Is Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa the next  Defence Secretary
of the latest  Australian Territory - Sri Lanka?

‘Gotabaya Rajapaksa says under his watch, Lankan intelligence service was world class’ - newsin.asia

This then means that world class as per his group – is made up of ‘bribing the opponent’ to show win. It means also that he does not qualify to become President of Sri Lanka  which includes Defence Administration as per current structure. The head of state needs to have strong governance powers through deep belief in the People to share strengths naturally through belief. If Mr Gotabhaya was really providing world class service in Defence Intelligence and he did believe in Sri Lankan People – then he would share his wisdom with Defence Personnel through President Sirisena as his official or unofficial advisor. The other avenue available to him was his brother Mr Mahinda Rajapaksa and son Mr Namal Rajapaksa who are members of Sri Lankan Parliament. Mr Mahinda Rajapaksa also boasted about how clever he was as head of Security Council during the time he was president. If he had had belief in Defence Intelligence – through the official pathway, he would have head the message – as believers do in their field of expertise. I believe I do when I am the chosen medium for service. Most artists including astrologers connect at that level.

As per the above report Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa reveals his mind as follows:

[“The terror attacks suspended the heartbeat of Sri Lankans who were breathing freely after the 30-year war. Terrorism comes in different forms but in the same ruthless manner,” he said.
“We are at a time where we should transform this hurt into unyielding courage. Being united in the face of obstacles is the easiest way to defeat forces against the country, which I have realised from experience. We should unite under the national flag for the country,” he said.]

Transformation happens as per our Guru/Mentor – to the extent we believe in our Guru/Mentor. I do not know of one Tamil who believes in Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and as a Tamil who believes in our Community as a whole – I believe that if indeed a genuine Tamil did believe I would have come to know about it. That is the way of belief – it brings us knowledge we need from beyond time and/or place borders.

The pathway through which Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa received insider information about Tamils is confirmed strongly indicated by the following:

[Karuna was arrested in London on November 2, 2007 following a joint operation between the Metropolitan Police and the Border and Immigration Agency. It is thought that he was found in possession of a forged passport and firearms.  According to the Sunday Times, a weekly English newspaper published in Sri Lanka, the British authorities have claimed that they have enough evidence to show that the Sri Lankan government was complicit in helping Karuna receive a diplomatic passport Karuna said in court that the government, through Permanent Secretary for Defense Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, had given him the passport. On January 25, 2008 he was sentenced to nine months in prison.  He was transferred to an immigration detention centre in May 2008.
A number of human rights groups, led by Amnesty International, urged the Metropolitan Police to investigate Karuna for war crimes including torture, hostage-taking and recruitment of child soldiers. The Met Police did not respond and Karuna was deported back to Sri Lanka on 3 July 2008]
Gotabhaya’s brother just handed out the top post reported by Wikipedia as follows:
[After giving up arms and entering politics, he was appointed as a National List Member of Parliament for the ruling United People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA), the party of President Mahinda Rajapakse, in 2008 and sworn in as Minister of National Integration on March 9, 2009. He later joined the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, the largest party in the UPFA, and on April 24, 2009 he appointed a Vice President of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party.]
When therefore the UPFA refers to Terrorism, it refers to itself also as Terrorists. All valid and authentic political decisions are required to be based on Belief and Belief alone. Those who act politically without belief – are traitors. Had Karuna been pardoned and employed for his military skills – there was greater likelihood of the Easter Sunday tragedy being prevented through network of belief that Tamils have developed with India  through common faith including through genuine Muslims.

It not too late for Mr Gotabaya to serve Sri Lankan through his wisdom in Defence Intelligence. As per News 1st Report  headed ‘No laws to ban the National Thowheed Jamath – President’:

[The President also stated that a new defence secretary would be appointed today and that he expects the IGP to resign today.]

As per this report :

[Commenting on the National Thowheed Jamath, President Sirisena noted that they are looking into banning the NTJ but that they do not have the necessary laws to implement a ban. The President stated that they are looking into the acts passed by the Australian Parliament to help Sri Lanka draft the required Laws.]

No foreign judges and no dual citizens in Parliament but YES Australian Parliament ? When did Sri Lanka become Australian Territory?

The Easter Sunday Terrorism happened because the Defence Ministry has no backbone. It lacks the power to consolidate other Defence minds – especially those that have wisdom in eliminating International Terrorism. This effectively is a confession that LTTE were NOT really a global risk as per the minds of Sri Lankan government. That leads one to the logical conclusion that it was ‘shown’ to be global because Sri Lankan government did not have capability to manage the problem. It therefore added the international frills to make LTTE look like a global menace.  Once the job was done – the Rajapaksa Government which the current president was part of – celebrated victory to sell its mighty army to the wider world. Jesus Christ would have assisted Allah to surface this truth on Easter Sunday which is about the Spirit being eternal. All the victims, including the bombers have been blessed together by Jesus and Allah – as One Spirit. Victims who are able to identify with this – will draw strength from those who are now part of the Holy Spirit. Death of the body is never the end to the liberated.  The soul is Eternal.

