniya.

Such belief based connections are very much part of my fundamental thoughts.

The official parallel of the Wellbeing Budget happened due to my pain at the University of NSW which led to me challenging the use of Performance Indicators by the Auditors – as proposed by the then Auditor General of NSW who responded to me as follows:
20 November 2003 in response to my Public demand for him to pay his Dues as an Accountant::
Ms Param, I fully understand that auditors are not to participate in the management of the entities they audit. That is basic. What I said in my report is that external financial reports only give a partial view of the performance of many public entities. Such entities are not established to earn a profit or a return on assets, but to provide services to the public. So to give a true and fair view of how well they are providing services, they also produce non-financial performance indicators. If financial reports are required to be audited – to give the public confidence in their accuracy – then so too should the performance indicators. I fail to see how you can state that this is participating in the management of the entity.

My response to this was :
[Most progressive organizations produce both – Financial and Non-Financial Performance Indicators. They  are both for MANAGEMENT purposes and reflect the THINKING and WORK_IN_PROGRESS. If you use Performance Indicators – then you are thinking with them. This is like the Executive Government participating in the Judicial process. Your Non-Financial Reports are the Legal records that these organizations are required to maintain – such as the Recruitment and Employee Assessment records. Where there is a big gap between Law and Practice – it requires YOUR staff to do the additional work. Taking the Performance Indicators distracts you away from this work. It is in breach of the Doctrine of Separation of  Powers. These organizations must be allowed to confidentially do the cooking and it’s up to your staff to do the spy work from the finished product to the LAW and not to their dreams and goals. You are seeking the short path because your staff are not trained to find out from the client staff what is going on. Staff often ‘hide’ information from you because you are third party. So they should. That way your staff would improve their skills. Using client-staff’s work-in-progress deters your staff from thinking through their own specialty = AUDIT on the basis of existing LAW. Then we would become a uniform society instead of a diverse society challenging each other – you within the existing law and the operational staff towards tomorrow’s laws. Challenging leads to creativity – as you can see from me. Gandhi also said that the night he was thrown out of the first class compartment of the South African RAILWAYS was his most creative experience.
You need to get the client organization to publish their non-financial reports that are mandatorily maintained. Public service organizations primarily make goodwill. This can also be positive or negative – profits or losses. They are collected together and are balanced with the total costs through Common Funds. It will be useful for you to develop a standard dollar value for these legal requirements so the People can SEE and know the Truth. Your role is not to help them make a profit but to report whether they are and how much. How about doing one on UNSW? Or State Rail?]

As per the above, a ‘Wellbeing’ budget separates the service sectors from business sectors. It is false for the same reason why Client Performance Indictors should NOT be used by Auditors. Performance is identified with or  measured as follows:

(1)  Ownership Performance – known by the performer but not shown to see
(2)  Objectively Measurable performance – visible to all and is available to all
(3)  Indicative Performance – Performance known by insiders and which takes (1) to (2) and v.v.

The above are based on Soul, body and mind in that order.

In terms of Coronavirus, which caused global pandemic,  we managed it to limit our activities as closely as possible to level (1). This helped as to withdraw to our own sovereign territory which helped us as a small group -  to alienate the virus as a ‘foreigner’. We may find a vaccine but to the extent we market it to ‘show’ cleverness and for profit – we become ‘friends’ with the virus and form clusters in which the virus lives and thrives naturally – including in labs that are not completely isolated as per their purpose.

Separate ‘Wellbeing’ Budgets are the parallels of  special purpose labs and in principle should be closed once the purpose has been achieved. If they are maintained as a separate cluster – they would become general problem – free to travel like an orphan.

