KING WARNE & KING PRABHAKARAN

Harry de Sayrah forwarded Kumar Sangakkara’s tribute to Australian cricketer Shane Warne, under the heading ‘Kumar Sangakkara's emotional tribute to Shane Warne as he goes on his final journey’ – at WATCH : Kumar Sangakkara's emotional tribute to Shane Warne as he goes on his final journey - CricWire

The same Sangakkara demoted ‘armed rebels’ as ‘terrorists’ for their parallel skills as Shane Warne. Both were unregulated. In Sri Lanka – the education system is also developing this mentality. On 21 March, I wrote as follows.

[Recently when preparing to tutor Sri Lankan Grade 10 students, I came across Kumar Sangakkara’s sharing of war experience - The Lahore Attack | MCC Spirit of Cricket Cowdrey Lecture 2011.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET0M_J2UN9k

The introduction  goes as follows: - ‘Kumar Sangakkara recollects his experience of the terrorist attacks on the Sri Lankan cricket team during their 2009 tour of Sri Lankan.’

Kumar Sangakkara, confesses to not having had the Sri Lankan experience of war. His speech is part of the curriculum by the government. Thus the war has been elevated to glorify a Sinhalese. As per Wikipedia:

[His parents sheltered Tamil families during the Black July riots in 1983.]

If both are true, then Kumar Sangakkara was benefiting from the Sri Lankan war.]

This indiscriminate judgment has been a huge influence on the current state of affairs in Sri Lanka. In his tribute to Shane Warne, Sangakkara refers to Warne as king. Sangakkara acknowledges that Warne ‘broke the mould; never liked structure.’ That applies to LTTE leader Prabhakaran also.  This then makes Shane king of asura cricketers and not divine cricketers.

As depicted in the above legend of the Milk Ocean, like Sri Lanka, the whole world had a problem. The solution recommended was to churn the problem with desire driven Asuras on one side and bliss driven gods/devas on the other. The mind was used as the churning rope and truth as the rod.

When churning – poison came out first. The poison in the ordinary folks is coming out in Sri Lanka. That poison is the other side of ‘desire’ enjoyed by all Sri Lankans. In the legend, the poison was swallowed by Lord Shiva who destroys body consciousness and leads us to live in Ultimate/Virtual Reality. A true Buddhist Sri Lankan would swallow the poison of body separation in Policy – starting with Sinhala only and followed by Buddhism foremost policy in the Constitution.

One may ask whether such policies have the power to generate negative energy known as ‘curse’ in secular language. As per my discovery – yes. When we ‘show’ Buddha who begged for food – and live like the Lion – which kills other animals for food – the ‘gap’ of unearned pleasure becomes poison in the mind. In the legend, the poison came out of Vasuki – the snake (mind) that was used for churning.  Vasuki is the snake around Lord Shiva’s neck.

The nectar of eternity came later. If the nectar is bliss – its custodians are those who live close to the soul. Those who live as per their brawn power are Asuras. Highly talented King Ravana of Lanka was classified as Asura king. This would indicate as to why Sangakkara would recognize Shane as King. Likewise, those to whom Prabhakaran was king.

The problem is that those who are driven by the physical die early – as Shane as well as Prabhakaran did. Likewise any government that is driven by visible economic prosperity.  The nectar is in the minds of those who renounced immediate pleasures to share with others. They are true leaders and their group is sovereign. Their land is the true Suvarna Bhoomi / Golden Land.

Sri Lankan Politicians have to keep churning to find their own balance.

DEMOTION OF THE PLOUGH AND PROMOTION OF THE GUN

"May I remind you that 6.9 million people voted for the president," Highways Minister Johnston Fernando said in parliament in response to criticism from the opposition and cries of "Go home Gota".- The Standard

The votes were from ordinary citizens. The call for the President to go home – came from the Opposition that has vested interest.

What would I do if I were the President of Sri Lanka, strongly infected by armed rebellion? I used our Common belief and shared as follows with a fellow believer in Sri Sathya Sai Baba:

[Having said all that – I feel also that GR has Swami’s blessings. In 2009 -when I went to the Sai Centre in Vavuniya, the caretaker revealed that GR had gone there before proceeding to the camps.]

That is how belief works. Belief is never wrong for the believer. It’s value is not recognized by the non-believer. Hence the use of merit basis.