Export not to Sri Lanka - the Intelligence Failure by Australian Armed Forces

(He was normal when he went to study in Britain, and normal when he came back. But after he did his postgraduate in Australia, he came back to Sri Lanka a different man.) – The Australian

Years ago – while travelling from Jaffna to Colombo by the noon train – a young lady in Muslim robes sat next to me. I learnt that the young lady was a medical student. The train was not air-conditioned  and got delayed due to signal issues. I was wondering how that young lady who revealed that she was wearing jeans underneath her robe could bear the heat. I wonder what she would think about the hijab being banned by law in Sri Lanka – a topic that was discussed by Ms Indeewari Amnuwatte  with President’s  Counsel Ali Sabry at https://www.facebook.com/AdaDeranaLive/videos/vb.1791371124211105/1186578378181823/?type=2&theater

The uniforms we wear give us a sense of commonness as well as sense of duty. Many wear them as rituals to get brownie  points with seniors. I started wearing the Hindu woman’s hijab – the sari to school – when I enrolled in a boys’ school towards following  a course in engineering at tertiary level. Later when I was offered a place to serve articles at an accounting firm where my uncle was an influential client – I was advised  by my uncle to wear sari. But I found that most of the Sinhalese students wore western dresses. I continued to wear the sari to office but did wear western dresses to the Institute of Chartered Accountants where I attended lectures. At Air Lanka – the rule was for female staff to wear the sari. Here in Australia, I wore the sari to work when I felt isolated. To me that was an act of civil disobedience against those who were failing to practice the Equal Opportunity laws in employment. At the University of NSW they did not get the message and it eventually got added to the pain of those who would take an eye for an eye. Sri Lankan Muslim Nizamdeen who did not do his search about the negative multicultural karma that the UNSW carried – despite me having written a book ‘ Naan Australian’  - about it-  became a victim of this negative karma. The NSW Police who participated in the development of that negative karma – shared their status with Nizamdeen who was suspected as Terrorist by Australian Federal Police.  Now we learn from the ABC as follows:
[The Prime Minister has confirmed counter terrorism officers from the Australian Federal Police will help Sri Lanka with its investigation into the Easter Sunday bombings.
Scott Morrison says Australia's offer of help was accepted overnight.]

AFP needs to first learn from the law abiding Australians of Sri Lankan origin and bring about closure – to any wrongs by the AFP. The Australian article ‘Sri Lankan bomber in Aussie terror net’ helps us decide including through the following:

[The Sri Lankan suicide bomber who studied at a Melbourne university was one of the subjects of a terrorism investigation by Australian security authorities after intelligence emerged linking him to Islamic State operative Neil Prakash. The Australian can reveal that Abdul Lathief Jameel Mohamed, one of nine suicide bombers responsible for a string of attacks across Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, was investigated by the Joint Counter Terrorism Team in 2014.]

The following part of the above mentioned article confirms that Australia leads Sri Lanka in radicalization:
[One of Mohamed’s sisters, Samsul Hidaya, last night revealed how he had become “deeply religious” in Australia and returned to Sri Lanka a different man.
Ms Hidaya said Mohamed had became increasingly withdrawn and intense as he descended into extremism.
“My brother became deeply, deeply religious while he was in Australia,” Ms Hidaya told the Daily Mail.
“He was normal when he went to study in Britain, and normal when he came back. But after he did his postgraduate in Australia, he came back to Sri Lanka a different man.
“He had a long beard and had lost his sense of humour. He became serious and withdrawn and would not even smile at anyone he didn’t know, let alone laugh.”
Ms Hidaya said after returning from Australia, Mohamed would berate family members for religious lapses and would not let his children listen to music.
Another of Mohamed’s sisters, Fathima Zeenia, told police in a statement seen by The Australian, that he had completed a “course” in Indian Kashmir, a hotbed of Islamic radicalism and militant training.
Mohamed travelled to Syria and joined Islamic State before returning to Sri Lanka.]

That brings to mind an uncle of mine who started singing the ‘Separatism’ song after he came to Australia and joined the ‘seniors group’. My uncle said it was Seetha who went after Ravana and that Ravana did not kidnap Seetha. That is how we allow ourselves to be brainwashed when we have idle minds.

In any religion, the priests are allocated high status. But if those priests undertake secular education – they are likely to forget which pathway they are following. The other day my husband ‘told me’ something about this issue instead of submitting to me as his senior in this issue. I said to him that he was not even my equal in this issue – leave alone my senior. My husband apologized – stating that he was still in ‘teaching’ mode. My husband teaches Maths and I usually listen when he says something about Maths. If in doubt I ask.

