Black Lives v Old Lives

I Oppose the Black Lives Matter protest

All of us believers have the Universal Franchise to manifest outcomes. In a natural environment, the workings of that Franchise are more visible than in an artificial environment. In a voting system all believers who did not achieve majority ‘ruling’ status – automatically form Equal Opposition – so that they can dismiss the majority decision or develop alternate ways to govern. The Franchise becomes  Universal only when it is an expression of belief. In terms of support manifestation at Universal level – it needs to be expressed in the local area of our belief where we can identify with the cause and effect at the same time. When expressed in Opposition, it needs to be Adverse to that of the Ruling power.

The current challenge that we in NSW are facing is the ‘Black Lives Matter’ protest scheduled for Tuesday. To the extent the protestors believe they have the right to exercise it. Likewise, those who believe that the risk of infection is high due to the protest have the right to dismiss it. I am in the latter group. I Oppose the Black Lives Matter protest because I seek to live my life to its natural end.
As per my observations – my age group (70+) are more at risk of death due to the virus attack – than any other group. Night before last when I had tooth ache I was wondering whether it was due to low resistance due to virus. When the mind is low – that is the way we fear. A huge reason is that two of my children and grandchildren are in Victoria. Hence my heightened concern in my local mental circle. I pray to rid myself of anxiety but when I get something unusual – I worry – because I want to live so my children will feel more complete than if I became a victim of the virus.
If it was Sovereign, the protest would not have begun at this time to support Americans. To me it is not different to Mr Morrison blaming China to please America. Neither is belief based and therefore is not supported by Universal power of Truth which is accessed through believe within our own sovereign borders even if it were limited to One individual -  the self. But it needs to be spontaneous and natural and not relative.

When children who have cared for their parents through avenues available to them are blocked in that pathway due to the virus and the protestors do believe that they are in pain – they need to isolate themselves away from the majority who are fighting against the virus – each in their own ways. A true believe would be independent. A truly independent group would separate them from believers in other pathways and not use the pathways that would interfere with other believers.
The NSW Supreme Court is scheduled to announce its decision tomorrow. The matter is presented by the Sydney Morning Herald as follows:

[Police have brought action in the NSW Supreme Court in an attempt to prohibit a 500-person rally planned for next week by the family of David Dungay, a Dunghutti man who died in custody in 2015 after he was held down by prison guards while exclaiming "I can't breathe".] – SMH article ‘Fuller made Black Lives Matter court claim when decision was pending, court told’

The thoughts of the protestors are presented as follows:

[A prohibition order would not ban the July 28 march – which is expected to travel from Town Hall to Parliament House to present a petition – but would leave participants exposed to criminal sanction for attending, including for blocking roads and breaching public health orders.
Organisers have argued the court does not have jurisdiction to decide the application, because police failed to comply with legal requirements to confer with protesters before applying to the court. Justice Mark Ierace is expected to deliver a judgment on Sunday.]

If the protestors believed and therefore did not depend on the Court ruling – then they have no jurisdiction to reason through the law – including lack of jurisdiction. The case then is between the those who follow the law and the police.

As per cultural roots, Indigenous Australians claim that they respect their elders. One who truly respects her/his own elder would respect also the respect the elders in other cultures to live their natural life and celebrate their own youth – even as a minority of one.

The Protestors are lacking in substance and I dismiss them on behalf of all Australian elders – including Indigenous elders of David Dungay who will uphold the pain in their natural circles in their natural ways – independent of Americans.

African Americans and Indian Tamils of Lanka
The path of self-purification is hard and steep. One has to become absolutely passion-free in thought, speech and action to rise above the opposing currents of love and hatred, attachment and repulsion. I know that I have not in me as yet that triple purity in spite of constant ceaseless striving for it. That is why the world's praise fails to move me, indeed it very often stings me. To conquer the subtle passions seems to me to be harder far than the physical conquest of the world by the force of arms. – Mahatma Gandhi