When during the lockdown, we formed our own clusters – the information about the virus was received and shared as a group. Likewise the relative laws and rules by the governments. That was like producing our own manuals as per our cluster’s commonness. Where we were not able to connect to those laws by the government – due to the laws being ‘foreign’ to us – we acted as per our own reality. Panic buying confirmed the level of mental weakness which is the consolidated pre-existing health condition that becomes the ‘home’ of the virus that thrives on animals.
This is the parallel of the analysis by former deputy governor of Sri Lanka’s Central Bank Mr W A Wijewardene – published yesterday under the subject heading ‘A child’s guide to CB Annual Report: Key message is not to kill markets but to use them efficiently’. In this picture the all leaders including the Prime Minister are wearing face masks – playing the role of Hindu Priests in Lord Muruga’s temples – Sellasannithi in Northern  and Kathirgamam in Southern Sri Lanka.
In the presentation by the former governor :

Q :by grandchild : what’s the key message in the annual report for 2019?

Grandpa Governor:  "
To learn of the message, you don’t have to read the entire report. Just read Chapter 1 of the report which is like an executive summary. It’s the prerogative of the incumbent director of economic research to pen it after all other chapters in the report have been completed by the respective divisional economists. It’s the signature mark of the director since he tries to present his unique understanding of the economy vis-à-vis the underlying global trends. This year’s Chapter 1 is specifically important because it has been written at a time when the country has been hit by three fears. These three fears are so ominous that the much talked-about three fears in City of Visala during the Buddha’s time could be said to be just a child’s play. According to scriptures, the Buddha had removed all the three fears just by chanting one Sutta. But the present fears cannot be eradicated by such spiritual interventions. "

The Prime Minister and the Central Bank team have been required to ‘guard’ their mouths and have been disqualified from chanting the purifying mantras.
The three fears are described by the author as follows:
[The first fear is that the economy had been slowing down since around 2013 pushing down the situ to its worst portending an ominous future for the country. It has worsened the exchange rate, external payments and the country’s ability to repay debt. The second fear is the man-made political instability making the government sector totally fragile without a proper budget. Its inefficiency is satanically rubbing on the efficiency of the central bank. The third fear was totally unexpected, the COVID-19 pandemic that hit not only Sri Lanka but also the whole world.]

The first fear developed during the current PM’s leadership; - the indicator is as follows:
[A Transparency International-led coalition revealed  Rs. 3,000,000,000 had gone missing from a roading project for a 2012 exhibition.] - Wikipedia

The second happened due to his influence over the then President who was seriously disrespectful of the Constitution and was anti democratic.

The third is due to China’s demotion which automatically weakens the beneficiaries of ‘free money’ from China in return for Hambantota – the home of the current PM and the current  President.

We receive what happens at the level we practice the law. If we have no knowledge of the law – we receive through our prior experience based truth. In terms of deaths due to covid-19 Sri Lanka has so far reported only 8 deaths. The first fear was the other side of unregulated economic activities. The second was in blatant breach of the law; the third is due to being dumbfounded on world-stage. The Lord has blocked their speech because they did not know the Buddhist Sutta – despite the Buddhism foremost requirement in Article 9 of the Sri Lankan Constitution.  One who does not practice her/his own law is not conscious of her/his sovereignty.

GOVERNMENTS’ TURN TO LOCK THEMSELVES DOWN

On 28 April 2020, I received from a group of Independent Professionals their insight into the Coronavirus problem. This report included the following:

[Civil society and human rights groups have not raised objections to the demeaning treatment of the poor people when they are forcibly taken into quarantine. This was observed in Pettah (Colombo 11 and Dematagoda) where impoverished males were partly undressed and forcibly sprayed down with disinfectant in full view of media personnel taking pictures and video recording. In the shanties of Bandaranayake Mawatha, the people were assaulted by military and police while being lined up at night. ]

Yesterday, we received the confirmation that the message had gone home to the appropriate authorities:

[Colombo Page May 03, Colombo: Sri Lanka College of Microbiologists in a statement says they strongly advise against using Decontamination Chambers and spraying disinfectants on people to minimize spread of COVID-19 virus]

Whether this government is able to see it or not, many of its measures are to promote itself as armed leadership. The current president came to power on that mandate. Towards this it is necessary to subdue the mind of the independent opposition. Positive or negative, the rights and wrongs in one structure become Energies beyond our direct control. To the extent Health experts escalate their assessment as per their independent professional ethics they carry positive energy which naturally empowers their heirs. Such is Absolute in value and has the effect of preventing wrongs in their heirs. The real heirs are those who believe in them.