The sister of Abdul Lathief Jameel Mohamed – with an independent mind – recognized that she lost her brother in Australia. The Priest in Mohamed who was born in Australia, was telling her and others in the family how to show respect for him – possibly because he wanted to live the intellectually  idle life like his Australian counterparts. My uncle was not the only one. I was shocked to hear similar interpretations by another LTTE supporter who was elevated in status due to such following. They could not have actually believed in their ancestors who gave us the Ramayana interpretation that I am familiar with.

We do not know whether the events of the original Easter happened. But even if there is one believer after all these years  - then the value is true. In addition, this is a common avenue through which we bring order into our family and community lives. Many Australians – including Prime Minister Scott Morrison indulged in sports activities on Good Friday. But we did not operate  our Opportunity shop in Northern Sri Lanka – where Good Friday is respected as a day of  mourning by most Christians. At family level – we abstained from little pleasures that we otherwise would have enjoyed. As our daughter said after the Sri Lankan tragedy that one of the deepest lessons they were taught by us was to respect all religions. They know through common life that we have multi-religious representations in our home. No, I do not have any Muslim representation but I do pause before a mosque when I am walking. I did this many times in Melbourne near our son’s home.

Active respect may be difficult for those who grew up in ‘no religion’ homes. Those who are separatists in religion – be it Buddhism only - Christianity only or Islam only – groups would need to stay away from groups. There are many Australians without commitment to particular religion. Our Australian armed forces have their fair share of that category. Our police are notorious for unlawful arrests which are upheld as lawful by the Judiciary in the case of migrants who seem insignificant. I was ‘shocked’ to learn this through my experiences here in Australia. Those officers listen to their masters’ voices and indiscriminately  damage the boundaries of  their own institution to please custodians in power.

If Mohamed was linked by AFP to Islamic State – why was this intelligence not shared with the Sri Lankan Government?  If the arrests without belief are greater in value than the arrests with belief – the Nature demotes their self-confidence in this migrant issue. They become dual personalities – one being official to get the grades and the other personal – individual to individual – involving no external subjective power.

If the Australian Federal Police failed to prosecute Mohamed within Australian shores – then they are disqualified from participating in this global operation which would lead to punishing Sri Lankans. Likewise other Defence forces participating in this operation. They may confidentially provide support to their Lankan counterparts – but not openly take the ‘telling’ position – not after they told me by unlawfully arresting me and labelling me as Sri Lankan when by law I was Australian and I openly stated it. We Sri Lankans are ‘cheap’ to Australian Armed Forces. They have no right to participate in this sacred mission.

To us the People real problem is accumulated at the People’s level. That is the part we have control over. The Sri Lankan Defence Minister/President  who opposed ‘Foreign Judges’ to inquire into the war crimes issue – in which many more deaths happened and due to which ongoing pain is being experienced by Tamils. The President has to be impeached since he passed the buck on to his defence secretary who heard only his master’s voice. The master needs to be dismissed first – as per the rule of Dharma.

Defence Intelligence or Social Information ?

Today we celebrate ANZAC union of beliefs in Defence. This memorial is  important to both countries during times of heightened use of weapons. Some news reports stated that there were possibilities that the Christchurch attack and the Sri Lankan attacks were connected. The New Zealand Prime Minister stated that there was no intelligence to confirm this. Can both be true at the same time? Yes. If true one would be belief based and the other intellectual. From the point of view of victims of the NZ attack  - the NZ Prime Minister became part of the Muslim community – sharing in their pain. This sharing would render access to their inner beliefs and hence when the NZ Prime Minister states that there is no connection – that is a true statement on behalf of all New Zealanders. Australian leaders for their turn condemned the attacker. Then there is closure at the political / emotional level and the matter then gets elevated to the intellectual level. At this level, one needs to take into account the interests of wider world and hence need to measure through common principles and laws. The intelligence gained through such an inquiry would benefit wider world and help them prevent such attacks in their own countries.

As a Tamil I just could not accept suicide bombings. But after spending time with the Tamil Tigers during ceasefire time in 2003  - I stopped rejecting such bombings as evil.   That belief  gradually and quietly educated me. By then I knew about isolation due to my experience at the University of NSW. Those who benefited from my services did not come forward to show support. But within me I lived off the genuine appreciation of my contribution by a few from time to time. That was belief based. But to my mind, I also committed suicide at  paid work level.

The Christchurch attacker did not kill himself because he believed in the justice system in this area through regular life as a White person in a White majority kingdom. But in environments where  minorities are punished proportionately more harshly than the  ethnic group of the custodians of power, the gap accumulates including through the experiences of others in their circle of belief - until they feel enough courage to retaliate.  Individuals and small groups would then pick those in high positions – usually politicians and senior government officials as their target. To them living at the lower level would be less satisfactory than the pleasure of winning at that point of time. If not for that Jesus would have avoided being put to death.

