Dear Ms Berejiklin,

VACCINE COMPROMISE

I write further to my communication dated 26 July 2021. That letter was written to add my Energy to yours. I believe that when I complete my duty as per the official structure and continue to do more to maintain the system – I accumulate exponential powers – recognized as People’s power in democracy and generally as ownership power. This power is needed to combat exponential powers that work against us. I recall your observation that the virus seemed to have a mind of its own. That is because of this exponentiality. Positive virtue or negative sin  – that is Energy. One who neglects her/his duty develops sin. One who continues to perform structured work beyond one’s duty develops divine virtue known as Punniyam in Tamil. Today your side of the vaccine equation was compromised at Maroubra Medical Centre.

What happened?

After I had the 1st doze of vaccine, on 20 July, I was given a booking  for this morning at 0930 hrs. There was a call on my mobile phone at 0659 hrs this morning. I was then cleaning the bathroom but on hearing the phone rushed to my room to pick it up. It stopped before I could do so. There was no name of the caller and hence I concluded that it was another crank call. I left home around 0730 hrs – hoping to be at the clinic at 0830 hrs to meet the one hour waiting delay that I had experienced during the first injection session.  While in the bus the phone rang at 0820 hrs, and noting that it was from the same number  - I answered the call. The lady on the other side stated effectively - that the vaccine program at Maroubra Clinic had been compromised and hence they have had to cancel the booking and had rescheduled it for Monday. I asked the lady why I had not been informed previously and she referred to the morning’s call. I said I had waited for the reminder call the previous day and asked her to message me the cancellation note. The lady said she could not do that. I asked her how come I got those messages at other times? The lady said they were computer generated. The lady said she would send me an email. They obviously could have done that first thing in the morning but did not. I said to her I would arrive there and make a complaint.

After I did just that – I said I needed to speak to the person in charge. Another lady came and took me to the inside corridor. We were both standing and I made my complaint. There was no improvement from that lady and I asked for the form to submit a written complaint. When the lady gave it to me I asked her when they knew there was a problem. The lady said at 11 last night – when there was a power outage. I said why did the lady on the phone say the program was ‘compromised’. Then the lady said that that was the compromise because the vaccines had heated up and could not be used. I said I was a lay person and took compromise to mean that the place had been infected. Then I gave the form back to the lady. When I arrived home I noted that in the belated email power outage had been stated as the cause:

[Unfortunately due to the power outage last night we had to cancel your Astra Zeneca vaccine appointment this morning to Monday the 6th of September at 5pm. ]

Instead of using the word ‘compromised’ if the lady had informed me as in the email – I would have been saved the pain that I was just another number in the system. The email used specific description and hence there was little room for me to feel belittled. Many migrants do seem to feel let down due to deviation from standard procedure that they/we are used to.

Ms Berejiklin, I believe that due processes that have survived the test of time, are Energy of the minds that developed and maintained those structures. The ‘normal’ processes at the Maroubra Medical Centre have been diligently followed by me over many years. I respected those as reliable heritage. To me the ‘corporate mind’ there, is the Energy that protects me. The medication – like money - is physical medium through which we confirm that connection  to our body. When the inherited due processes were not followed by the Centre this time, it confirmed that our minds did not connect.

This happened yesterday at the Bank also when an over-enthusiastic young lady whose apparent responsibility seemed to be to check the QR procedure, set out to serve me that the front desk, asked for my id and when I gave her my passport which I carry at all times to confirm my local area – the young lady asked me for my address. Then I asked her why she needed my address which was in the passport anyway? The matter eventually ended up with me asking to speak to the manager who directed me to the regular counters with whose services I was satisfied. The young lady did apologise but it was off-putting and my mind went down – making me feel whether I was doing something wrong – as per the current mind of the Bank. But later the rest of the transaction for community purposes happened to make me feel fulfilled.

While I appreciate that you would not be able to do anything directly about this – I refer to the concluding paragraph in my communication dated 26 July:

[Ms Berejiklin,  it was reported by the ABC that you had said that you wished you had a crystal ball. Your belief is your crystal ball. Whatever you see within is right for you. Likewise every one of us. In democracy, those of us active citizens who are self-governing have the responsibility to share our belief with you at your time of need and in turn you have the responsibility to include that as part of your ‘intelligence.’ One avenue could be to devolve lock-down power to local government councils and to recognized community leaders where appropriate -  gradually to the individual. ]

That belief is your Energy. It connects you to the level that is a part of you. Since writing the above, I note many local government mayors in conflict with you. Yesterday’s 9 News headed  'Snub for our community': Mayors in Sydney's high-risk LGAs say NSW Government is discriminating against them’ included the following report:

["This is a right Royal snub for our community and the more than two million people we represent," Khal Asfour, Canterbury Bankstown Mayor said today.

"Unless there is a magical sea breeze coming from the eastern suburbs that blows the virus west, we don't understand why people are not being treated the same," Fairfield Mayor Frank Carbone added.]

Due Processes are common and to the extent they are heritages – their value is exponential due to the sacrifices made to make them common. But during disturbances young ones lacking in ownership are likely to add their own interpretations and often demonstrate the inverted pyramid behaviour instead of democratic conduct. An inverted pyramid where the frontline staff are at the top, instead of the customer/citizen  is one sided – and is an incomplete relationship. As per my belief – confirmed by many parts of Hindu culture – it leads to the brain turning upside down – i.e. – the invertor goes into hallucination mode.

I urge you to not underestimate the value of positive feedback from someone with positive ownership. We can’t all be premiers but we have the right to get the service we deserve as per completion of our duty – without ‘compromise’. Those of us who mentally complete the relationship with the premier – are entitled to the same level of respect that you enjoy.

The power outage at Maroubra and Pagewood was unplanned. That is the way the virus works through other forms of Energy.

Yours sincerely