To my mind – the above message is about losing duality and if one does have duality - one side needs to be blocked by an Equal and Opposite power at that level. That is a fundamental value in Democracy. One may be clever intellectually and/or through armed power. But to be eligible to govern one has to include the less clever person  as part of oneself in Autocracy or come down to that person’s level in Democracy. Gandhi did the latter. By demoting his status without any return benefits including in thought,  Gandhi automatically converted his contribution (work and sacrifice) to pure Energy. The rest was delivered through the system of truth.
Dual citizenship bans us from representing the People of a country at national level – because we want the best of both worlds. To my mind, the reason for such ban is that we do not know which country structure binds our mind. When making policy for one we need to be in that structure as virtual reality.
If we believe in both – then one opposes the other when we make equal contribution to both. Equal Opposition in Parliament is based on this fundamental that when we believe in a power through a different form – we are Equal. Belief being exponential in power does not need large numbers. Even One believer will ultimately achieve.

Today is the anniversary of the beginning of Black July in 1983, which resulted in India’s indirect involvement in Sri Lanka through training of Tamil youth whose emotions were challenged due to the helplessness of Tamils in Colombo who became the targets of unruly civilians. Truth being Truth – the ultimate outcome of this is written in the Sri Lankan constitution as the 13th Amendment to the Constitution. The commonness we have with the 13th Amendment to the American constitution is this slave labour. The Tamil in this instance is the ‘Indian Tamil’ who  was brought to Lanka as labourer in tea estates. The Sinhalese took-over the Master positions after the departure of the British. To think of other Tamils – especially those of the Jaffna kingdom would be unpleasant to these Sinhalese. Even in politics – Tamils of North and East are common but those of Hill country are different.

Interestingly – they join the mainstream Sinhalese parties in preference to those parties dominated by Northern politicians – who rely heavily on Jaffna Kingdom founded by Indian Tamil Royalty.
As per the ‘logic’ of the Sinhalese individual who has very little knowledge of North-Eastern heritage, all Tamils are the parallels of African American labour class. They are different to the Indigenous American who is the parallel of North-Eastern Tamil of Lanka.
In both countries law enforced Equality frees itself during Election time. Hence the ‘Black Lives Matter’ protests in USA and Sinhalese / Tamil Only  claim in Sri Lanka. In USA they put them in prison to work them. In Sri Lanka they ask them to ‘go back to India’. Black Americans and Tamil Labour class respectively, accept that due to lack of sense of ‘belonging’ in their current ‘homelands’. This happens to many Muslim migrants in countries of European culture.
I myself ‘reacted’ to this in 1998 when Australian politician Ms Pauline Hanson asked migrants who could not assimilate to ‘go back home’. I myself went into my Sri Lankan professional life where my apparent status was much higher than the one I was allocated at the University of NSW. Going into that virtual reality was made easier by Ms Pauline Hanson’s push factor – due to my existing condition – disappointment at the University of NSW where this kind of political play within academics was very active due to them living in their past. This risk prevails not only the Tamil community that mentally lives off the past but also other migrant communities strongly attached to the corpus of their culture.
By taking legal action against my seniors – including the Prime Minister – I declared my belief as per my mind and this resulted in my book ‘Naan Australian’. The pain I experienced cured me of that ‘attachment to past’ which with time makes us bi-polar. Thus desire becomes fear if it is not opposed and buried by different belief.
The need of Lankan Tamils is this ‘different belief’ which will naturally oppose the government. This requires also ‘self-isolation’ when there is risk of infection of war thoughts. Government’s move to disregard the 13th Amendment is the parallel of Appeal in a Court of Law.
The reason for this is explained as follows by his honour Janak De Silva as follows in the Prescriptive Title case in relation to our Colombo land:

The above structure to my mind led to upholding Justice – which is the main purpose of the Judiciary. As stated previously, it is not good enough to believe in ‘facts’. One who presents the ‘facts’ in a particular environment needs to believe also in the structure that that environment is regulated by. If Gandhi had shared his facts in the language of the Court he would have failed with the folks he was representing through  politics.