The difference between these suicide bombers and Jesus is that  the bombers need to see to believe while Jesus knew he was the leader also of those who attacked him.  Former is at quid pro quo level and the latter is philosophical level. Former is social media information while latter is Governance intelligence. This would lead to the question as to how the intelligence from Indian officials was treated by their Lankan parallels:

As per the Guardian report headed ‘Sri Lanka told of extremist network months before blasts – sources’ :

[Sarath Fonseka, a Sri Lankan field marshall and politician, told parliament the attack appeared to have been “seven or eight months in the making” and exposed a “monumental lapse in intelligence gathering”.
“In any other country, the entire government would have had to resign for making a mess of things like this, but it won’t happen here,” he said. “Security has become a joke.”]

Mr Fonseka was committed to the order in his work and hence could not be killed by the LTTE at a time when Mr Fonseka was conscious of his need to live. Hence to that extent we could accept his conclusion from a defence angle. But it was not any ‘intelligence’ that saved him from the suicide bomber. He was in his home territory where common belief protects. Some die and others live in the process. Mr Fonseka through his work protected the people in common and his work got protected.  In the case of those who sacrifice  the physical – the value of their belief is preserved and only their bodies die.  They are all heroes.

Mr Fonseka moving into politics does not carry that protection unless it is deep belief where commonness is strongest. Mr Fonseka and other military leaders who accepted diplomatic postings are part of the reason why the local military intelligence got weakened. The intelligence from Indian officials became social information.

Indians have common belief bank about rebels through their investment in Tamil militants.  In 1983, Tamil youth enrolled  themselves in high numbers because they could not bear the fact that Their community was defenceless against mobs who attacked them. This is likely to have happened with young and restless Muslims in Sri Lanka after the attacks on their community, by Buddhists. It is indeed a divine duty to preserve one’s dignity as a human being. To the extent of their belief based connection with Tamil community  they were within their natural rights. But with time, recruitment happened from communities that separated themselves especially on caste basis. Hence the belief based connection got weakened and the militants got defeated.

Through my life with Toddy Tapper group in their separated area I learnt that they are not able to genuinely take junior positions with educated people but rather include themselves for quid pro quos. In contrast – those who live in multicultural areas are able to take the junior positions in secular structures more comfortable and demonstrate greater accountability. Combatants from the isolated groups would have had difficulty taking junior position with politicians who according to them could not save themselves from the Government’s attacks. Politicians have the duty to include them also and that is a huge challenge to maintaining reliable intellectual order.

Politics without common belief is as damaging as information through social media. Since politicians kept singing the ‘War against Terrorism’  song – for political purposes – their mind order dropped to social level where there are more buddies than seniors and juniors. Those politician who ‘used’ the military as door mats to claim political victory diluted their reception of information through orderly process. If Karuna – the Eastern Province LTTE leader had remained in defence mode – he would have picked up the warning signs at grassroots level.

Sri Lanka has weakened its defence capacity by taking ‘wins’ after conclusion of the war for political purposes. That is the root cause of negligence at government level. At people’s level – those who left it to the government did not have the capability to pick the minds of local rebels at their levels. Intuition would warn them as per their depth in commonness. To that extent they are responsible to the victims.

To most resident Sri Lankans – analyses by the educated living outside Sri Lanka are hearsay. Such is like education for the status only. The educated Muslims in the group are no exception. As per ABC news:
[Sri Lankan authorities have confirmed one of the suicide bombers responsible for the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks attended an Australian university.
Key points:
One of the suicide bombers completed his post-graduate education in Australia
The death toll from the deadly attacks was revised up to 359 on Wednesday
Investigators say the attacks were retaliation for the Christchurch shootings
Sri Lankan Junior Minister for Defence Ruwan Wijewardene said the bomber completed his post-graduate education in Australia.
It comes after the death toll was revised up to 359 earlier on Wednesday.
"What I can say is this group, some of the suicide bombers, most of them are well educated and come from maybe middle or upper-middle class," Mr Wijewardene said.
"Some of them have studied in various other countries, they hold degrees and they are quite well-educated people]

If ‘education’ is not the highest priority to the Muslim community – then those pathways could be used for lesser purposes. The next time a Muslim student from Sri Lanka is arrested under suspicions of terrorism – as Nizamdeen was – here in Australia – one needs to not oppose due process by Defence. When our pathway is reliable - we get the behaviour we reward.

Once the mind is lowered to easy levels – we get taken over by traders in arms who promote death as ticket to paradise.

Finding the external reasons is the Government’s Administrative Responsibility. This needs to demonstrate firm logic to global participants who have had similar experiences – India and the USA being two examples.