One of the responses to my yesterday’s article include the following:

[Swami has said that dreams of god are real as are the messages]

Today, I responded as follows in the language of the Common Sri Lankan voter:

[The amazing discovery was the depth of that message. To me that is our Soul preserving the other side of the Service.  Consciously I would not have connected the two – the plough and the gun. In 2009, I took my brother in law to Yoga Swami Aashram in Vannerikulam – a village within Kilinochchi. On the way, inside the tuk-tuk,  I noticed the poster of two young boys – about 6 years of age . One was carrying a plough and the other a gun. I asked the driver what it meant. He said – the farmer must earn to fund the soldier. As you would know – Kilinochchi is farming heritage. I was upset back then at personal level – probably due to our family’s investment in Kilinochchi. But it was yesterday that I realised the significance of the dream which was about inverted hierarchy -   demotion of the plough and promotion of the gun. That holds the key to repair the structure in relation to the whole of Sri Lanka.

The President’s move to ban chemical fertilizers and go ‘natural’ is the parallel of banning all weapons and letting the armed forces fight like villagers. The President would know intuitively that that would demote the Armed Forces to the  lowest ranks in Lankan hierarchy. The President lacked that intuition in terms of farmers.

What a lesson from Swami!

Xxxx, also included is the following account of how Shridi Swami came to our home;

[Karthigai (Tamil November) month is the month of Muruga – the month in which Muruga

was born. Muruga is the presiding Deity of Tamils. It is during this month that Karthigai

Flower ( Gloriosa Lily )blooms in plenty in Jaffna. This flower is also the flower of the

LTTE. I learnt about all this here in Sydney. In 2006 I was invited to speak at a Sai Center,

on Ladies’ Day. I was hurting after the Supreme Court of New South Wales dismissed my

complaint of unlawful racial discrimination against the University of NSW, the State

Government and the Commonwealth. I was in fact thinking of going and staying at the Yoga

Swami Aachram in Kilinochchi where my brother in law was already staying. On the

morning after the verdict was delivered by the Supreme Court – I had a vision/dream in

which I received the message to help Tamils and Muslims. I later realized that that was the

solution to the Equal Opportunity pain and loss I was experiencing. That pain would be felt

by anyone who had genuinely invested in Democracy but was continuing to live in autocratic

systems.

When the Sai Center called me to speak, I felt an intuitive comfort. I shared with the Sai

devotees how I felt helped by Swami Sai Baba during this pain. I continued to go there even

though that particular center is a distance away from our home. One of the senior ladies

brought to me on the day of Karthigai Theepam 2006 a picture of Shridi Sai Baba – a big one to be hung on the wall.

When we brought the picture home and hung the picture on the wall where

there already was a nail – I could see the lamps along the Coast of Coogee reflected through

this picture. I felt that Lord Muruga Himself had come home. Later when I got to know that

the son of this lady who gave me the picture, was in custody for supporting LTTE and was

refused bail – I wrote to the Australian Attorney General and obtained signatures from the

Tamil community in support. The President of the Human Rights Commission responded to

that communication – expressing support from my side. The LTTE supporter was granted

bail during the following hearing. Eventually when this LTTE supporter was released, I was

able to identify with my work also. I was able to write because I believed that I had credits

with the Australian Justice system. The connection with Lord Muruga helped me use my

credit in favour of the Tamil Community. I did not pause to separate the LTTE from the Tamil Community and therefore from Lord Muruga. I just shared the credits I had with the

Australian system and that I believed added to the influence felt by the Australian authorities.

I do believe that when we work genuinely and independently – the powers work

instantaneously. Like with God – surface readers are not able to ‘see’ the connection. Those

who feel would know intuitively and share silently.]

Having said all that – I feel also that GR has Swami’s blessings. In 2009 -when I went to the Sai Centre in Vavuniya, the caretaker revealed that GR had gone there before proceeding to the camps.]

If the President changes the hierarchy where the Armed Forces have the responsibility to act to defend civilians the economic downturn would be more than compensated by the higher status allocated to civilians at policy level. Sri Lankans have enough resilience to manage with what they  have – as I know Jaffna Tamils are doing.

RACE OR CASTE; FARMER OR MILITARY LEADER?