I believed in my ownership as well as the law of Prescription. I was open also to the claim of Mr Piyadasa that he occupied the land for 30 years. I was however not open to the current respondent who could afford Mr Faiza Musthapha PC who is presented as follows by Tobacco Unmasked:
[Faisz Musthapha (sometimes referred to as Faiz Musthapha), is a “President’s Counsel Learned in Law”, commonly known as President’s Counsel (PC). It is a high-rank appointment for Attorneys-at-Law in Sri Lanka coinciding the British ‘Queen’s Counsel’ appointments. PC appointments are made by the President of Sri Lanka based on professional eminence and conduct. Musthapha is the son of S. M. Musthapha, a lawyer from Kandy. In the media Musthapha family is referred to as a family with “four generations of lawyers”.]

I have learnt through my Court cases including Sri Lankan cases that to the extent a litigant believes in the law and makes the effort to present the truth in the structure of the law, the matter gets exponential power which opens up opportunities to participate at that level – at least mentally. This however was NOT the case with the Respondents whom I never saw in Courts. One who purchased from a Prescriptive title holder needs to inherit that belief also.
The parallel of the purchase  is the election by votes in democracy and the parallel of Prescriptive rights is occupation by ‘belief’ in the case of rebels. When Tamil politicians declared political independence through Vaddukoddai Resolution – it confirmed their belief through the political pathway. When armed rebels took-over leadership – it was a different pathway and hence Rebels gradually became the Opposition of politicians which led to assassination of the very holders of that Prescriptive title. In the language of  armed rebels killing the opposition / enemy is victory. This was also the case with JVP in South. Likewise in the current government where the PM is politician and the President is leader of Armed forces. With executive powers of the Presidency restored they would more actively oppose each other due to different pathways of belief. One way to prevent this is to stay away from each other – each leading only through his pathway of belief.
Duality such as Desire & Fear ; Gain & Pain is a fact of life at the physical level. If we ‘avoid’ the unpleasant side – by abuse of current power – we delay the manifestation of the ‘other’ side. But it does not go away. The longer it is passive the stronger the return. The intellectual pathway helps us to ‘see’ both at the same time. This is easier when we are independent of our desires and gains.
Mr Jehan Perera of the National Peace Council presents his assessment through his Colombo Telegraph article ‘Responsibility Of Majority To Minority Cannot Be Shed '

[One of the noteworthy and less positive features of the forthcoming elections is that none of the major political parties has had much to say about how they propose to address the protracted ethnic conflict. This is the main national question that has dogged post-independence Sri Lanka for the past seven decades and led to war and destruction and to human rights violations that continue to take a prominent place in the international human rights discourse. In the face of elections, the national political parties appear unwilling to address the challenge of community rights posed by the TNA. In the alternative, they should at least address the issue of equal citizenship posed by the people of the North…….
In all the meetings we had in Jaffna, the issue of equal citizenship came up. The community groups we met with spoke of the problems they faced due to shortage and ramshackle state of the ferries and buses that served them, of the lack of fresh water due to the problem of over extraction of water resources by outside parties, of Indian and southern fishermen who had privileged access to fisheries resources and sand mining by vested interests. They wanted the law and the government to give them what they believed it gave people in the rest of the country, and to protect them equally. It behooves the national political parties contesting the elections to guarantee equal citizenship to all as the basic and fundamental commitment in the government they hope to form ]
Equal citizenship exists not only by law due to the 13th Amendment but also in a less visible way prior to that after the Vaddukoddai Resolution 1976. If Tamils seek Equal goods and services as they think Sinhalese have and it is delivered as part of the election promise – it is likely to make us dependent on the Sinhalese government and that undoes the structure that politicians developed through their sacrifices and armed soldiers risked lives for. The more dependent we are of others for our resources the more we would seek to ‘show’ outcomes. This is the greatest weakness in armed activity – especially one that does not follow the common law through which merit is to be calculated.

The way I see it – Tamil civilians in Northern Sri Lanka are heavily dependent on the Diaspora which is in effectively the parallel of Indian Tamils who remained in Sri Lanka due to financial independence/affluence. Not many members of the Tamil Diaspora are truly independent at government level, in their new homelands. They are effectively developing dependents so they could play politics on behalf of the locals. That is what China does to South. Sri Lanka is caught between the ethnic devil and the South China Sea.

I pay my respects to the victims of the 1983 riots invoked by the LTTE who acted without the blessings of their Political leaders  and executed by cowardly Sinhalese to whom all Tamils were Indian coolies.