Finding the weak links in belief network and repairing them  is the responsibility of the People and the leaders as representatives of the People. This can be achieved only through sharing of  Victims’ pain as if it happened to us. That is what the New Zealand Prime Minister did – as if she was the mother of all victims. This strengthens the value of migrants from diverse cultures to complete globalization of New Zealand.

Commonness Healing

According to the Hindu philosophy I learnt – one who has desire would accumulate fear. One who fails to do her/his duty as per her/his position through which s/he enjoys benefits – would suffer from fear. That is the rule of Natural law.  Asanga Welikala confirms this as follows in his article ‘The Constitutional Implications of the Easter Sunday Terror Attack’ :

[Individuals hold ministerial office not merely to carry out the executive functions of a ministry but also to be accountable for all the activities of that ministry, including acts and omissions of officials and agents that the minister may not have personally undertaken. A minister is accordingly entitled to take credit for the achievements of a ministry, but the inescapable flip side of this coin is that the minister is there to carry the can when things go wrong. In the face of parliamentary or judicial scrutiny, the minister takes official responsibility and is required to resign when the lapse or mistake or wrongdoing is especially serious. The President is subject to all these conventions of constitutional democracy when he assigns ministries to himself, and all the more so when he has chosen to run those ministries as if they were his personal fiefdom and deliberately excluded the involvement of the Cabinet.]

Not only this current  Sri Lankan president but also his predecessor treated Sri Lanka’s South   as their personal fiefdom. Militant leaders did likewise in areas within their control. To the extent we blame the other side beyond their earned limits – the return comes to us to make us become like them. Common belief protects us from such excesses. The return happens through someone / group that has  common belief in  both. If that person demonstrates such seniority but is not respected as a senior by custodians of power, the karma gets returned – often through other media of lower order. I learnt this through my experience at the University of NSW where those who neglected their duty to me as per our respective positions got their returns through migrants who followed a lower order and went straight to ABC  media.

In terms of the President of Sri Lanka – he is very much the pawn through whom king Rajapaksa protected himself and his clan. Despite the carefully constructed Separation of the two in 2015 – Mr Sirisena remained pawn. Effectively Mr Rajapaksa took his place as Mr Sirisena’s senior in 2018. That is the effect of his master’s voice. The 2018 local government elections facilitated this.
Every voter who voted for these two Defence Ministers is ultimately responsible for the pain and suffering of the victims. Both have to be stripped of their civic rights – if we are to be free of such return karma.

Australian Prime Minister John Howard who in 2001 lied to the public about asylum seekers throwing their children overboard did win the subsequent elections lost his seat in 2007. When one loses one’s seat it confirms serious deterioration in belief. This happens through accumulated negative karma from various angles by various believers. The value of migrants whose belief is unjustly damaged and the value of who return the karma though higher lawful pathways elevate the picture of the loss to global levels. One was interference in the politics of America – against Mr Barack Obama – reported by Wikipedia as follows:

[Howard supported the Bush administration's 2007 surge strategy in Iraq, and criticised Democrat US Presidential candidate Barack Obama for calling for a complete withdrawal of Coalition troops by March 2008]

Both – the Asylum seeker lie and the support to Bush against Obama strongly deteriorated Australian investment in multicultural immigration. This then makes our common belief with the communities concerned weaker and increases the risk of ‘terrorism’ attacks. After the Children Overboard lie – we had the Bali Bombing. After the above mentioned collusion against Mr Obama – Mr Howard got dismissed by his electorate to a gender based minority representative – Journalist Maxine Mckew.
As per published reports – the Indian Intelligence Agencies did alert their Sri Lankan counterparts about the possibility of the Easter Sunday attacks. The lack of investment in Regional Governance by Mr Sirisena – responsible for Defence meant he was blind to this path. If the President had invested genuinely in post-war development and healing – that would have strongly contributed to the establishment of this belief based link. Mr Sirisena went to Thirupathi as an individual for personal reasons. He thus abandoned post at the crucial time due to lack of belief.

If Mr Sirisena or Mr Rajapaksa are elected presidents and therefore are responsible for Defence – Sri Lankans would continue to attack Sri Lankans. The numbers would escalate when they do so despite knowing that their elected leaders were responsible. The voter who listens with faith will know the Truth. The Truth will come to the genuine voter.

It took 9/11 pain for Americans to develop protection against terrorism. It took Bali bombing for Australians to protect themselves from such pain. If we Sri Lankans learn from this painful experience – and eliminate through our Truth those who suffer from serious gaps between individualism and commonness, we would protect ourselves at the roots.

Tomorrow we celebrate ANZAC (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) to confirm that the two nations are family.  I feel strongly that such shows of Regional Commonness with India – would protect us from negligence of our duty of care to the voters who believe in us.