This week’s Face the nation program carried the title  -

‘Protests loom ; What should be done next? 04.04.2022’ – at Face the Nation TV1: Protests loom ; What should be done next? 04.04.2022 - YouTube

I was particularly interested in that episode due to the participation of Dr Deepika Udagama who is introduced as follows by Wikipedia:

[Dr. Deepika Udagama is a Sri Lankan professor, academic administrator, human rights activist and also served as the Head of the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka. ]

I myself met Dr Udagama through the Sri Lanka Reconciliation forum, Sydney. Back then it was the war issue. Now it is the Protest issue. When I was facilitate to address the forum, on war issue – I revealed the connection between caste based discrimination and the LTTE led rebellion. For the session honouring Dr Udagama, Attorneys General of both ethnicities were present. It was a natural meeting of legal professionals.

At the Face the nation program mentioned above, the presenter - Shameer Rasooldeen, questioned  Dr Udagama about the lack of protest by the Human Rights Commission in terms of the ban against the hijab. Dr Udagama explained that they opposed the ban culturally but there was also the security issue. Rasooldeen went on to state that soon due to Covid all had to wear masks! That to me was a natural protest against the ban.

My approach is expressed as follows in my current book:

[Covid 19 challenged most governments that took pride in recognizing themselves as world leaders. There was the medical logic and there were the civil order rules of various governments and institutions. Given that medical experts did not have the scientific wisdom, their powers had to be shared with governments.  The two were structured differently and the citizen was left to find her/his own balance between the two. The need was separation of powers between the two independent arms of government in the issue. I trusted the local medical services to guide me in terms of how dangerous the virus was. Given that most doctors in our clinic, continued to ‘work’ I felt that so long as we also took the precautions they were apparently taking to protect themselves, we could continue to work in groups. In terms of government rules, I followed them as if I was the government. By this time I had already discovered the Truth about our government and hence used that Truth as my leader rather than take the rules of the government at face value. To me, this meant that our minds were structured similar to that of the government but our spirit applied also to those whose needs the government had not included, but we had. That awareness develops when we Our investments through both would naturally merge to the extent we maintain our Sovereignty. ]

This discovery by me helped me read the mind-structure of Dr Udagama in relation to the hijab ban The answer was expressed by Dr Udagama herself . The lady was the only one in that group to wear the ‘protective shield’ against Covid infection. This gave one the impression that the lady was blindly following the group – possibly the University – without any adjustment as per her personal experience.

Therein lies the key to our current crisis. During the reign of Omicron, when the street sweepers were wearing the mask under the chin – Dr Udagama was in Alpha mode. Likewise, in terms of racial issues – many leaders seem to go back to the times they identify most with.

Today, a professional wrote in relation to the current Sri Lankan crisis:

[The Rajapaksha family is a political family.  The father D.A. Rajapaksha was co-founder of the SLFP.  I guess when children take to politics it is like ducks taking to water. A doctor's children become doctors and so on. Lawyers children become lawyers etc. It so happens that the Rajapaksha siblings are politically oriented.]

I responded as follows:

[This is the positive of the caste system. But this fails when we take ‘benefits’ at lower levels. The Rajapaksa family are also Farmers – the highest rank in the caste hierarchy. When I was in Sri Lanka early this year – I heard the President passionately declaring that he was ‘Goviya/farmer’ This then confirms caste consciousness. As per Academic analyses – it was his sudden changeover to ban chemical fertilizers that brought about the economic problem. The farmer-army partnership ends up in disaster. This happened to the folks in Kilinochchi also. When they submitted to LTTE, they lost the blessings of farmers. I now realise the significance of a dream I had in 2006 about which I wrote in my book as follows:

[As highlighted above,  I had the vision of  Sri Shridi Baba when I felt thoroughly dejected by the verdict delivered by Justice Sully of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.  In the dream, I was going to a place where my friend Rani Sritharan was with many women.  While I was talking to them – I noticed a Tamil child with a huge black Pottu – being chastised by a White person.  I quietly asked the child whether she had erred? The child looked blankly back at me.  Then I looked out the widow and there I saw ‘farmers’ talking in Tamil.  With them stood Sri Shridi Baba.  Sri Shridi Baba did not open His mouth to speak. He just kept looking at me – and in my mind I heard the message ‘Help Muslims and Tamils’. ] – chapter 27 – Naan Australian

I did then write to the Auditor General – Mr Philip Ruddock regarding the LTTE suspects in custody. Mr Ruddock usually responded to my communications and when the suspects were released – I felt that I also had contributed to that outcome. But the significance of ‘farmers’ hit home only today. To me in essence their problem is also caste – mutated as ‘race’. This was confirmed by your relative in law as follows

[Only A ‘Sinhala-Buddhist-Govigama’ Candidate Can Win The Presidential Election: Vasu] https://www.colombotelegraph.com/index.php/only-a-sinhala-buddhist-govigama-candidate-can-win-the-presidential-election-vasu/

It explains also why you would ‘class’ Sajith below Gota. Truth always prevails]

In Democracy one needs to facilitate direct ‘opposition’ in order to complete the picture. This prevents frivolous opposition influenced by outsiders. Only the belief of those who are self-governing and are part of grassroots can bring about lasting solution to our Sri Lankan problem.