During the virus lockdown, this power was strengthened. I felt this in my own circles. If therefore governments are to escalate their contributions to the exponential level – so the value spreads naturally, they need go into lockdown and discover their own Sovereign borders. The Australian government for example needs to go into meditation and find out through its total knowledge – as to WHY WE AUSTRALIANS HAD THE PAIN. It needs also to find out whether that pain was positive or negative.

Last week for example, I had the pain of being told that I could not retile my bathroom within my Strata unit – without special legal process – for which I had to pay. As a genuine practitioner of law, I felt it was unjust and decided not to go ahead with the improvement. But gradually by focusing only on that problem – I discovered that the definition of ‘Common Property’ within a lot was specifically stated in the original law and that this part has remained unchanged. I believe that it was my  intuition (Positive Energy from completed experiences) that Energised me to travel within the lawful pathway and discover the true purpose of Strata law. Had I been hasty and followed the leader/s – the Energy would have not awoken itself to support me. During my search I discovered that others outside our Scheme were paying lawyers and that not even Department of Fair Trading had clarified through the fundamental of the law.

The Central Administration of the University of NSW also used the ignored such fundamental definition of Trespass law to intimidate me and have me arrested by armed police. I fought my way out of the charges as a lay litigant and that experience is very much part of my intuition. If I had been compensated for the wrong or had I reacted at that level  - I would not have developed that positive Energy.

Australia protected itself from more serious damage from coronavirus due to the lockdown. The positive Energy came from those who willingly embraced those measures because we cared about others in our home-circles. Even our PM prayed to the Lord – confirming his belief in the Existence of such a power. This message happened during Easter when the intuition of those of us who believe that Jesus died for us and that this was confirmed by the Resurrection which is Exponential and self-driven.

The way positive Energy develops through our sacrifices negative Energy develops when we take from the Common to reward the particular. When it is not corrected within due date – it becomes a sin. That sin – leads us when we are idle in our current environments and oppose even one who carries positive Energy of self-governance. Many events surfaced at the University of NSW after I was unjustly punished. This included the dismissal of the then Vice Chancellor during whose term I was punished.

Now I realise that the above happened due to my feelings as Australian which prevented me from taking revenge.

Some Business leaders in Australia are calling for an inquiry into China’s conduct during this pandemic. They are the parallels of the leaders in our Strata group who said that we must get lawyers’ services for what we wanted to do. When Sri Lankans died in Sri Lanka during rebellions which eventually transmuted themselves as ethnic discrimination at preliminary level – did these leaders call for an inquiry? The US Government did eventually pass a resolution – the effects of which are yet to be realised by the common citizen of Sri Lanka. To my knowledge, then there was no call by Australia for any trade boycott of Sri Lanka. Recently – our Government even handed over as Aid – Personal Protective Equipment - to the armed forces – as if they are the highest powers in Sri Lanka. Were the PPE in Australia handed over to the Australian Army? This confirms that the current Australian Government lacks Independent Energy to make up its own mind on the basis of Global principles. The victim of this aid is the common independent citizen of Sri Lanka. When that karma is reversed Australia will seriously dilute its own Intuitive powers and become victim of future wars and pandemics. One who listens to the Common is always a winner – whatever s/he may seem to be to others. In Democracy, victory is usually driven by those seniors in junior clothing.

If there is another armed war in Sri Lanka during the tenure of this regime – we would know that Australia contributed to it. How can 718 cases and 7 deaths in Sri Lanka be considered serious by Australia that has reported 6,822 infections and 95 deaths? If the wounded and killed is the measure – then ethic war in Sri Lanka is its pandemic. It resurrected itself last year on Easter Sunday – confirming negative Energy – because Sri Lankans ‘forgot’ those who died in the war for others.