Sri Lanka’s Ravana 1  and China’s new Silk Road

At least some young Sri Lankans seem interested in Artificial Intelligence. As per common Lankan culture – as well as Australian Indigenous culture one needs to seek the blessings of ancestors of the land which holds the karmic powers of the past owners of that land. Prescriptive land rights are also based on such powers. To my mind such blessings are part of the Spiritual ownership which confirms Universal power.

The Spiritual power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is confirmed as follows by Wikipedia:
Modern machine capabilities generally classified as AI include successfully understanding human speech, competing at the highest level in strategic game systems (such as chess and Go)
Since I did not have knowledge of ‘Go’ I looked it up:

[Go is an abstract strategy board game for two players, in which the aim is to surround more territory than the opponent. The game was invented in China more than 2,500 years ago and is believed to be the oldest board game continuously played to the present day. A 2016 survey by the International Go Federation's 75 member nations found that there are over 46 million people worldwide who know how to play Go and over 20 million current players, the majority of whom live in East Asia]

Then came the question in my mind, whether Chess was of Indian origin. Wikipedia confirmed as follows:

[Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on a checkered board with 64 squares arranged in an 8×8 grid. Played by millions of people worldwide, chess is believed to be derived from the Indian game chaturanga sometime before the 7th century. Chaturanga is also the likely ancestor of the East Asian strategy games xiangqi (Chinese chess), janggi (Korean chess), and shogi (Japanese chess). Chess reached Europe by the 9th century, due to the Umayyad conquest of Hispania. The pieces assumed their current properties in Spain in the late 15th century, and the modern rules were standardized in the 19th century.]

The oldest known origin is important to those who believe in Ancestral powers.
According to Indian news reporters, Sri Lankan government  seems to be doing the parallel of China’s Belt & Road Initiative in the sky:

The Hindu - Sri Lanka to research “Ravana’s aviation routes”

[In a recent newspaper advertisement in Sinhala, the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka has sought any relevant documents and literature from the public, asking them to contact an email ID and phone number to research the topic “King Ravana and the ancient domination of aerial routes now lost”.]

Wionews - Sri Lankan govt claims Ravana was the world's first aviator
[According to the Sri Lankan government, Ravana was the world's first aviator and he first ever person to fly. In Hindu mythology, Ravana was the demon king of Sri Lanka, symbol of evil. In Lankan mythology, he is considered a great ruler and symbol of scholarly excellence. There are many layers to this, but this is the most simplistic perception.
In both the versions, Ravana  flew to India some 5,000 years ago. The line between mythology and history has often been blurred. Now the Lanka government wants to understand the methods used by Ravana to fly in ancient times. It wants to conduct in-depth research on this subject. So the Lankan Civil Aviation Authority has come up with an idea and has made an open call to the Sri Lankan public. A request to submit any literature or paraphernalia that suggests the existence of flying machines during Ravana's reign]

To one with belief Ramayanam is a Spiritual legend. To one without belief it is mythology.
Rama did not refer to Ravana as a demon king. After defeating Ravana in battle – Rama bade younger brother Lakshmana to receive advice from Ravana who was a wise man. Also about Lanka:

Pushpaka Vimana of Ravana

Rama tells Lakshmana, as they fly over Lanka in the Pushpaka Vimana,  after the victory over Ravana:
Lanka shines on the earth
Studded with many Vimana
As if it is the capital of Vishnu
Covered with white clouds.
Valmiki Ramayana, Yuddha Khanda, Sarga 20]

As shared previously, I believe that I was blessed by Lord Muruga to participate in the development of AirLanka. I was waiting to go overseas and a holy person from Thiruketheeswaram said to me at the home of my aunt Padma Sanmugarajah – that like Murugan I was going to fly around the world on the Peacock. I had applied for a position but was not confident of getting one. I did win a position and I believe firmly that the blessing was the Spiritual Intelligence that directed me and also saved me from being there when Air Lanka became Sri Lankan Airlines. The internal magazine of AirLanka was named by employees as Monara – peacock. Dr Hari presents the commonness as follows:

Dandu Monara Vimana

The one other well mentioned Vimana that was used by Ravana, is Dandu Monara.  In the local Sinhalese language. Monara means Mayura, peacock and Dandu Monara means “that which can fly resembling a peacock”.