THE SRI LANKAN OPPOSITION FAILED

The Sri Lankan situation is being blamed by most as government’s failure. But a deeper reader would recognise that the protestors were effectively ousting the Opposition to take its place through Direct  Democracy.

How does one recognize Equal Opposition? Cause and Effect are the best examples of Government & Opposition in any group. The direct way is to become the effect of the policies caused by the government. When I was classified by Australian Police officers as Sri Lankan – I became the ‘effect’ of their policy at that level.  As per my work I ought to have been heard by seniors – as Equal Opposition, since I disagreed with senior management. But I was treated as ‘junior’ and hence the description – that I was Sri Lankan. By taking that place – after opposing it – I effectively renounced the ‘gap’ between the entitlement of an Australian by belief and a Sri Lankan as per the apparent. This eventually resulted in massive cost to the Senior Management of the University of NSW who called the Police to deal with the ‘junior’. A young lady police officer said, after reading my statement given at the police station – ‘your English is better than mine!’ Effectively – that officer was Opposing the University authorities. Prior to arriving at the Police Station, when I was arrested at the University premises and was asked to remove the anklets  I was wearing. I did as ordered. Then I was asked to remove the pin that held the saree fall to my blouse. I continued to obey. Then I was asked whether there were more pins on me? I said words to the effect ‘yes – the one holding my underskirt. Since there is the risk of me standing naked here if I removed that – I leave it to you to do so’. So saying I lifted both hands to shoulder level. The officer said ‘get into the vehicle’. All this happened in front of the Chancellery building almost where I stood as the mother of graduates of the University.

In questioning the Vice Chancellor as per my true discovery, I effectively renounced all of the above credits.

Later, when writing my book, I realised that by not acting to prevent the arrest at the level of the Police, I opposed them without taking revenge or other benefits. In other words, I became the ‘effect’ of their policy – for all to ‘see’. I felt also that Gandhi, of whom I was strongly conscious – during this experience, also knew this and hence his pathway of ‘Non Violent Non Cooperation.’

Today, a lady professional wrote as follows in response to my article ‘Sri Lankan Karma’:

"We need to be patient and believe that our country will come through all this. The people must learn to love their country.”

Those who do love through a different pathway would Oppose by becoming the ‘Effect’

In the ensuing discussion, Mr Wigneswaran responded as follows:

‘Kala kala dey pala pala dey!  You reap what you sow. This applies to all. Iswaran’

To this another wrote in that ‘free environment’:

[As you know, Rajapaksas allocate almost one-third of every budget for defence. Besides, they spent over two hundred thousand crore rupees to bring the war to an end and still pay interest on it. I am going with Iswaran annan says, "Kala kala dey pala pala dey!" ]

The use of the above Sinhala version of ‘what goes around comes around’ is my parallel of using good English here in Australia. Mr Wigneswaran used it in his article headed ‘On Silva’s US Entry Bar: The Tamil People’s Time For Justice Has Come!’:

[Given the intransigence of three successive Sri Lankan administrations over more than ten years, the rule of law must now prevail. The Tamil People’s time for justice has come! “Kala Kala dey pala pala whey” is a Sinhala proverb. It means you reap what you sow.]

As a member of the Judiciary – Mr Wigneswaran has the ethical responsibility to use that same yardstick on the LTTE . As per Wikipedia report on LTTE, USA has proscribed LTTE as follows:

[Proscription as a terrorist group
United States
(designated as Foreign Terrorist Organizations by the Department of State since 8 October 1997. Named as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) since 2 November 2001)
]

Accordingly, one is entitled to conclude that to the USA the LTTE is senior to the Sri Lankan Army in terms of war crimes. So the pain of war related hardship that Tamils continue to experience is also due to their own Karma once they declared Separate State.

The law/ measure  has to be One and hence one becomes Opposition – the other side of the coin.