COVID19  ANNIVERSARY

I have been highlighting for more than a year the influence of China and India in my motherland Sri Lanka. Others have included this in their own analyses and to that extent our minds merge. That is the way of true sharing. Once merged we start operating mentally at the higher level in the same environment or spread laterally to widen our borders. Ultimately it is about that sense of belonging – so that we recognize that that we are never alone when we contribute to commonness. The deeper our investment – the more common we become.

On 18 April 2020, I wrote under the heading ‘One Belt One Road – the Big Wet-Market?’ Today, I learnt about Professor Hussain Rammal of the University of Technology, Sydney stating in November 2018, in relation to the State of Victoria signing entering into an agreement with China, in the ‘One Belt One Road’ initiative:

‘In the past, such deals have been at a “country-to-country level’

"We haven't seen a state in a country saying we will go ahead with China, so this is certainly a unique situation - the first of its kind as far as this one belt - one road initiative is concerned, Professor Rammal told SBS News. - China's 'One Belt, One Road': What has Victoria signed up to?

Today, ABC news ‘Coronavirus crisis has driven a wedge between Australia and China. Difficult times lie ahead for Morrison’ highlights the conflict between Economic relatives and cultural relatives:
[Andrew Forrest and Kerry Stokes have both made extraordinary contributions to Australia, while at the same time making extraordinary sums of money doing business in China.
When Chinese Ambassador Jingye Cheng issued his alarming public threat about a consumer boycott of Australia for simply suggesting an inquiry into the origins of this global pandemic, some played it down.
When Chinese Ambassador Jingye Cheng issued his alarming public threat about a consumer boycott of Australia for simply suggesting an inquiry into the origins of this global pandemic, some played it down.
Attorney-General Christian Porter described the diplomat's most undiplomatic spray as an "emotional", "short-lived" response. The sort of threat one might yell in anger, without really meaning it.
The two West Australian billionaires, however, took it seriously. Very seriously. Perhaps they understand better than most how China operates; that it is absolutely prepared to use its economic muscle to punish those with the temerity to question how this virus took off.]

When the State of Victoria entered into an agreement with China in relation to this global initiative, which China declared was based on its past glory, the alarm bells ought to have rung in Canberra. That is like a son or daughter entering into an agreement as if they are the whole family. Even if the agreement was made by one state, in Spirit it binds the whole of Australia  because the project is global and at global level – part of a country cannot represent the whole as if it were a Separate State. In terms of Sri Lanka – that is like Northern Province entering into a contract with India or Hambantota District entering into a contract with China. When we use common resources for particular purposes – the difference in value becomes a sin and therefore a negative heritage that we pass on to our heirs.

As highlighted yesterday, India disrespected China by indiscriminately mixing Human Values with Economic Values in the issue of Testing kits.

[To his credit, Forrest used his connections in China to secure a much-needed shipment of 10 million coronavirus test kits for Australia, for which he will be fully reimbursed by the taxpayer. China is going to great lengths to donate and sell test kits and other medical equipment to Africa, the Pacific and Europe.
With each shipment, it's trying to extract some sort of diplomatic benefit. It would much rather be regarded as the world's saviour, than the cause of this global crisis.
In the case of this shipment of test kits, the pay-off was a platform alongside Australia's Health Minister Greg Hunt to spruik China's line. "The Chinese government has released information related to COVID-19 in an open, transparent and responsible manner", Consul-General to Victoria Long Zhou declared, after Forrest ambushed Hunt and invited the Chinese diplomat to speak.]

Unless the test kits that were sent to Australia were of different standard to those sent to India, one is entitled to conclude that Australia as a whole is more sensitive to China than India whose largest export market is EU, whilst Australia’s is China.