 Model of Dandu Monara Vimana

 Galle Face Hotel lnsignia

The story of Ravana flying in Vimana with his wife Mandodari is etched as the insignia in the most famous hotel, Galle Face Hotel of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Ravana and Mandodari in the Vimana at Galle Face Hotel Insignia, Dandu Monara Vimana, 1864

Plagiarism is prohibited in education due to it robbing the structure and spirit of the original discoverer or maker. Attributing credit to that origin from whom we learnt is to seek their blessings which when received and accepted resides as Spiritual Intelligence common to both. The guru is empowered by the enthusiasm of the disciple and the disciple by the  Spiritual Intelligence of the guru.

According to Drs Hari, Hindu  King Ravana – had six airports – Landing Hills – which strongly indicate connection to Lord Muruga Who has six Hilltop temples as His Homes. Dr Hari presents as follows:

Ravana had many Vimana in his aero plane hangar. In fact, Ravana had six airports in his kingdom of Lanka. They being,

1.     Weragantota in Mahiyangana -In the Sinhalese language, this word means a place for an aircraft to land.

Epic Sri Lanka Holidays presents it as follows: [Another one of the famous sites in the Ramayana legend, Weragantota is the first location King Ravana brought Sita in his ‘Vimana’ – his flying chariot. Thus, the reason Weragantota translates to ‘place of aircraft landing’. According to the legend it was a spectacular area with flowing waterfalls and streams.]

2.     Thotupola Kanda at Hoton Plains–The word Thotupola means a port, a place that one touches during one’s journey. Kanda means rock. Thotupola Kanda is a flat land over a rocky range at a height of 6000 feet from sea level. So this means that it could only have been a port of call for a transport vehicle that could travel in air. So it must have been an airport and not a sea port. The present airport of Sri Lanka at Colombo, is called Videsha Bandaranayake Guwan Thotupola in Sinhala where again Guwan means air and Thotupola means port.

[Totapolakanda has the meaning of ‘Landing Site’ in Sinhala language which related to a legend of Rama and Ravana. According to the legend, King of India, Rama and his beautiful wife Sita lived in exile in the jungle. Once Ravana kidnapped Rama’s wife Sita and escaped to Sri Lanka. On the way to Sri Lanka plane first landed in Totapolakanda which has the meaning of landing site.] – Wikipedia

3.     Usangoda on the southern coast

[Ussangoda National Park is a Sri Lankan national park and designated archaeological site, situated on the Colombo – Kataragama road near Ambalantota – Nonagama Junction in Hambantota District. It is located in the southern sea turtle breeding zones. Ussangoda is a patch of high ground by the sea and spreads over a significant area. Unlike the rest of the land surrounding, it is only covered with grass and a few pockets of pigmy forests. The summit of Ussangoda area pans like a plateau for a significant length. There are several legends related to the area. The site is considered a sacred/forbidden ground for general affairs in local lore. One popular belief is that Ussangoda is a ground of the local demi-god "Mangara". Other beliefs range from religiously rooted backgrounds to the unwritten/alternate history related to Ravana. According to Hindu puranas, Ussangoda was one of the landing strips of Ravana's Pushpaka vimana]- Wikipedia
Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport is in this area. According to Wikipedia It has been called "The World's Emptiest International Airport”

4.     Wariyapola in Kurunegala

[Wariyapola is a town in the Kurunegala District, North Western province, Sri Lanka. Wariyapola is 94 metres (308 ft) above the sea level.

Wariyapola in Sinhalese means “place for plane landing”, and is believed to be one of the landing sites of Ravana’s chariot or vimana, Dandu Monara Yanthraya] Wikipedia

5.     Wariyapola in Matale – the word Wariyapola is said to have been derived from Watha-ri-ya-pola meaning place for landing and takeoff of aircrafts.

6. Gurulupotha in Mahiyangana – the word Gurulupotha in Sinhalese means parts of birds, indicating this to be an aircraft hangar or repair centre.