I believe that I am common and therefore the places that make me feel at ‘home’ would be protected by ‘separatists’ of all sorts.

Paying Respects to Suicide Bombers

The reasons for the Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka would confirm local as well as foreign participation. Likewise between us Sri Lankans – those of local order and those of global order. If the local order is reliable – the global order will sit as the crown in that mind. Our personal belief is the basis of that local order.  But often w get distracted by the disorderly big picture and fail to find order in our own minds. This often leads to mental disorders.

Yesterday, I wrote under the heading ‘The Resurrection of  Lasantha’s Journalism’. It just came to my mind when I was focused. But later I realised that it was from a deep communication without form and without conscious reasoning. I was later satisfied also that it made sense in terms of the Journalistic skills that is being pooled in Sri Lanka through this painful experience. At individual level I cry with the victims – especially Australian Sudesh Kolonne whose agony would communicate itself to any parent.  Then the resolve  to prevent such pain for others becomes stronger. Then I am ready to work the global order in which I have invested through my pain here in Australia.
Today, when I was directed to Sri Lanka Mirror article headed ‘Thowheed Jamath, BBS both funded by single secret account’ I thanked Lasantha for his blessings. The above article was published on 05 December 2016  - at

I may or may not have read it. But those details were not in my conscious memory. I wrote as follows yesterday:
[In terms of Sri Lanka, at local level – Buddhist extremists have demonstrated much stronger opposition to non-Buddhist groups including Christians. Not so local Muslims. But taken at global level – BBS network is much weaker than the parallel Muslim groups.]
Hearsay and Belief based knowledge may look the same but Hearsay has very short life. Going global likewise could be through hearsay information and through use of what others have discarded. If used beyond the environment in which it was born – it would bring disorder to the mind of the user.
I do not know whether the above report had political influence – given that the State Minister for Defence and Mass Media – the Hon Ruwan Wijewardene is part of the UNP and is also the great grandson of the Hon D S Senanayake – the first Prime Minister of post colonial Sri Lanka. But my belief took me to the same conclusion that was published in 2016 and hence to me it is true and valid.
It was on this basis that many Australian academics recognized me as one with strong insight. I identified with the needs of the University system through my genuine practice of the laws of Accountancy and the laws of Democracy. Every believer has that deep insight. This is the basis of subjective system and its hierarchy.
If any of the Buddhist monks had had this true belief – they would have identified with this connection that was in the mind of Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa. The above article confirms this connection as follows:
[The secretary of Thowheed Jamath was arrested on a complaint by BBS secretary Galagodatte Gnanasara Thera, but both were in the pay from the same account.
The two groups had seriously misled their followers and provoked citizens into racial and religious clashes, the sources said, adding that strong legal action would be taken against both to establish peace and reconciliation in the country.]
My article was based on the commonness I felt with Muslims largely through my Sri Lankan workplace experiences. One of them – the brother of  Samad Ali who worked with me as my junior and was always respectful of me – amazingly identified me from a distance more than 30 years later. This brother worked  at that place only for a short  time. But they took their true positions with me and with each other and hence carried that relationship as part of their common structure. Anti Discrimination laws protect such true orders.
How come the Buddhist monks did not read the disorder within their own group? Were they distracted by political benefits that were handed out to them? If yes, they are traitors of Buddhism.
One of the accusations is that intelligence was not used to prevent the attacks and protect the public. But did not the above article carry that intelligence in 2016? If President Sirisena who is responsible by law for armed  Defence of the nation – had believed in the UNP – that belief would have informed him. In politics – Belief is the foundation and hence we elect. But last year the President confirmed that he was more with the former President and his family than with the current UNP led government. This blocked the passage of belief and hence the deterioration of the position of the value of head of Defence position.
Mr Jehan Perera – executive director – National Peace Council of Sri Lanka states as follows in his article ‘GOVERNMENT’S MESSAGE TO PEOPLE IN TIME OF TRAGEDY’:
[The general impression based on media reports is that at least some of the attackers were Muslims and most of the attacks were carried out by suicide bombers.  Sri Lanka has had its grisly toll of suicide bombers during the period of the war, but these were all members of Tamil ethnicity who belonged to the LTTE.  One of the targets for a suicide bombing on this occasion was a Christian church in Tamil -majority Batticaloa in the former war zone of the east.]
It was after hearing Mr Jehan Perera who has made above average effort to recognize value in Jaffna Tamils – that I headed the article ‘Hostilities – Not Terrorism in post-war period’.  Mr Perera referred to Terrorism in Sri Lanka. In his  above passage Mr Perera again relates to LTTE. But unless he experiences in common with the LTTE  and the Tamil community that includes the true value of the Tamil militants – he would not know the answers why ? Lasantha did and he could have known. Obviously – Mr Perera ignored the ‘insider’ intelligence that came through me. When the intellect is active – it often blocks the access to belief.
One who seeks to access the psyche of the suicide bomber needs to first pay her/his respects to her/him. Finding fault with them makes us outsiders and therefore blocks our access to their truth. If we need a visible pathway – we need to find fault with ourselves first and become humble enough to mentally follow their pathway. That would help us identify with the Jihad / Soorasamharam structure of one who has very little knowledge of the common law. Hence the ‘Customer is right’ principle in democratic business.
There were a few Tamils who also tried to use this opportunity to find fault with the Sinhalese government. I ignored them and took my rightful position as one common by Truth to militants and the law abiding Tamil in higher levels of the Tamil community.
A true Buddhist in the Sri Lanka Reconciliation forum simply identified with the solution that I was pointing to – confirming the value of our common experiences and the networks of belief developed through them. To me, that is the real value that of that forum.
One example on the Tamil side is highlighted as follows:
[From all the incidents above it is very clear that Pallewatta Gamarala (President) is a traitor. Once this traitor violated the constitution and made a 1000 million USD loss for the country. Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe too should bear the responsibility for not ousting from the presidency within an hour
following the illegal conspiracy on October 26th. The premier is exposing now that he and the deputy defense minister was not allowed to participate in the Security Council meetings, following a major catastrophe the country has ever faced. He should have raised this issue in the parliament before and made awareness to the public and to the speaker. He did not do anything as such.

