Donald Trump has come but not gone

[ Former defence secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday said it was the weakness of the government to keep thrusting itself upon the UNHRC Resolution on Sri Lanka when the US, which co-sponsored the resolution, had detached itself from it.

Mr. Rajapaksa said the government should utilize the opportunities in the international arena especially the change of administration in the US.

“With the election of President Donald Trump, officials who were interested in Sri Lanka such as Nisha Biswal and Samantha Power were removed. The US has clearly shown that it is not interested in the resolution but it’s our government which keeps pushing on it. This is a weakness of our government and the Foreign Ministry,” he told an event held at Sri Sambuddhathwa Jayanthi Mandiraya in Colombo to launch a report compiled against the UNHRC resolution on the country.] Daily Mirror

The then President of Sri Lanka – Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa – then the boss of  his brother  Mr.  Gotabaya Rajapaksa,  relied on his Astrologer to set the election date. The Western parallel is as follows:

In Sri Lankan war – Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa held two positions at the same time – that of ‘Brother of the President’ and the other ‘Defence Secretary’.  Likewise, in terms of citizenship Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa was American citizen as well as Sri Lankan citizen.  Which mind order did he use to work out Defence Strategy – American or Sri Lankan?  The above statements confirm that Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa was using American mentality to punish Sri Lankans – the same way American trained - Professor Rory Hume – the then Vice Chancellor of the University of NSW punished this Australian migrant (Gajalakshmi Paramasivam) whose apparent position within the University was far below that of her earned position on the basis of her work and relative to others of the Accounting Discipline within the University. Whether we come to Australia  from America or Sri Lanka – we have the duties of migrants first and foremost of which is to take Equal position as another Australian – until known otherwise through the official system and/or through merit basis.  Those who come here to ‘retire’ are the parallel of economic refugees.  They are like old parents who become dependent on their children and other family juniors – but ‘tell’ their children/juniors instead of listening. Parents / Seniors who are independent of their children / juniors have the responsibility to take Equal position with their children and expect their children / juniors to be independent of them, the parents / seniors.

The experience that comes to mind is that of a relative from Northern Sri Lanka who was visiting Australia and whose baggage got lost in transit. Due to her desire to show me  that she was ‘independent’ – this visitor who, like Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa in Sri Lanka held senior position in Northern Sri Lanka, kept going on and on about what she had done and therefore implying that the ‘system’ was at fault. After  about  4 hours of this, this visitor still did not come to the current form of the problem in Australia. The visitor kept saying ‘I am asking you to help me’ but kept ‘telling me’ what had happened as recorded in her mind. That reminded me of a Judge of the Supreme Court of NSW saying about  me in his honor’s judgment - ‘She will not be told’. In other words, the Judge was saying that I was doing my duty as a migrant to strengthen the Self-Governance value of Australia.

I was ready to listen, to the extent  the visitor needed to share. But the problem with those of low-order mental structure is that they think more is better. Hence, they keep talking more and more which eventually amounts to ‘telling’ when the talker’s contribution to the  Resource of Common Faith is exhausted.  Every time I started explaining what I would have done – this visitor showed  emotions like a child and burst into tears and often went into her past difficulties.  There was no way I could bring her to ‘listen’ to me – so her contribution to the higher common system would be strengthened. By listening to those with positive Energy we share in their wisdom in a particular system. Eventually, like the UN telling Sri Lankan Government, I had to take my real position and ‘tell’ her that she was in my system and that I was not in hers.

Dual systems, like dual-carriages work best when one half is in one direction and the other half is in the other. Recently when we picked up our Melbourne daughter from Pitt St in Sydney CBD which is a one way street - I had to work out the direction in which the traffic flowed. I could not recall but I clearly knew that the traffic in the street next to it – also one way – Castlereagh Street flowed from North to South. My first job in Australia was at Budget Travel – situated at Castlereagh Street and hence I experienced Castlereagh Street. Having worked out the direction in which it allowed traffic to flow I concluded that the adjoining Pitt Street would be in the opposite direction. When our daughter asked me on what basis – I said just ‘Commonsense’ for my purposes. To my mind, that was how I would plan the parallel of dual-carriage. That is the role of Political Opposition in Government – i.e. – to take the other side of dualism.  