[Legend of Sita Kotuwa
Ramayana facts Sri Lanka states that the city of Lankapura once stood in these jungles. The city had a beautiful palace for queen Mandothari surrounded by waterfalls, streams and varieties of flora. According to the Ramayana trail Sri Lanka , this was the place where Sita devi was first kept until she was moved to Ashok Vatika. The remains that are found are the remnants of later civilizations . The name Sita Kotuwa means "Sita's fortress" connects it to the Ramayana the epic story and got its name because of Sita Devi’s stay here.

According to the Ramayana Sri Lanka facts it is also believed that there was an aircraft repair center in the capital city of King Ravana. In Valmiki’s depiction King Ravana’s Vimana resembled a huge peacock. The Vimana in Sinhala language means Dhandu Monara which is known as flying peacock, and hence the name Gurulupotha, which means parts of birds.] Ceylon Expeditions

King Ravana’s time predates Buddhism in Sri Lanka. King Ravana was also a Shiva devotee. Muruga is the son of Shiva. Both are Hindus and Hinduism in Lanka predates Buddhism in Lanka. Hence so long as Buddhism is stated as the foremost religion in Sri Lanka – any endeavours on the basis of prior heritages would not work for the government that has the DUTY to demonstrate its Buddhist heritage. Non Buddhists – and in this instance Hindus would make the Lanka shine as if it were the Capital of Lord Vishnu Who as Lord Balaji / Venkateshwarar is believed to be the Lord of Economic prosperity. Each divine form represents certain form of Spiritual Intelligence. Now that we Australians need Economic recovery – it would be wise to invoke the powers of Venkateshwarar in Wollongong.

King Ravana ‘kidnapped’ Rama’s wife Seetha. But thereafter he did not touch her without   her consent. That was because of his prayer to Shiva who is depicted with one wife.
Lord Hanuman – King of monkeys – had the Spiritual Intelligence to fly without the aid of Artificial Intelligence.

When we believe, we go into virtual reality as if the manifestation is happening at the present time. But once we come out of that virtual reality mode – we must not use the outcome produced back then as if we produced it. The BRI program by China failed due to the aim being economic profit. If Ravana is invoked for similar purposes by Buddhists – the result would be as disastrous as the Coronavirus and is likely to be another war in the case of Lanka.

Ultimately we, as per our conscience must know that what we do is right as per our own conscience. That develops Soul power within us. Soul power is Universal power and invokes Spiritual Intelligence as per our needs any time anywhere. That to me is the Ultimate Reality.

Artificial Intelligence v Spiritual Intelligence

As recommended by my husband we watched Face the Nation recorded on 13 July 2020. Out of the 4 candidates from four major parties in the upcoming Parliamentary elections, I identified most with ITAK representative Mr M A Sumanthiran of  Jaffna, who also happened to represent minorities in Sri Lanka along with the three Journalists – (Mr Shameer Rasooldeen, Mr Nadim Majeed and Ms Azra Asaan) -  who by name seemed Muslims.

The main theme was presented as follows:

[Will Sri Lanka's political dynamics change ahead of an election? Development strategies and AI]

To my mind, Mr Sumanthiran’s presentation was more commonly based as per Common Law, whilst the other three seemed particular to their own parties – who in total represented majority race. The knowledge presented therefore confirmed roughly the apparent political brain of Sri Lanka at the present time.

Mr Shameer Rasooldeen raised the  question of the role of Artificial Intelligence. Whilst the other three gave specific responses - Mr Sumanthiran said he did not have much knowledge of AI but that his group was structuring towards development that would promote Financial Independence. I identified fully with this as the first need of Northern Sri Lanka. Listed in the Appendix is the  email discussion I had in this regard with a fellow Diaspora Member (DM).

The article by Mr N Sathiyamorthi in June is at the centre of my inquiry. Did it happen through Artificial Intelligence or Spiritual Intelligence?

Wikipedia presents as follows:

Artificial Intelligence: In computer science, artificial intelligence (AI), sometimes called machine intelligence, is intelligence demonstrated by machines, unlike the natural intelligence displayed by humans and animals. Leading AI textbooks define the field as the study of "intelligent agents": any device that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chance of successfully achieving its goals.