As per the above article by ABC ‘The Prime Minister says he wants business rather than government to be at the centre of Australia's economic recovery, but if Kerry Stokes and Andrew Forrest are any guide, China will continue to be central to their plans. Business leaders are yet to show much interest in diversifying or much less cutting ties with China in a post-pandemic world.’

This then would mean that government to government – Australian Government and Chinese Government would have less Human values connections and therefore Australia would not be privy to the truth about the virus that is in the mind of the Chinese government. Mind to mind connections save us money and lead to early prevention through indicators.

If Australia expresses less but includes China in making discoveries about the causes of the problem even if we do not have a solution – we would be closer to each other as per our Common Experience. Towards this separation of powers is needed between the Government and the Business community.

As we have been sharing within  our family and community, the Covid19  virus has strengthened our family and community awareness due to the lockdowns. It might be a good idea to have such lockdowns every year for a week not only to strengthen family ties but also to clear the environment of pollution. It would also make us more Global and after all,  ALL of us were in this war together in which the Government’s victory depended directly on the citizen’s belief in her/his ability to cure her/himself .

One Belt One Road – the Big Wet-Market?
How do we know that Jesus is the Son of God? How do we know that Krishna is incarnation of God on earth? How do we know that Buddha attained Nirvana? How do we know that Confucius was morally just? We consider them to be true through our own experiences which usually begin with effects that we consider to be negative. The deeper we go – the stronger the experience. The moment we lose sight of the negativity – we break even. From that point onwards we experience the positive.
Many blame Chinese government and today I was directed to the following at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RKCTCweY4I:
[Conspiracies have run wild about the origin of Coronavirus, but experts believe it is most likely that the virus originated from bats. SARS and COVID-19 are diseases that have crossed from other species into humans. This is not uncommon. However, with these particular diseases, the wet markets in China seem to have been the catalyst to this process. We decode how wet markets foster the conditions that promote the crossing of disease between species. Why has the Chinese government allowed these markets to flourish despite concerns about their safety? And how should the international community respond to this ongoing potential threat?  ]
Rapid globalization happens when the mind is low due to excitement or fear. While many point to the Wet-markets in Wuhan province, my mind goes to the One Belt One Road initiative that China has been working on. My attention was drawn to the Fire during the opening of Shangrila – Hambantota, Sri Lanka. I believe in Lord Muruga of Kathirgamam and I believe that the belief connected me to that deeper causal force. As a Tamil I am also conscious of China’s financial assistance to the then Sri Lankan government which abandoned the laws of democracy and ended up killing civilian Tamils. Cash without belief is for trading purposes or towards dictatorship, unless specified otherwise. The owner identifies with the purpose intuitively.
Award winning journalist – Swadesh Roy highlighted, on 25 January 2020, his identity with my contribution as follows:
[Gajalakshmi Paramasivam headlined one of her articles on Sri Lanka as ‘Tamils out and China in’]
Swadesh Roy goes on to highlight as follows :
[After Chinese President Xi Jinping's January 5 visit to Myanmar, MoUs have been signed between China and Myanmar for construction of the Kyaukpyu Deep Sea Port in the Bay of Bengal, on the outskirts of Arakan state and for the construction of a Kyaukpyu Economic Zone. China has long been talking about the New Silk Route or the Twenty-first Century Silk Route. They are also talking about the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor as part of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

There are various opinions about the implementation of this route in China as well. What is the necessity of this Silk Route? The Sri Lankan and Myanmar governments, which have killed people and made people refugees in both countries for the Hambantota and Kyaukpyu Deep Sea Ports and Kyaukpyu Economic Zone, have not only committed gross human rights violations but also compromised their economies
.]

We now know that the virus attack was already a problem in China at the time of the above visit.

When the belief based independent owners feel upset – the result is exponential. Gandhi confirmed this to our generation. I learnt about this through my own experience here in Australia.