Tamil Saint Pattinathaar said ‘தன் வினை தன்னைச் சுடுà®®் , ஓட்டப்பம் வீட்டை சுடுà®®் .’ / One’s negative actions would burn one and the hopper on the roof will burn the house.

If Mr Wigneswaran had begged  for his food as Saint Pattinathaar did – he would have burnt down the house of his relatives who poisoned law abiding Tamils. I did just that in terms of workplace credits here in Australia and leant that the system of Truth took-over the responsibility to maintain the karmic balance i.e. the completion  of circle -  "Kala kala dey pala pala dey!"

DID THE SRI LANKAN MEDIA FAIL THE PEOPLE?

The current situation in Sri Lanka, is very unpleasant. It is surprising that the mainstream media failed to see it coming. The Sunday Times has reported under the heading – ‘Battle lines being drawn between angry people and Govt.:

"The President’s Office claimed in an official statement, “It has been revealed that a group of organised extremists who were among the protesters near the Jubilee Post in Nugegoda had started a riot and created a violent situation. This group, carrying iron bars, clubs, and sticks, had provoked the protesters, and marched towards the President’s residence in Pangiriwatta in Mirihana, causing a riot. Many of those involved in this violent incident have been arrested and many have been identified as organised extremists. They had led the protest shouting the slogans; let’s create an Arab Spring in this country. Detainees have revealed that the riot was carried out using social media anonymously to provoke the people to destabilise the country.”

This may have happed as stated. But of value here is who they were? Were they Muslims or anti Muslims?

It is highly unlikely that majority in that protestors’ group would read The Sunday Times. They were more likely to have interpreted as per their circles in social media. Hence the temporary ban on social media by the government.

How does Media Freedom contribute to self-governance? When one is ‘free’ one expresses the Truth – as in confession in church. Where a senior cares about a junior as if the junior is part of oneself, the senior has insight into the junior’s truth. In terms of Protestors, to the extent they are self-governing, their expressions confirm Direct Democracy, as opposed to representative democracy. In terms of the citizen former is exponentially powerful, whilst the latter is relatively powerful. The latter’s power is limited to that of the elected representative s/he voted for.

The media’s freedom is limited to the level of self governance that that particular medium has realised. Those who publish their work through mainstream media often respond to those in power – for example the above mentioned report is based on those close to the President. There is very little ‘interpretation’ of the protests representing a self-governing lay person/group.

While social media is unregulated – it is more freely available to the lay person. Mainstream media need and elected representatives need to ‘listen’ more and express less within social media groups as part of those groups. Then they would intuitively pick the minds of those at grassroots level through their truth. Truth being an independent power would spread itself as per the Common need.

Those to whom Sri Lanka is ‘home’ have this power of ongoing Natural Sharing with others as well as with their juniors who respect them ‘in a free environment’.

SRI LANKAN KARMA

The first message I read this morning was that a curfew was in place in Jaffna also and therefore they would not be able to hold the memorial service for our cousin Sri Premkumar – whose wife Vathanee is part of the  management group of our family temple in Sangarathai-Thunaivi. I had already said my prayers for the eternal soul of Sri who valued us. Sri was respectful of the law and memorial services to honour him would benefit that area exponentially. To me the observance of curfew rules was also another way of honouring our elders and ancestors who followed the law. Hence I instructed our staff to ensure that they followed the curfew rules.

The news reports about the Sri Lankan situation are depressing. But  no one escapes karma. As the President declared Emergency, we expected curfew. Al Jazeera reports as follows:

[Al Jazeera’s, Minelle Fernandez, reporting from Colombo, said the government says the emergency measures will lead to an uninterrupted supply of goods and services.

“But the concerning factor is that the emergency regulations will grant sweeping powers to authorities,” she said.]

I then thought about the Guardian report ‘Federal police blame ‘oversight’ for delay in Australian review of Sri Lankan war crime allegations

AFP not aware of ‘administrative oversight’ until letter from justice groups seeking update on 2019 complaint about Jagath Jayasuriya . As per this report:

[ The war crimes lawsuits, based on evidence gathered by the International Truth and Justice Project (ITJP), said he was in charge of troops in Sri Lanka’s north-east who allegedly abducted, tortured and killed civilians, attacked hospitals and committed acts of sexual violence.]