Spiritual intelligence is a term used by some philosophers, psychologists, and developmental theorists to indicate spiritual parallels with IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient)…… Variations of spiritual intelligence are sometimes used in corporate settings, as a means of motivating employees and providing a non-religious, diversity-sensitive framework for addressing issues of values in the workplace. According to Stephen Covey, "Spiritual intelligence is the central and most fundamental of all the intelligences, because it becomes the source of guidance for the others."

Given that the purpose of my above mentioned communication  was to ‘share myself’ by being honest to myself – I concluded that my discovery of the article was through Spiritual Intelligence. I believe that when we contribute to Dharma / Righteousness, Dharma supports us. This happens through Universal Energy. AI on the other hand is specific to a particular structure.
To my mind, nn Democracy we need Emotional Intelligence which is presented as follows by Wikipedia:

[Emotional intelligence (EI), emotional leadership (EL), emotional quotient (EQ) and emotional intelligence quotient (EIQ), is the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goal(s)]

A voter  who is able to identify with her/his own emotions by connecting honestly to her/himself as the reason why identifies with a leader who is able to feel for the group as if they were a part of her/himself. This power does not need any intellectual discrimination of rights and wrongs as per the law – local or common. It works through belief in oneself through one’s own truth. The rest happens automatically to deliver as per one’s true needs.

Appendix

DM:  - Amirthalingam was one of our greatest parliamentarians of all times.
He was an eloquent speaker in both- Tamil and English - languages.
I was his greatest admirer, while I was a supporter of Federal Party in 1950s
and there after I met him personally in Bombay and Chennai in July 1981.
I attended his meeting in Staten Island, New York a few months before he was
assassinated. It was unfortunate that we lost a politician like him.

Please listen to his memorable speech, he made in1988, which may be
worth listening at this time - when there is an election in Sri Lanka.
His face is still fresh in my mind
Gaja: Why did you then support CVW in whose party Ananthi has been included.? Did you ask the Hon Amirthalingam before doing so?
DM:  The Federal party of Our time is gone With the formation in TULF in 1976. The present day TNA is full of traitors selling the Tamils whenever possible. Sumanthiran is their leader who looks after UNP more than the interest of the Tamils.
I personally saw him at UNHCR last March when he came to ask for time for Srilanka.
His backbone should be broken.
I personally know CWW and he is not Sumanthiran.

Gaja: Thank you. I know you more personally than I know CVW whom I know more than Sumanthiran as a person. But as a representative of  my Jaffna – I identify more with Sumanthiran’s manifesto and his deeper understanding of the needs of Jaffna than CVW has so far demonstrated. The Federal Party has evolved and its spirit is still living through ITAK and its leaders. Likewise ACTC. There is no such gene in TMTK about which Mr N Sathiyamorthi wrote as follows in June:
[After the three-party Tamil National Alliance (TNA) combine’s open talk in the matter, the Tamil Makkal Tesiya Kuttani (TMTK) under former Northern Province Chief Minister, C V Wigneswaran, seems to have hinted at a willingness to talk to the Government of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, after the parliamentary polls, on what they too describe as the ‘national problem’. It is a welcome sign, yes, but on details, the Tamils are not going to yield from their age-old position on a ‘political solution’, whether called by the term ‘federalism’ or not.] ‘When Tamil parties want to talk to the Government’ - article published by Colombo Gazette on 15 June 2020

As per my observation, during the 2015-2019 period dominated by UNP – Tamils in Jaffna as well as Batticaloa have become more independent financially through alternate pathways than they did prior to that period under the Rajapaksas. If CVW seeks to talk to them  - to me – a financially independent person – that is a backward step. The fact that CVW asked the People for money confirms his lack of financial independence as a politician. You also contributed to it.
Love
Gaja

A coordinator whom I copied wrote as follows:

Coordinator: In my simple unsophisticated mind it seems to me that Sumanthiran is an Angel & Wigneswaran is a Devil & Money is the Catalyst while the Liberator of the poor Tamils in the North & East has been buried !!!
Gaja: That is the consolidated picture that has evolved as per their public performance in the context of their current positions