Telo is part of the militant structure. Whether it is the President of Sri Lanka or the Prime Minister – they are both part of the lawful structure common to all Sri Lankans. Until TELO becomes their senior by position in that structure – it has no authority to ‘tell’. As News 1st says – ‘We Report You Decide’. You have the right to ‘tell’ only when you are senior by position and/or belief that has been declared – as in Vaddukoddai Resolution. Militants did not empower that Resolution. They used it to empower themselves in the pathway of armed war.

We are currently in political mode and hence the use of belief based pathway needs to be divided. The President disconnected from the UNP intelligence and intellectual governance in October which as per my belief was due to the temptations of going back to the past where he was dependent on Mr Rajapaksa who was showing Mr Sirisena the big picture. That big picture has a big piece of hearsay value through China’s money brought in through Mr Rajapaksa who seriously lacked investment in global governance but was indebted to the global community whose name and facilities were used to defeat the Tamil Tigers. The owner of Shangri La hotels – Mr Robert Kuok – a Chinese-Malaysian, failed to show respect for Tamil pain when the Shangri la  Luxury hotel was built in Hambantota and later another  in Colombo near the area where the Defence Headquarters were attacked by suicide bombers. To the extent the suicide bombers were genuine and sacrificed their lives – their ghosts would be invoked by those who lack belief in that land. That land was Defence land for a long time and had the power to protect Defence personnel who believed in that land and their work.

Relatively speaking, the Northern part of Sri Lanka – where due respect has been paid to such suicide bombers and other combatants has confirmed that it was cured itself of frivolous use of power. The pain that the folks have been enduring – without taking revenge – has developed as a protective structure. In Batticaloa – this does not happen largely due to Karuna abandoning those whom he led in combat.

The deeper we go – the clearer our mind becomes until Truth alone fills our mind.
I have had this experience of identifying with the Truth of such souls in my family circles. Hence I recognize that Lasantha’s Truth came to me in this issue. I was largely the  medium. I become the medium through the Truth in my writings for which I was punished or largely ignored.

Both Presidents who had the responsibility to be accountable to global community through the UN failed to respect the UN but used it to ‘show’ their own narrow world. This opens the doors to disorders in wider world and hence the International infiltration by those who are committed to only one order – the one they are clever at. Yes, the LTTE suicide bombers would empower them if the common order is not stronger.

The solution is not to invoke the LTTE or invoke the other side’s disorder also on the same footing. In a political environment, it is highly unlikely that the leaders would inquire into BBS on the same footing as Thowheed Jamath.

But the following highlights the Lasantha connection – through Time – 08 January:
[A closest ally of ex-defence secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, now a retired major general, had coordinated these Muslim and Sinhala extremists, it has now come to light.
He was also head of the special security operations committee that functioned on Gotabhaya’s instructions during the last presidential elections.
This committee had planned a conspiracy to seize power on January 08, but was foiled.
Investigations into the conspiracy made no headway.]
Such planning confirms fighting against Natural forces. When the place is fixed – time becomes the common indicator. When the place is open – the common cause becomes that of the larger group. Hence Christian v Muslim.

