MAJORITY  WITH MINORITY ATTITUDE

My cousin highlighted recently that Sinhalese politicians in Sri Lanka had the thinking like majority race with minority thinking. This could be said also of Indian politicians in the subcontinent. The reverse applies to Hindu Tamil politicians in Sri Lanka who are not self-governing.  Armed rebel groups groups were born due to such attitudes. They naturally influence each other.

The JVP leader imported communism into Sri Lanka. Tamil rebels led by the LTTE imported Indian mercernary politicians into Sri Lanka.

What is the scientific basis of this?

In his posting  headed ‘Cricket & Galle in Rothman’s ‘Potted’ History of Sri Lanka-by Michael Roberts at https://www.elanka.com.au/cricket-galle-in-rothmans-potted-history-of-sri-lanka-by-michael-roberts/  the author highlights as follows:

‘This video examines the forces of populism and population that grew into the horrifying experience that still scars Sri Lanka today.’

How did this happen? Had we been truly sovereign, would we have prevented this? In the alternative, are we now going back to colonisation? Did it happen because we disconnected with our ancestors / heritage? As a migrant in Australia, I believe that valuing my Sri Lankan heritage is of utmost importance. Heritages – be they positive or negative, are Sovereign powers.

One of the Tamil Heritages that I had the opportunity to maintain is the Thesawalamai law applicable to Jaffna Tamils. On 09 March 2023, I wrote to the courts as follows:

I write in relation to the substitution application due to be heard 20 March 2023.

My husband and I, as 5th & 6th Respondents,  submit that it is our belief that this substitution, if granted, would be in breach of the Civil Appellate Court Ruling of 19 March 2018. On page 18, the honourable judges state as follows:

‘Section 30 of Matrimonial Rights and Inheritance Ordinance No.15 of 1876 as amended states, that

‘Except when otherwise expressly provided, if all those who succeed to the inheritance are equally near in degree to the intestate, they take per capita, and not per stirpes.’

Armed Rebels fought for Tamil Eelam. Jaffna courts are continuing to use the mind of Colonial rulers. The two would naturally be, in conflict with each other. How does this conflict develop?

As per my discovery, it happens when we ‘steal’ others’ credits. When rebels seek to become lawmakers they need to be free of intelligence-debt to those whose laws continue to be actively used by the People over whom they seek to exercise authority.  The monies that are earned through the official pathway need to be spent through the official pathway and/or as per the truth of the group. Those who hire lawyers to ‘win’ in court against members of the family/community/race, have to be free of debt to the group to protect the ‘unity-value’ of that group. The unity value of any group is the value of sacrifice raised to the power of  ‘n’, where ‘n’ represents the number in the group that has common status. Where an indebted person uses to change inherited laws,  the fall is exponential.

This was clearly known to the world through the exponential collapse of the Rajapakse group that failed to pay its dues to the International community that facilitated the win against the LTTE. Had the LTTE won, Tamils would have suffered the fate that Sinhalese suffered as per the law of Truth. The laws of man work along the linear pathway. The laws of truth work exponentially.

This is the message of the Nava Kiraha shrine in Hindu temples discussed as follows within the Tamil Diaspora:

Lady Member: Life is short. If India allows Tamils to migrate back, the people will enjoy their life without spending it on the street crying for justice. Unless the West gains something for themselves, Western countries will not do anything. As it is, many Sri Lankan’s are living in Western countries supporting Western economy.

Male Member 1 :The problem is, all Tamils are not united under one umbrella to raise as one powerful voice against atrocities. Sinhalese take this pathetic situation of Tamils to their own advantage.

Male Member 2 Tamil unity is a mirage;  ( ‘Kaanal neer’ ) the Cholas and the Pandyans too  had been fighting each other: however in the medieval times all over the world , king’s and emperors had been fighting for territory. It had been the ‘norm’ those days. But now?  The Tamil Community needs far sighted leaders. The majority of them are hind sighted, In addition, most of them continue to be fooled by the Sinhalese ruling classes . Sir Ponnambalam Ramanathan , Sir Ponnambalam Arunachalam  and Arunachalam Mahadeva lived in an age - when we had been under British rule - where Tamil leaders displayed very little differences of opinion among themselves. Then came GGP , SJV & C. Sun ( who spurned the offer of the combined opposition led by Dr. NM to be the Prime Minister ) . Their ‘ego’ problem commenced  at that time; thereafter the Sinhalese leaders refused even the minimum autonomy asked for , by the Tamil leaders , the Tamil youth thereupon took up arms: there had been 36 militant groups  - including ‘a fifth column’ group introduced by the State. ( I had been serving in the  North at the time ) . Finally  there were 2 groups , one the LTTE  assisted by MGR .  TELO and 2 or 3 other groups were supported by the Indian central government. At the moment we have about 9 Tamil party leaders: the nine Tamil leaders look like the  “Nava Kirakhangal” placed in a Hindu temple . They are all looking at different directions .

Male Member 2 ‘At the moment we have about 9 Tamil party leaders: the nine Tamil leaders look like the  “Nava Kirakhangal” placed in a Hindu temple .’

‘The majority of them are hind sighted’

Gaja: Both of the above have the same meaning.  When we live off the past we become Nava Kirahangal. We then have to respect the past but not activate it. We do not prostrate at this shrine but go around it. Prostrating is an act by junior. Like different nations being ‘sovereign’ within the same place/person, there is diversity due to time. Each completed time period is sovereign due to completion in that form.

Male Member 2 :Finally  there were 2 groups , one the LTTE  assisted by MGR

Gaja: MGR paid money to achieve this. Money sans common policy divides. He was also Indian and had no moral authority to make juniors of Sri Lankan Tamils. He is India in the Nava Kirahanga shrine of the global Tamil temple. He had the duty to treat Sri Lankan Tamils with respect.  By crossing that border, he also contributed to the killing of Indian PM in Tamil Nadu.

When we follow one principle, we unite – even if we are defeated by cleverer opposition. In the alternative, if we are true to ourselves we unite through our souls. Former is relative and latter is friend.