Using secular law, I responded on 31 March that Australian authorities lacked Jurisdiction. The following day – the Sri Lankan President declared Emergency. I am now wondering whether then Australian government was part of this move – albeit indirectly. It is now election time in Australia and there are many electorates that are strongly driven by Tamil voters. In addition, there is the China issue un which Australia tends towards the USA

Wikipedia reports as follows about this officer:

[General Jagath Jayasuriya, VSV, USP is a retired senior Sri Lanka Army officer; he was the Chief of Defence Staff of the Sri Lanka Armed Forces and Commander of the Sri Lankan Army. During the closing stages of the Sri Lankan Civil War, he served as the Commander Security Forces Headquarters - Wanni with overall command of SLA offensives in the Wanni region during the 2008 - 2009 period.]

As per the essence of my investment in Sri Lanka, the question that came to my mind was whether Australia was also contributing to the current outcomes and more importantly whether the war issue has become part of our karma and hence the return when the identical structures are in place for the passage of Truth to manifest its other side at that place. In 2009 – the Sri Lankan government ‘blocked’ the outside world, to isolate those in the war zone. Today their actions are being exposed to the whole world – due to war victims who did not take benefits in compensation. Those who emigrated stating the war ‘took’ compensation. They also lack jurisdiction to ‘judge’. Those who participated to compensate by replacing those who left – have jurisdiction as if they were the victims.

When karma manifests Itself we need to facilitate its path and not take revenge at lower level.

Likewise in terms of our cultural values through which we recover from the war pain. Each one who finds the solution through the their culture  has the exponential power of heritage.

RELIGIOUS REBELS

I was directed to the news report headed ‘Hindu Group Marches to Support Russian Military Op, Slams Zelensky as Ukraine's No1 Enemy’

The group is Hindu Sena (Army).

I was directed also to the report ‘Pakistan hosts OIC meeting: Conference ahead of PM Imran Khan's no-confidence vote’

When reading and listening, I wondered whether undemocratic governments naturally caused the development of Asura forces. In Hinduism we have the high thinkers – the gods and we have the Asuras led by brawn power. So long as they stayed within their territories there was no problem.  The war in Ramayanam happened in in Lanka due to Asura king Ravana abducting divine Sita.

It was interesting to learn that the IMF bailout record of Sri Lanka was close to that of Pakistan.  On 21 March, I wrote under the heading ‘ISLAM FOREMOST - THE OTHER SIDE OF BUDDHISM FOREMOST?’. That article was based on Sri Lankan cricket hero’s speech headed ‘ Kumar Sangakkara recollects his experience of the terrorist attacks on the Sri Lankan cricket team during their 2009 tour of Sri Lankan.’ The above mentioned IOC conference happened on 22 March. Until today I had no knowledge of it. Intuition? I believe so.

To me that is how karma works. No one may value our work but to the extent we are genuine the truth of our work is recorded in our subconscious mind. This truth leads us to read as per our need. More importantly it confirms that the essence of our work has reached the needy to enrich our home area.

In this instance it said to me that I was right in highlighting cricket heroes playing politics. Clever and skilled players are the parallels of those in the army who fight to win ; not to govern.

Siva Sena has taken on the name of Lord Shiva who destroys body consciousness. The following Wikipedia report confirms to me that they are driven by the seen:

[The Sena organized a birthday party for Donald Trump, then a candidate for US President, on 14 June 2016. The Sena had previously prayed for his victory in the 2016 US presidential election.[1][2] In January 2016, four activists of the Hindu Sena vandalized the regional office of Pakistan International Airlines in New Delhi, demanding an end to diplomatic talks between India and Pakistan. One of the four men was arrested; the rest fled. Hindu Sena chief Vishnu Gupta was arrested on 25 December 2015, two days after he called the police and claimed that the restaurant of the hotel "Kerala House" was serving beef. Later, police stated that they were considering action against Gupta under Section 182 of the Indian Penal Code (false information, with intent to cause public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person). On 22nd September ,5 men from Hindu Sena were arrested for vandalizing residence of Asaduddin Owaisi.]

When politics is driven by votes rather than belief – the belief of the genuine voter naturally generates the Equal Opposition that quietly accumulates against the voter who cheats. The strength of that voter manifests itself at the level of governance structure of that believer. When needed, it manifests to annihilate the opposition. The need needs to be felt by the believer.

Siva Sena, ISIS, Buddhist politicians, LTTE are all creations of the abusers of Democracy. They have the moral right to fight against autocratic leaders who cheat the system of Democracy. But they have the moral responsibility to ensure that not even one truly democratic person is adversely affected by their actions.