Gajalakshmi Paramasivam

23 April  2019

Impeach the Head of National Security Council

Article 9 of the Sri Lankan Constitution states:

[9. The Republic of Sri Lanka shall give to Buddhism the foremost place and accordingly it shall be the duty of the State to protect and foster the Buddha Sasana, while assuring to all religions the rights granted by Articles 10 and 14(1)(e).]
Article 14(1)(e ) states:
[Every citizen is entitled to –the freedom, either by himself or in association with others, and either in public or in private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching;]

Did the President as the head of Government act to satisfy the requirements under Article 9 through which he ought to have ensured the protection of rights of Christians gathering on Easter Sunday.
As per Daily News article headed ‘Rajitha tenders apology on behalf of Govt.’:

[Explaining the situation prior to the Easter Sunday attack, Dr. Senaratne admitted that the International Intelligence Services have informed on April 4 of an eminent terrorist attack in the country. “They have warned of suicide bomb attack. In those intelligence reports they have informed that the targets are Christian and Catholic Churches and also the tourist hotels. On April 9, the Defense Ministry has informed this situation to the Inspector General of Police and they have even mentioned the names of the suspected terrorists. They have given out a list of names of these terrorists including Zahran Hashim, Jalal Ithal, Shahid, Rilwan, Maulawi and Milhan.” Minister Senaratne said.
“And on April 11, there has been a circular issued by the DIG of the Special Security Division sending to all the security institutions of the country and VIP security divisions cautioning about a possible attack and they have given a detailed report about what is going to happen. So finally it has happened and we all witnessed that. With all the warnings, with all the details given, it had happened and nearly 300 people have died and more than 500 people have been injured. We are very sorry as a government and want to apologize from the people and other affected parties about this incident.” Minister Senaratne said. The Minister stressed that he is explaining the complexities not with the intention of disclaiming the responsibility of the government with regards to the incident but because it is important that everyone get the details correct.]

The President who is responsible for Defence, had knowledge of this intelligence on our before 11 April 2019. Whether Mr Sirisena actually had knowledge of the intelligence is secondary. It was his DUTY as head of National Security Council to develop systems that would bring such intelligence to his attention.  In this instance there was the additional responsibility to protect the constitutional rights of Christians as required by Articles 9, 10 and 14(1)(e ) of the Sri Lankan Constitution.

The seriousness of how the UN Security Council viewed this was presented as follows:

[Security Council Press Statement on Series of Terrorist Attacks across Sri Lanka
SC/13788
The following Security Council press statement was issued today by Council President Christoph Heusgen (Germany):
The members of the Security Council condemned in the strongest terms the series of heinous and cowardly terrorist attacks that took place at St. Anthony’s Shrine in Colombo, St. Sebastian’s in Negambo, Zion Church in Batticaloa, the Shangri-La, Cinnamon Grand, and Kingsbury hotels in Colombo, as well as three explosions across Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, 21 April 2019, which resulted in nearly 300 killed and hundreds more wounded.
The members of the Security Council expressed their deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and to the Government of Sri Lanka and they wished a speedy and full recovery to those who were injured.
The members of the Security Council reaffirmed that terrorism in all its forms and manifestations constitutes one of the most serious threats to international peace and security.
The members of the Security Council underlined the need to hold perpetrators, organizers, financiers and sponsors of these reprehensible acts of terrorism accountable and bring them to justice, and urged all States, in accordance with their obligations under international law and relevant Security Council resolutions, to cooperate actively with the Government of Sri Lanka and all other relevant authorities in this regard.
The members of the Security Council reiterated that any acts of terrorism are criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, wherever, whenever and by whomsoever committed. They reaffirmed the need for all States to combat by all means, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and other obligations under international law, including international human rights law, international refugee law and international humanitarian law, threats to international peace and security caused by terrorist acts.]

The authority of the UN Security Council to ‘find the perpetrators guilty’ flows from its own practice of laws that would prevent such pain and loss to the People in its care. The Sri Lankan National Security Council likewise has the parallel duty to protect Sri Lankans.

When we believe, the intelligence comes to us. This is why we elect leaders through confidential vote in a free environment. Not only did the intelligence not go to President Sirisena, but Mr Sirisena went to the Indian Hindu Shrine of  Thirupathi Venketesharar and performed poojahs on 16 April 2019.  If Mr Sirisena had actually heard the voice of Lord Venketesharar / Vishnu who incarnated as Krishna – he would have heard the message loud and clear ‘DO YOUR DUTY’. That was the message to Prince Arjuna who hesitated to fight against his family elders and gurus. When we fight to establish Dharma / Righteousness – natural forces come to support us. When we act in breach of Dharma – the natural forces of Adharma / Satanic forces – possess us. We then start neglecting our duties while enjoying benefits of  high positions held by us.

The inquiry must focus on whether or not the Sri Lankan President neglected his duty as head of Defence. If the above account by the Minister is true – then President Sirisena needs to be impeached. Former American President Nixon was threatened with impeachment for stealing intelligence of the opponent. Sri Lankan President Sirisena needs to be impeached for negligence if it is established that his negligence resulted in this terrible tragedy.