I believe that it was this deep belief – that took me to the One Belt One Road connection. It explains the damage in Italy which nation has a partnership with China through China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and is also the destination port of the Maritime belt.
Often those driven by desires lack the insight to know the reason why it happened to them. But even one individual who is true to her/himself and who is not desire or fear driven in observations – would identify with the true reason.

The virus originating is not a global problem. How it spread to other parts of the globe is the global problem. Desire based Cash handouts have resulted in  immoral  occupation of others’ homelands through immoral governments. By blocking the One Belt One Road program – the global spread of the virus born in wet-market would be blocked. Otherwise if only a vaccine was produced – the virus would mutate and make the whole world depressed.

INDIA ABUSING CHINA?

The real estate agent called to touch base with me. I said we were not selling. He reminded me that few years back, we had thought of selling. I said that back then we were thinking of settling down in Sri Lanka; but not any more. Later yesterday, when I heard on the news that real estate prices were dropping, the penny dropped. It was however exercise of undue influence and confirms lack of feelings for fellow Australians.

Natural forces however helped me appreciate where I was needed more right now. I was needed more here in Australia due to my family’s and community’s need to sustain themselves with lesser cash resources but stronger human resources which we have become more aware of due to the lockdown and our natural acceptance of it.

Yesterday, I heard from a Sri Lankan relative who watches Indian TV – that India had returned Virus test-kits  donated by China to China. But this morning when I was directed by a Tamil Diaspora coordinator to the Sri Lanka Guardian  article headed ‘Test Kits From China: Yet Another Blindfolded Business?  by N.S.Venkataraman, I felt disappointed with India. As per that report:
[India ordered from China more than half a million kits to boost its screening. After receiving the test kits, the top agency dealing with Coronavirus outbreak in India said that the performance of the test kits received from China are not reliable]
India and China are known to oppose each other. By ordering the ‘Test kits’ at this time, during this humanitarian crisis,  India became an ‘insider’ with China. A tailor in Northern Sri Lanka was producing masks out of ordinary material and distributing them locally – as part of his service. The standard would have been poor; but the feeling with which it was done was rich.
Trade with China becomes an issue to many nations until we know the causes and take measures to prevent recurrence. But apparently not so to India. As per the above report:
[After receiving the test kits, ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) , the top agency dealing with Coronavirus outbreak in India, said that the performance of the test kits received from China are not reliable and therefore, asked all states in India not to use the Chinese test kits anymore.]
That was their decision and ought to have been kept confidential because it was India’s mistake to order from China – a nation that India does not trust. The principle of Caveat Emptor applies under such circumstances.
As per the article :
[This decision of ICMR not to use test kits from China has provoked angry reactions from China , which termed Indian decision as unfair and irresponsible. China gave itself self certification that Chinese authorities have validated the equipment produced by the two Chinese firms namely Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech and Zhuhai Livzon Diagnostics.
Like a typical seller who would like to save his skin after supplying bad quality products , China has virtually accused Indian medical practitioners of not having enough expertise to use the equipment. China said “ the tests needed to be carried out in a professional manner to produce accurate results. There are strict requirements for the storage, transportation and use of COVID 19 antibody rapid test kits. Any operation which is not carried out by professionals in accordance with the product specifications will lead to the testing accuracy variations”….
…Earlier, when countries like Spain rejected the test kits from China due to quality issues , China responded by offering to replace them. However, when India rejected test kits , China has termed it as irresponsible decision. Does this mean that China has different yardsticks for different countries and views India’s decision with contempt ?]
China is India’s largest trading partner, while USA is China’s largest trading partner. Then comes the EU which Spain is a part of. India’s order could have been to maintain its advantage with China. One must have the full picture in a global crisis like this and not ‘judge’ prematurely. By judging prematurely we do not get to the root of the problem because we are distracted by quick and easy benefits on the way.
As per India Today article ‘Coronaviruses found in two Indian bat species: ICMR study dated 15 April 2020
[As the world grapples with coronavirus, researchers have found the presence of a different kind of coronavirus -- bat coronavirus (BtCoV) --in two bat species from Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Puducherry and Tamil Nadu, according to a study by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
There is no evidence or research to claim that these bat coronaviruses can cause disease in humans, said Dr Pragya D Yadav, Scientist at the National Institute of Virology (NIV), Pune and also the first author of study.]