The Sri Lankan Government when it is dominated by one-way Politics weakens its Administration – especially when laws are made to suit political desires. Hence the increase in ‘political accidents’. The above expressions by Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa confirm that the two systems – Sri Lankan and American – have been indiscriminately mixed to render a disorderly arrangement of information which would not consolidate to form Common Value.  They would keep causing accidents between American Values and Sri Lankan values, in the mind of Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa and those who ‘elect’ him to high positions – or allow him to take high positions above them – so their idle votes are used to cause accidents through which they also will suffer.

Common principles when practiced lead to Common Value and hence ‘sharing’. Until then the higher practitioner has the authority to tell the lower practitioner. Acting as per that relationship is the DUTY of any officer. By making the above remarks - Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa has revealed lack of order as per his position in an institutional structure – but is rather driven by individuals and their comings and goings. Every officer who acted as per this person of weak mental order weakened the Governance Power of Sri Lanka.

The Tamil Tigers used their own independent mind to do what they did. Hence they are punishable directly by the higher authority of that place – be it the Sri Lankan Government or the Global Government – to the extent the Tamil Tigers used global resources. They did not take orders from anyone above them. But not so Sri Lankan soldier who had the duty to take orders from those who were officially above her/him. As Defence Secretary - Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa was the highest officer responsible. It is therefore natural that he would try to fool the Public to excite them into preventing a global inquiry.

Two system structures where we do not take relative positions cannot exist at the same time in the one brain. The higher common mental structure would make two or more systems  relative through itself .   Those who get high positions without this higher common order would tend to combine their status power with free information / data. Parents / Majority Race who desire pleasures in old age need to become dependents of their children / minorities who are active workers. Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa has confirmed to be one of them and to my mind this is due to indiscriminate mixing of American and Sri Lankan systems – whereby Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa is analyzing American affairs as if he was Defence Secretary of USA.  Unless the UN takes action to stop this kind of ‘advisory service’ by free thinkers of low mind-order, Sri Lanka and other nations like Sri Lanka will continue to be denied the opportunity to live as global citizens. We may live in a remote corner of Northern Sri Lanka and yet be global if we respect those who are truly global and / or if we live freely within our earnings. Truth is Universal and hence where we do not know about global laws and/or global citizens – all we have to do is to live within our earned territories.  

The UN is the Higher Common Institution for both nations and their Positions are higher than either country’s parallels.  Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa is acting as if he does not respect the UN but the individual country – America. America may be the right arm of the UN but the heart of UN are those who actually practice UN values in their humble homes – through Natural Love. The UN exists for them and it will continue to be the medium through which global solutions would flow through to minorities in an area where there is at least one true practitioner. Once we merge those solutions – we become global and the group Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa naturally represents becomes our junior if they are distracted by individuals and miss out on this golden opportunity to merge by becoming relative of Tamils through the UN. One who did not have the consolidated mind structure and who did not pay his respects to the Common UN – but instead used it and threw it away – is guilty of war-crimes to the extent his part of the government gave the orders to the soldiers. By using Sri Lankan status of the past to analyze American politics of the present – Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa is denying Sri Lankans the value of Global order. This makes him the Sinhalese parallel of LTTE Leader – Velupillai Prabhakaran! Mr. Rajapaksa is effectively downgrading the Governance value of Mr. Barrack Obama during whose term in Office – the UN acted to discipline the Sri Lankan Government. That is the way silent power of minorities work to support each other.

Astrologers measure through their own expertise of connecting the planetary activities to the individual. Seers become the media through whom the unseen and known Truth is manifested. Those who ‘see’ are at body level, those who feel are at soul level. Those at body level need to wait until they hold Administrative positions, to ‘tell’. Until then they must limit their ‘telling’ to their dependents and no more. When this is strictly followed or enforced – there would be natural harmony in Sri Lanka. Over to you UN – to not devalue the Good American Values that Sri Lankans have the opportunity to share with through UN as our Common parent. Americans raised their advice to UN level and made it a heritage – especially to minorities all over the world due to it happening during Good American President that Mr. Barrack Obama was.