As per Virology Journal article ‘Bat origin of human coronaviruses’ published on 22 December 2015:

[Based on genomic sequence analysis, these bat coronaviruses were grouped into lineage C of the genus Betacoronavirus. After the outbreak of MERS, MERS-CoV related coronaviruses were found in more bat species and countries . Among these viruses, full-length or near full-length genomes of BtCoV-HKU4, BtCoV-HKU5, SC2013 and NeoCoV have been characterized. By genomic analysis of lineage C betacoronaviruses, MERS-CoV derived from camels show high similarities to human MERS-CoV with >99.5 % nt identities, confirming that the human and camel isolates belong to the same coronavirus species.]
To my lay mind, BtCoV specified in the India Today article is a ‘ betacoronavirus’
Wikipedia confirms as follows:

[The Beta-CoVs of the greatest clinical importance concerning humans are OC43 (which can cause the common cold) and HKU1 of the A lineage, SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 (which causes the disease COVID-19) of the B lineage,[3] and MERS-CoV of the C lineage. MERS-CoV is the first betacoronavirus belonging to lineage C that is known to infect humans]

SOVEREIGN BORDERS OF HEALTH SERVICE

At the beginning of this year, we learnt through the official government channels that the Department of Defence had taken-over Immigration matters. It did not make sense. Hence as is my way I mentally structured my work to pass through a Democratic Global Structure. That is the closest to the structure based on Truth. As a Sri Lankan believing in the system of karma I had the duty to use my truth developed through past structures to give my work current form. To the extent my truth cannot be accommodated by current structure – it would remain as invisible Energy – be it positive or negative.
As per News 1st article ‘SL Airlines issues travel notice for students in Australia and UK’:
[National carrier SriLankan Airlines requested students in United Kingdom and Australia who wish to be repatriated to register.
“Students holding Sri Lankan passports in the United Kingdom or Australia who wish to be repatriated to Sri Lanka, are kindly advised to register themselves with the Sri Lankan High Commission in their respective countries at the earliest,” Sri Lankan posted a travel notice on its official Facebook page on Thursday (30th April).]

When I invested in Air Lanka – it had a Global structure – developed under the supervision of Singapore International Airlines. Now, Air Lanka has become an ancestor of Sri Lankan Airlines. As per the philosophy of rebirth, where there are fundamental structural changes, only the truth will naturally get carried forward. That truth will form itself in a new environment where the investor – the person - and the place that was home to the old structure meet. I realized this not only in the case of Sri Lankan Airlines in Colombo but also about my true investment in Jaffna’s Catholic education which was my first step to Global education.

The above structure which strongly indicates direct government engine – becomes my ‘opposition’ – of equal status. As  a true Opposition, I contribute at a higher level than as a junior. Essential to this is the requirement that in a particular past structure of the same institution, my true position ought to have been higher than that of the other side. That is when we are supported by Dharma.
Article 3 of the Sri Lankan Constitution states:

[In the Republic of Sri Lanka sovereignty is in the People and is inalienable. Sovereignty includes the powers of government, fundamental rights and the franchise.]

Hence every Sovereign person who believes s/he is Sri Lankan – naturally empowers governance powers in Sri Lanka. This is not limited to the Parliament or the Judiciary. Every self-governing Sri Lankan – be they from a remote village in the land called Sri Lanka or currently living beyond the shores of Sri Lanka contributes naturally to this Governance power. Any officer disrespecting such a person dilute her/his own governance Energy.

Civil structures are new to Sri Lankan armed forces. In the case of Health Services in the current Coronavirus environment it is dangerous for members of the Armed Forces to be in the frontline against the victims and those who are likely to become victims of the virus.

Economy Next reports as follows in its article ‘Police – drug users spreading COVID 19’:

[The Director-General of Health Services Dr Anil Jasinghe was quoted in a government press release this evening that the four cases were all diagnosed while being quarantined at the Oluvil Quarantine centre.
They are all from the persons quarantined from the Suduwella area in Ja-Ela, the statement said.
The group in Suduwella are said to be drug addicts, and some of the Navy sailors who rounded them up to take them to quarantine became infected causing the Welisara navy camp to be closed as 264 Navy personnel and their close associates caught the disease.
The Police meanwhile made a strong statement about drug peddlers who, they said, were responsible for the spread of the virus.
“There is a strong connection to the drug dealers and drug users to the spread of the disease,” Police spokesman Deputy Inspector General of Police Ajith Rohana said.
He said that the drug users found in Suduwella had spread it to Nagalgam Street in Colombo and from there to the Keselwatte and Gunasinghapura areas of Central Colombo.
“This created a new cluster of patients,” Rohana said.
He said residents of the so-called underserved areas in urban regions must be keenly aware of drug dealers in their neighbourhoods
.]

Self Isolation and Social Distancing worked in Australia due to those of us who are self-governing sharing our powers with the Government. The power of Sovereignty is recognized when we go inside ourselves and look for reasons ‘why it happened to us?’ Families that stay within their own structures would contribute towards this. Likewise, communities, institutions  and nations. The Armed Forces have different institutional structures to Unarmed civilian structures such as the Health Service. The question therefore arises as to whether the Armed Forces pursued their own pathways to show results that would bring them credit more easily than otherwise, during the curfew period.
This kind of top-down cover was well-known in Sri Lanka during the ethnic war. That weakens the Sovereign power of the People and therefore the Government – whose sovereign powers are determined naturally by the People. These People include drug-addicts as well. When the officer in charge of Covid-19 operations ‘sees’ the addiction before s/he ‘sees’ the Covid-19 symptoms s/he loses the blessings of the Covid-19 god. Every natural disease comes with its cure – and we will find it . When we are sovereign we would prevent the disease as per our need.
This lesson could be known through wild animals and insects. Farmers are often not afraid of snakes – the way we town folks are. Likewise those living in the bush. In the village of Thunaivi – the folks believe in the divinity of the snake and they are not afraid of the snake. A couple of times they feared the ‘message’ from the snake when they acted in breach of my directions. To our temple priest Radha Aiyar, the snake is his friend. Despite all this I ask the ‘snake’ not to disturb me when I am there. Thus far – I have not been disturbed by a snake in those premises.

I believe that nature responds to nature and that Sovereignty is natural.

Whether it be Sri Lanka or Australia – we need those who are self-sufficient through their own powers to prevent Coronavirus attacks. When we develop a vaccine, the virus recognizes the stronger opposition Defence and gets becomes weaker. The less visible our opposition  – the more we need mind power to confidentially diffuse it.

As per latest SBS news headed ‘Coronavirus has halted immigration to Australia and that could have dire consequences for its economic recovery’

[Australia's migration intake this year is expected to plummet due to coronavirus-induced travel restrictions and shutdowns, creating a raft of economic and social headaches set to prolong its recovery from the pandemic. ]

This could result in more refugees from war-torn countries being accepted – especially if they have demonstrated self-sufficiency while  in detention. The role of the Australian Defence attaché in relation to Australia’s aid to fight against coronavirus has the effect of more boats coming to Australia from Sri Lanka.

Each discipline has its own Sovereign borders. The Doctrine of Separation of Powers teaches us that we need to respect those borders to maintain the Sovereignty of the whole. When the borders are indiscriminately dismantled – our Sovereign powers become weaker than that of the Covid19 which has confirmed its Sovereign powers through exponential growth. Today is Sri Lanka’s May Day. Let’s pray that soon all those who seek to work are released from this virus by this virus.
